La nostra casa è molto confortevole e recentemente ristrutturata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni e un nuovissimo divano letto e può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Abbiamo tv via cavo e wifi. Una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia. Sono disponibili carrelli da spiaggia, ombrelloni, sedie, dispositivi di raffreddamento, attrezzatura da pesca, boogie board, giochi da spiaggia, nonché un ampio parcheggio e spazio per un rimorchio per barche. Tutta la biancheria è fornita. C'è una griglia a gas sul ponte. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e recentemente aggiornata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e viene fornita una lavanderia. Rampa nautica e campo da golf si trovano nelle vicinanze.

The property was just as described. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and dog friendly. We enjoyed the local restaurants and small shops. Make sure to go to the Fernandina Beach Museum and do the Docent talk. Fernandina Beach is very dog friendly. Loved Fernandina Old Town!

This was the whole first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities we wanted. There's a fenced side yard that's perfect for dogs. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away, with a private path over the dunes. We'd like to return someday!

We had a short but relaxing stay that was everything we needed for our little getaway. We were looking to do something different for us for Thanksgiving and this was perfect. The place was cute and tidy. Check-in and out was a breeze and the place had everything we needed and it was all easy to find. We are so grateful they allow pets too, we wanted our whole family together for the holiday. I cannot say enough good things. While it wasn’t our first time on the island, it was our first tie staying here, but won’t be our last!

This condo is amazing. We’ve stayed here before and again it was perfect. It is always clean. It is decorated nicely by the owners and has supplies readily available. The condo is conveniently located near historic downtown Fernandina Beach, but it is very close to the beach, is very peaceful. There is plenty of parking and we had wild deer in the neighbor daily as it is right next to Fort Clinch! We will definitely be returning.

A perfect getaway for us and our puppy dog. Lovely accommodations, easy beach access just across the street, far enough away from the crowds for peaceful beach going, but close enough to the action for great shopping and dining within a few minutes. Hosts were very responsive. Will go back again.

So close to the beach that you can open the windows and let the sound of the waves put you to sleep. Everything you need in one place with plenty of space. Owners are very thoughtful providing lots of extras like wagons and chairs for the beach, beach towels, anything you could possible need for the kitchen, lots of pillows, plenty of towels, information on local places, dog dishes, dog towels and well anything you might have forgotten except the toothbrush. Plenty of parking and lots of fenced in yard room for your dogs. A great value for the price!

The property owner responded promptly to an air-conditioning problem. The side yard was plenty of room for our two dogs. There was room to park my kayak on it's trailer on the property. We left 4 days early due to the hurricane and the owner offered us a 4 night credit on a future stay.

We loved our stay so much that we immediately made plans to come back next year. We would have been happy with just the easy walk to the beach but we were also next door to a state park. The beach was beautiful AND dog friendly. Our timing was also fortuitous as there were just a few folks around and they were all friendly. The historic district was nearby, as was wonderful dining. The house itself was clean, comfortable and pretty, complete with a balcony and fenced yard for the pup. The sand spurs were a pain but it comes with the territory. We travel a lot, tend to be demanding and rarely enjoy a visit as much as we did here. Thanks Hilkers!

This property and property owners were OUTSTANDING. The home was beautiful and clean, had more than enough supplies and added extras we were not expecting. The location was extremely lovely. We actually saw deer every night quietly walking back to the state park next to us. The surrounding area had many things to do, as skillfully outlined by our hosts. We will be looking to rent this home in the future as we have family living on the island. Thank you so very much for such a wonderful vacation.

First I would like to thank Steve and Lynn, Thank you for a wonderful stay the house is loaded with everything you need, I could have just packed my bags and that's it. Although, there is a short walk to the beach I didn't take advantage of that. We come to Florida every year for my brother in law birthday cookout, I must say I really had a vacation this time. I will come back to Steve and Lynn vacation home, because this is my home away from home. Thanks again Steve and Lynn for making my family not wanting to leave your home, We loved it. By the way I used some of the condiments you all left in the pantry. Thank you for the air fryer, grill, 2 coffee pots, all the pots and bowls and not to mention cleaning supplies, this was the best vacation home loaded with everything at your fingertips. See yall next year!

Honestly, this was such a peaceful place to stay. The street is a minute away from beach access. The people around you don’t make noise. You are 10 minutes away from downtown. The BED was so comfortable.

Easy check-in and very comfortable home. We felt very relaxed with our bird and dog companions. Only one minor problem taken care of immediately by our hostess.

Comfy, cozy, and convenient
We just spent the Christmas holiday at this property, and it was absolutely perfect in every way. When we opened the door, we were greeted by the sight of a 6 foot, lit and decorated Christmas tree. What a wonderful and very thoughtful surprise! Staying at this property felt like you are staying at a relative's place - it is warm, homey, comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. It is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves when you step outside. It is only a few minutes drive to downtown where there are so many great restaurants and shops. There's a gated area of the property right off of the back deck that is secure and perfect for your pets. We will definitely come back again. I can't recommend it enough.

This property was just right for our family. Proximity to the beach and down town were perfect. If you really want to cook, not just heat up pizza, this place is for you. We only made a quick trip this time and did not prepare more than sandwiches, but the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare a real dinner. We can't wait to get back to Amelia Island!

Lovely rental in Fernandina Beach
This was our first time visiting Amelia Island and Lynn and Steve’s home had just about everything you could possibly need! It was so nice to be able to bring our dog with us. The side yard was spacious for her to run around. We are already looking forward to our next t visit!

Wish we booked 3 weeks
What an amazing property. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and the grill was powerful. The side yard was awesome for our dog. The location is amazing; just a five-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the downtown area. A word to the wise for other dog owners. Fort Clinch Park does not allow dogs into the fort or on the beach.

Wonderful location
We loved how close the property was to the beach. I walked several times a day to the beach. We surf fished and took long walks on an empty beach.
Overall this place had most everything you need. Only suggestion would be extra blankets for the beds. We would stay here again.
Owners were very responsive to any concerns we had.
