Very nice accommodations

We have a wonderful time staying in Clearwater. This property was within walking distance of the beach and downtown shops.

Condo was a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We did very little driving. Condo was very spacious-loved the layout and 3 bedrooms were a bonus!

There was a group of six of us that were spending a few days in Clearwater before taking a cruise out of Tampa. We had booked a place in July for an October stay. Three weeks before we were to arrive, the original place cancelled. We were lucky to find this place. This was a much better place. The location is great. Several of our folks wanted beach time, which was a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. The unit was perfect for six adults. The beds are very comfy. We had no problems, so we did not get to meet Lori. She sent a great email with check in and check out instructions. We didn't see any dolphins from the balcony. If we come to the area again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great spot, Lori.

GOOD: The property location is excellent, the unit is on the 6th floor with a nice view of the bay and the City of Clearwater. The hosts are communicative and check in was good. BAD: The unit is outdated which normally would be fine but important things were not working. The fridge/freezer unit immediately had water leaking from the ice maker. Had to take the ice maker out and the entire back of the freezer was covered in rust which we notified the owners of. The fridge stopped working on our last day and everything we had got hot and had to be thrown out. The Air conditioner for the unit only works on one side of the unit and the other side gets very warm. The bathroom shower curtains had mold on them as well. The unit could be very nice if taken care of but the management company that is overseeing it clearly does not care or put an effort in. We notified the owners of the issues and they said sorry about that we don't go there. They probably should!!!

Condo was clean and close to everything! Barely had to drive to anything the whole time we were there. Awesome views, good pool and very close to the ocean. Would stay here again.

This place was perfect. After spending the day at the beach, we came back to a cold A/C and nice hot showers. We made all our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony and we slept soundly in the comfortable beds. It was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful accommodations. Plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Beautiful sunsets and dolphin views in canal.

Just spent a week in Clearwater over spring break and had a great time. The property location was perfect for walking around town and driving in/out of Clearwater with ease. The host included a parking pass for on-site parking, which helped elevate any stress of trying to find a place to park or worrying about paying nightly parking that all the hotels in the area charge for. Communication with the host was good and we got our check-in email with all the details well ahead of time. The unit overlooks the bay, which was a great way to wake up in the morning. The condo property felt safe, was clean, and the neighbors were all kind and respectful. As for the unit, I'd agree with the past two reviews. Although the unit itself was clean, it's in dire need of some updates, especially for the nightly rate that is being charged. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook meals, but be prepared to buy basics like cooking oil, condiments, tin foil, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. It's usually hit or miss in VRBO properties on what's in the kitchen and aside from pots/pans and dishes, this one is bare bones. The dishwasher needs some force to close and smelled a little like mold. The cabinets are showing signs of heavy use and wear and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and starting to come loose from the countertop. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was a nice to have and we used it twice. That said, the washer is a front load and is suffering from heavy mold on the door, which is common for front loads. The bathrooms were clean with just a little bit of mold along the corners and edges of the showers, but again the hardware is starting to show it's age and is falling apart. The shower heads could be replaced or at least soaked in some vinegar to break up the heavy scale deposits and get some pressure back. As for the bedrooms, they were clean as well, but all the matrasses are due for replacement and fresh linens all around. The furniture is definitely showing it's age. One of the king beds sinks to the middle, while the other king bed frame is obviously broken as it makes a clunking and squeaking noise when you get in/out or simply rollover in it. Overall I'm giving it a 2/5, with the location, parking, and the condo property giving it the 2 stars.

Wow, what a view from balcony over the harbor. When we stepped out of the elevator, we were impressed. The condo looked like the photos, but on closer inspection wasn’t very clean. An email to the owner and Michelle, her assistant, responded immediately and addressed our concerns the next day. The sunrise on the balcony is impressive and the sunset at the beach across the street was amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance except grocery’s which is a short drive. We are two couples and this is a 3 bedroom. We re-booked for next year in a 2 BR. The people on the 6th floor are great and we look forward to seeing them all again next year.

* Nice view. * Being Completely honest so others are not disappointed too. * Not worth the money! We paid less for a 3- bedroom excellent condo for two months on Fort Myers Beach last year, than we did for one month in this awful condo. * Neighbors showed us their beautiful units and this unit is a dump in comparison. * There was no plate to support the dead bolt so it seemed insecure. * While we stayed, the owners randomly had a Ring doorbell installed so a man was outside our door drilling, and we were never informed of this happening. Then owners showed up and came on into the unit during our stay. I believe this might be illegal. * So dirty. As if it hadn't been deep cleaned for a year or more. Exhaust fans and ceiling fans were thick with dust. * The kitchen service, cutlery and pans all need to be replaced. We never cooked as pans, etc. were junk. * Kitchen outlets trip constantly. * Washing machine door leaks. * The couches are so bad, they need to be dumped. So sunken and old. * We stayed for a month but only received can liners, dish washer soap, etc., for 1 week's use. Had to buy more. * King Bed is broken in south room. * We washed bedding before we used it as nothing seemed clean. That's when we saw all the blood and other stains on the mattress pad! * We were never informed that we could use the large pool across the street. We were only told that our pool is shared with a hotel. Neighbors told us the day before we left. * Would not recommend this unit!

The property has a convenient location. It is in need of maintenance (left a note for the owner). While it looked clean, there was an odor in the master bedroom of unknown origin. Not sure if it was the rug or what. Beds were comfortable pillows not so much.

We had a great stay for 3 couples . The location was great, there was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a huge selection further north . We appreciated there was plentiful beach towels, and 3-4 beach chairs and umbrella! Of note; the bathrooms are not inside the bedrooms which actually worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked (we made breakfasts only). There was a balcony/breezeway where chairs were and it was awesome to sit out and watch the bay (especially the NYE fireworks!) Overall I would recommend and stay again!

A great place to relax and unwind. Just a short walk to the beach, which you can see from bedroom windows. Our favorite past time was sitting in the breezeway in front of our door and watching the dolphins in the bay. Beautiful sunsets on the gulf and easy access to shopping and dining.

This is a beautiful, quiet condo. Clean with a gorgeous view. The owner is very helpful and responsive, and was kind to accommodate a special request. We will stay again for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the apartment has. We are a big family and everyone was comfortable. You can walk to the beach with kids or the elderly, it's very close to restaurants and shops. The balcony is great and we were lucky enough to see dolphins from there! Because it is close to everything you have to expect weekends to be noise, but since the apartment is high, no big deal for us. The view from the bedroom is also great!

Beautiful location on the Clearwater Bay. Place was nice , comfy and clean. Planning on another trip next year, will be looking to book this one again. Amazing experience for our first time using VRBO. Highly recommended!!

Great location. We brought a wagon for all of our beach stuff and easily walked to the beach for the day. Super friendly neighbors who allowed our littles to borrow some of their beach toys. Beautiful views. We saw dolphins and a turtle.

We had a fantastic time on our visit. The condo was perfect and we even saw manatees in the bay. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and hope to return next year.

Loved the location and its esthetics. Proximity to beach, restaurants and activities was close enough. Manager response to inquiries was great.

Location and amenities were exactly what we needed as a family. Would only have a few complaints... only gave us 4 rolls of toilet paper for 5 guests for 5 nights, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and there were only 2 bowls provided for meals.

Property was good. Would go back

.At arrival cleaning of one bathroom was needed ( owner quickly arranged it ) and dishes had to be re-washed. Équipements were at minimum to suit a family of 5. Great location as described.

There were a few issues with the property Some of the outlets didn’t work the ceiling fan in the biggest room didn’t work . The rest of the condo was great

Nice place.. convenient location… few things that didn’t work

The condo disappointed us because several issues happened on the first few days: washer didn’t work, bathrooms didn’t have necessary safety features. The agent was quick to take care of our request. However, the condo needs updated, especially the bathrooms. We love the location but will choose another condo next time.

It is located right in the heart of everything.

The condo had great views and AC worked well. The condo itself is fine some may find it dated and some items are broken (fan in bedroom, dresser drawers knobs ) but for most part everything was good

This was a beautiful condo. Clean, well equipped, quiet, and exactly as described. Owner was very responsive to questions. We had an amazing time!
