My three adult brothers and I stayed here for our long weekend. The house was older, but seemed very clean and fit our purposes well! Location was great, with downtown being 15-20 minutes away, and other Bourbon hot-spots (Bardstown, Frankfort) only 45 minutes or so.

Three of us stayed here for three nights as part of a mini-family reunion. It was perfect for us in terms of proximity to other family members and stores and restaurants. The place was super clean and having access to garage parking was wonderful given the hot, humid temperatures. Communication from hosts was seamless. We sat out on the front porch with coffee in the mornings and watched deer around the this property and the neighbors. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was a family vacation. We enjoyed our time in Louisville by visiting other family members, museums such as Muhammad Ali, Louisville Slugger, and the many caves that KY offers. Having a house instead of a hotel offer us room to spread out and freedom to do things you can't do in a hotel. We will definitely return!

This property is listed as having 5 bedrooms. There are three comfortable bedrooms on the main floor, a "bedroom" (no egress) in the basement down some extremely steep stairs, and a small office with a convertible futon sofa (which was not very comfortable). I don't recommend the basement rooms to anyone with even the slightest mobility issues or young children. There is no bathroom in the basement.
The rest of the house is pleasant, convenient, great location. Nice bathrooms. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen, etc.

Our stay was relaxing with all the comforts of home. We were in town for a basketball tournament at the expo. The house is far enough outside the city that it’s super quiet and the scenery is so beautiful and green. We saw rabbits and deer in the backyard and the kids loved watching the lightning bugs twinkle in the trees at night. The house was very clean and all the amenities were in good working condition. If we ever visit Louisville, we will definitely want to stay again. Thank You Tamela.

Stayed for work again, employees loved it. Relaxing and had everything they needed. Loved being able to sit out back, relax and watch the deer. Out of all of the rentals we have used this is by far the best in all aspects. Thank you again, customer service is superb and very personalized.

The house is very comfortable, kitchen stocked with everything you need, nice backyard deck for relaxing, bedrooms very comfortable, lived the washer and dryer.
The host was very prompt in answering my emails and answering all my questions. I wish we could have met her.

Great location, home was very comfortable and roomy. We were there for a work trip and it was such a nice layout for us and our kids. Had everything we needed, and then some. Would only suggest a designated cupboard or place for food. I had 2 adults and 3 kids so counter was covered with daily snacks and cereal etc. Communication was great and host was amazing.

Our family spent 5 days in this lovely Anchorage home. We're a military family from KY, living in NC, and while so much has changed in Louisville in the 4 yrs since our last trip, this beautiful neighborhood has not. This is an older home with creaky floors, but that's part of it's charm. Having a tv in each room was a plus for our 4 kids and the house had most everything we needed. The house is in one of the safest, secluded areas, yet, literally, just minutes from everything. We had the pleasure of being visited by a family of 5 deer nearly every morning. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Great location, nice amenities, big yard
Tamela is wonderful and easy to work with. We lucked into this listing just a couple weeks before our trip. It is in one of the most desirable areas of Louisville, right by the Anchorage neighborhood. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. It has a huge yard and large flat driveway, great for kids. Roku TVs in each room, linens and most toiletries provided. It was a comfortable stay for our visit to Louisville!

Just what we needed
We and our adult kids were converging on Louisville from four different states to watch our youngest play baseball against Bellarmine. COVID-19 cancelled the games, but we decided to have our family gathering, anyway. The home was the perfect setting in these uncertain times to bond over big Saturday breakfast and board games. Check-in was easy, there was plenty of parking, and it was conveniently located to restaurants. (Don't worry - we washed our hands often.)

After 3 weeks of being on the road, it was wonderful to have the extra space of a house instead of a hotel room. Great Space for our kids to rest!
This is a great space for our large family. Each kid had their own bed, room to play in the basement and a big yard (even though it was a bit cold to be outside). The kitchen is small but was just enough for a few day stay. The house has been updated nicely but still creaky floors, steep basement stairs and lightweight doors. The owners did a great job having everything there that we needed including coffee, kitchen utensils, towels, garbage bags, laundry baskets in each closet and soaps. The location was perfect for all the things we had to do on the East side of Louisville. Our family will be keeping this house in mind in the future trips to Louisville.

"Home" for the holidays
Our nephew got married over Thanksgiving weekend, so that meant our entire out of state family needed a place to stay. This house was PERFECT for our needs. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and by staying in a house instead of multiple hotel rooms we had the opportunity to have a holiday meal together, watch movies, and play games. It made the out of the normal holiday feel like we were at home. The house is adorably decorated & everything we needed was available. Reservation/check-in/check-out were simple and the house is located in a great area of Louisville. I will definitely book this for our family again should we all find ourselves back in KY at the same time. Oh and the technology amenities were awesome! I loved having Roku in every bedroom. Also being able to park in the garage was great as it rained while we were there, so no messed up wedding hair!

A Great Place to Say in Louisville
There were 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) who enjoyed this beautiful home for over a week. The yard is spacious and beautiful and we loved the visiting deer each day. My 8 year old grandnephew loved the "man cave" bedroom in the lower level. My 6 year old grandniece loved her "sunshine" bedroom. And, we adults enjoyed our space as well. We found everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing and very enjoyable vacation. Working with the owner was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this home to others. The property is ideally located for very easy expressway travel, and there's plenty of good restaurants and stores close by. It is a very quiet and nice neighborhood.
