POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE, POSIZIONE! 3 piani casa unifamiliare situata sul fronte del Golfo sulla spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Ospite entrare nel foyer con accesso alla lavanderia e salire uno scalino accolto da una vista panoramica sul Golfo. Il 2 ° piano è lo spazio abitativo principale con vista sul golfo dalla cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. La cucina ospita tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un produttore di ghiaccio extra free per l'imballaggio di dispositivi di raffreddamento. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife wanted me to find a place directly on the beach so that we could hear the ocean. This property checked all the boxes. We were about 100 yards from the water's edge. We enjoyed the living area with full open view of the beach and water. We just had to walk down 1 level to access the open air first floor which had seating for the entire family to use as we went back and forth to the beach. A set of stairs led down to the beach area. This bottom floor area had a multitude of activities for playing in the sand and surf. It also had a handy water hose and shower so that we could clean up after spending a few hours on the beach.
Our adult children commented many times about how they loved it.
The 4 bedrooms with individual bathrooms and bonus room with bunk beds was great for our family. We also visited the coffee shop and pizza restaurant located just across the street. Next visit we'll also pop into the Dairy Queen next door.
We definitely plan to rent the property again in the future.

We loved the property — there were a few things that would have made it five star — outdoor seating need to be refreshed — better amenities in the bathrooms — checking to make sure the small details taken care of —
But a LOVELY property — we would definitely rent here again!

Every bedroom had a full bath attached. Good size kitchen fully stocked. Large outdoor sitting area with grill, half bath, and plenty of beach toys. Easy access to beach!!!

This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this house and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect - coffee shop across the street and walk to Alvin’s Island. The house is amazing! Lots of great updates since last summer. Love the downstairs deck - big enough for all 9 of us to hang out and listen to the waves at night. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of beach toys and tubes. My only complaint is that the initial set up is a little lacking - one extra roll of toilet paper and 3 trash bags for 9 people staying 5 days is not enough. Otherwise though everything was perfect and we will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our vacation. The best part of it was that is it located directly on the beach. Our family of 11 was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The outside patio was very welcoming,,,,, only missing string party lights :) Will definitely book again next year!!!

Great spot for a friends trip. The bottom level deck is a great place to hang out in the evenings. Loved being able to walk right down to the beach from the bottom level. Would stay here again.

House is on beach! That is the only way to go! Most beds were quite comfortable. Bathrooms nice. Outside shower for sand removal was nice with some privacy. We ate home most of the time, could have used a larger starter kit of trash bags, paper towels since we were there a week. Air conditioner was working hard as we had it set to 73-74 and it was 76 almost always except at night or unless we were gone for a while. We are happy overall and are grateful they shared their home with us

What a great space for our large family vacation! They had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Our part of the beach was less crowded than many of the others. One thing to note - the house comes with completely beach service of 2 chairs & umbrella! The lower deck was a great spot to cool off & very convenient. Plenty of parking for all of our family members. We highly recommend!!

Door code was sent via text. Once we were in it was nothing but the best vacation. We had people ranging from 68 years old to 4 year old. Everyone enjoyed the place. The second and third floor were living area with great kitchen and entertainment and 4 bedrooms with their own bath. The bunkroom at the top of the stairs Had its own bath. The deck below one first floor was excellent for sandy feet with a shower and 1/2 bath. Can't beat it!

The property was fine. Upon leaving the property we were charged for a repair to a wall in the house although we did not create the damage. There was no consideration that the damage could have been caused by someone else, and the fee for repair seemed inordinate for the size of the damage to the wall.

Our group was in town for a music festival nearby. This location proved to be a great spot for us. We were able to walk to the venue and restaurants. Enjoyed coffee across the street each day too. Of course the beach access is perfect. The house met all our needs and our group was very happy. We would love to stay again sometime!

The property has modern, redecorated furniture and finishings compared to the listing photos. Very nice. Wall of windows in the living room is perfect looking out over the beach and gulf. Spacious bedrooms and en suite baths are convenient.

This is our 3rd consecutive year renting this house. We love the location, proximity to the beach and communication from the property manager.
I am very concerned about the degrading maintenance of the property: broken blinds, missing and broken lights, tired furniture (inside and out). Without assurance of some simple investments/upgrades, we'll have to look elsewhere.

Very nice place, great for 8 adults to spread out, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A few issues such as broken wooden slats on door blinds, broken cabinet door, lock on outside door to balcony wouldn't lock, paint peeling on bathroom cabinet doors, upstairs king mattress that's seen better days and needs to be replaced (all comments are constructive criticism). Would love to come back!

This was our 2nd stay and we will be back! The house is great and you just can’t beat being right on the beach! The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and the deck is amazing. Communication was great, very responsive. They even found a shirt we left behind and are shipping it to us.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful holiday here. Beautiful ocean, white sugary sand with lapping waves footsteps away and fantastic views. The property is well stocked, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. We had a great and memorable stay!

What an amazing view and access to the beach . You are very close to lots of great places to eat , souvenirs, coffee and rentals . We spent every evening on one of the 3 balconies watching the water and enjoying the breeze . Great place for family’s of all ages .

The property is right on a private beach. Perfect location. We had 12 people staying. 6 adults and 6 kids. It has 4 master suites with full baths, plus a bunk room with 4 bunks and a full bath. Plenty of room to park.

The kids loved waking up right near the beach. The home had everything we needed! The home is older and the decor is not as modern. However, with the location we would totally rent again!

We all had a blast ,great location could walk just about any where we wanted to go for food and groceries. The house was everything that we expected and more! We will come back and stay in this house.
