All of us really enjoyed our stay at The View! It is a beautiful place. No regrets at all. Check in and check out was simple—the owner gave very clear instructions. There were 8 of us. It was nice that every bedroom had a full bath in it. So no struggle when it came to getting ready to go each morning. We did some cooking for breakfast and for one evening meal. We had almost everything we needed to accomplish this, including a Walmart nearby to pick up some groceries for the task. We were nearby everything we wanted to do while visiting the area which made it very convenient. We loved it so much that we didn’t want to leave! We were not bothered by it, but I should mention that there were a lot of steps here. If you have trouble doing stairs, you’ll probably want to reconsider staying here. There is a full bath on the main level of the house, but no actual bedroom—just a pull out couch on that level. If you aren’t bothered by sleeping in the living room, then it could still work. I don’t know when we’ll be back to this area, but we’d certainly consider staying here again because it was perfect for us! To the owners: Thank you so much for making your home available to us!

Beautiful cabin with a view thats worth every penny. The pictures are very accurate and the host was extremely easy to contact also very nice. Plenty of room for parking. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

We rented the house for our annual family vacation and it was wonderful! Plenty of space for all of us. It was nice having all the bedrooms on different floors than the common living space. The large dining table fit all of us for meals and games! A bonus was having a birds eye view of the fireworks and drone show at Dollywood off the porch every night!

Family of seven adults and one two year old stayed for a wedding and some smoky mountain hiking. Everything was perfect! From the beautiful views of the mountains to the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a pool and hot tub to enjoy. We will definitely book again!

The directions and information were accurate. The cabin was very clean. Everything was great. I would definitely book here again. There were neighbours that had lots of cars in the driveway but it was so quiet. It was a great location.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The View while visiting Sevierville/Pigeon Forge for a volleyball tournament. The view really is amazing, especially at night when Pigeon Forge lights up or when clouds roll in over the mountains. It’s a very convenient location, with an easy and beautiful 15 minute drive to Pigeon Forge. With 2 adults, 4 teenagers and a toddler we still had plenty of space and everyone thought the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional and had all the odds and ends needed to cook. Overall a great cabin and we would definitely stay here again.

This was a very nice cabin with beautiful views. It has a great location and very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice open loving room with a large Kitchen table great for dinner and playing games. Owner was very nice and quick to respond.

What a wonderful place. The cabin was just as it is listed and pictured. It was beautiful. And, only a few minutes from all the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The view is amazing but it is in the mountains so getting to the local grocery store is a half hour round-trip process. The property is lived in, but extraordinarily clean, and had all the amenities we needed but perhaps bring some extra toilet paper just to start off. There were minor things that came up but nothing we couldn’t work around. Generally speaking, if you’re not too demanding, you should love this property. It was great for three families and two generations. We had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for more.

The cabin does have a fantastic view and there is plenty of space for everyone. Lloyd was very communicative and addressed our concerns quickly and politely.

Check in was 4:00, we arrived at 4:30 and chalet was still being cleaned but not very well. Dressers were not dusted, toilets were not cleaned. Overall it did not look like it had had a deep clean in years. Windows, blinds were filthy. Only 2 wine glasses and 8 plates (chilled) for a chalet that sleeps 10. Tried calling owner and maintenance because hot tub turned on, by itself, at 2am and was so loud it kept us up. No response. At the very least, the owner should return our house keeping fee. Disappointed VRBO would rent The View! Makes me leery to book with you again.

Over all the cabin was very nice and I would stay there again. They definitely need more toilet paper then 1 roll per bathroom, some knives that will actually cut or peel and definitely some kid of utensil that will clean the grill ( it has a build up of food that caught fire while grilling brats which burnt.) Over all I will be prepared with foil, baggies Saran Wrap and extra toilet paper next time.

We highly recommend this beautiful cabin with unmatched views! With 6 adults and a toddler, we had plenty of room to spread out and ample space for eating and playing games around the dining table. Community of cabins was quiet, yet less than 15 minutes from the Tanger outlets and Applewood Farmhouse (a family favorite)! We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay in the cabin - plenty of space for all of us to spread out when we needed a little private time after a long day together exploring Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The view was beautiful!

We really loved this cabin and the owner was great in his responses to my questions. We did have a problem with the hot tub - it never got above 85 but that could have been because I didn't know what i was doing. We really didn't want to use it, so it didn't hurt our stay at all.
A couple of suggestions that would have been helpful - a binder with how to do different things. There were instructions posted but having everything in one spot would have been helpful. Several of the shelves on the door of the refrigerator were missing and that would have been nice to have those.
I would recommend this cabin to anyone. It was everything that we had hoped for. Please notice that i still rated everything as 5 stars which should indicate how minor those issues were to us.

Turry in maintenance was wonderful in helping with a few small issues. We saw a bear right outside our cabin The View. Great pool. Family saw a total of 5 bears. Great Ripleys aquarium. Gatlinburg was crazy busy. Cabin was nice to come back to at the end of busy days.

We had a group of motorcycles and trailers in town for a Memorial Day ride. In this area, it can be hard to find level and paved parking, but this one fit the bill. Plenty of room and close to what we needed.
It's rare to find a 4BR accomodation that has like beddding in each BR. This one has 4 kings! Very comfortable!
Ample seating for a group to just kick back and relax. Large dining table so no one felt cramped while enjoying a meal. Kitchen well-appointed.
A few issues which were communicated to the owner. He is very responsive to questions and concerns.
We'll keep this one in mind if we're back in the area.

Great location to attractions, shopping, and restaurants. The views are incredible. The property could use some updating and maintenance as well as a deep cleaning. None of the flame effect fireplaces worked (the owner did note they did not blow heat but you could still use the flame effect - which turned out also did not work), the hot tub jets were more like a jacuzzi tub and it took a full day to heat, several pieces of furniture were either broken or had loose legs, etc. None of this put a real damper on our visit, but they were little things (hot tub with a view and cozy fireplaces) that did factor into the decision to book the property so take that into account if it’s important to you. The layout is ideal for larger groups with the game room and 2 bedrooms upstairs, the middle level as the common area, and the lower floor with 2 large bedrooms. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the views.

We had no trouble finding the cabin. W arrived late and had no trouble getting in. One of the upstairs toilets wasn't working but the maintenance man came out the next day and fixed it for us. The cabin had all we needed. All the appliances worked great and the grill was an added plus. It was very clean and the beds all slept great. The hot tub was wonderful and the family used it at all times throughout the day. We loved the layout of the main floor. It was open and spacious where we could all be together even if some were playing games and working puzzles on the kitchen table while others enjoyed a movie in the living room. The grandchildren loved the upstairs play room. We loved having a deck out of the bedrooms downstairs. It was nice to be able to sneak away for a quiet moment. The views were amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
