The pictures are true to life. The location was perfect with a lot of cute restaurants and shops right around the corner, near all attractions. The host, very responsive, and the caretaker at the apartment when we arrived I was definitely stay there again.

This property was just as described, in the best part of town. Exceptionally well stocked and clean. But the most amazing part was Daniela, the owner and Max, the manager. The grace and support from these two lovely people was amazing! We arrived in the middle of a taxi strike, and at a time when flights were being cancelled constantly. They were so very flexible, gracious and supportive to our large family, we will forever be in debt. We cannot wait to return.

Daniela was incredibly attentive and easy to work with. Ruben was very helpful at check in, and thankfully helped us navigate through Keesey for final check in. Location is excellent.

This penthouse was by far our favorite out of our multiple-city trip to Italy. Everything was smooth from check-in through checkout. Both Ruben and Daniela responded within 5 minutes whenever I reached out with a question. Penthouse was extremely clean, well-appointed (everything we needed was there) and I’d go back in a heartbeat and recommend it to friends and family.

Ruben was on time to meet us at the apartment, very pleasant, efficient and helped get the baggage into the elevator and the apartment. Showed how everything worked in the well-equipped apartment. He made sure we could communicate via e-mail. He asked if we had any questions and left. Very modern furniture, uncomfortable due to its being very low, and challenging to get up and down from. Bathrooms were great. The apartment was large. Apartment was close to major tourist attractions/sites, and the view, from the living room window, of the Duomo was wonderful. Check in was via the Keesy App. We spent over two hours one night in Rome, trying to complete the process. The app was very difficult to use, requested information was typed in or photo taken and sent, and the app would ask for it all to be re-entered again. After creating a user name and password, the app said “credentials are not valid”. Daniella had the Keesy people call me the next day, unfortunately, the call woke me up in the morning, and when asked to call back, they did not. We are a very computer savvy group, and use our cell phones for everything. Very difficult check in process. We had to take the trash to a trash collection point one third of a mile away. This was not mentioned in the apartment description. It was stated in the contract I signed, after all money was paid for the apartment. Each of the three women in our group said they would have felt very uncomfortable walking on the street after dark without me being with them, as there were men standing around in doorways or sitting on steps. An abandoned bicycle blocked the sidewalk all week, and beer bottles littering the street and sidewalk. For the above three reasons, we would not rent this apartment again.

This apartment was very modern with all the conveniences and superb location. I’ve read previous reviews where people complained of the hot water, we had no issues with hot water and we have a family of six adults. The elevator was fine, we just loaded all luggage and young adults walked up. Not a problem. The bells were a bonus but honestly you hear them everywhere in Florence. This apartment was in a perfect location, close to a lot of good restaurants and bars. Close to sites, as well. Plenty of space and AC worked beautifully! My only complaint was that you had to be out by 10am and could not check in any earlier than 3, but maybe all flat rentals work that way in Florence. Other cities we could check in at noon. They did allow us to drop off luggage early. Great place!

Beautiful home in a great location with gorgeous views of the Duomo. We stayed five weeks at this property which is updated and clean. Nice bedding and kitchen is fully equipped. Spacious and comfortable. Daniela is a perfect host and helped us arrange taxis and gave advice on where to eat and what to do! Her follow-up is fast and check-in was easy. We highly recommend her beautiful property.

Our stay was fantastic and we would come back again and recommend it to our friends. Location in our opinion is perfect with many bars, restaurants, cafes and shops around every corner. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook in if desired which we did a couple of evenings during our stay. The stairs/elevator going up are indeed something to keep in mind if going up 8 flights of stairs might be an issue or waiting for the elevator doesn't suit you but trust me the views from the apartment and the quietness (other than the church bells) is worth the effort. Hot water was an issue until we learned that taking a quick shower and not running the dishwasher at the same time was the way to go. Checking in was efficient and Chiara was very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you Daniela!

The pre arrival was great. The check in was on time and overall he went through the apartment showing us the keys, elevator and air conditioning. He was responsive when I texted him when internet was down, however, he had no idea how to work the television. Not that big of a deal as we didnt watch tv but one of my friends wanted to late at night. Now here is what you should know....the elevator is very small. The max two people can fit in at a time and with lots of bags this gets challenging. With four women and lots of bags, we had to make at least four trips to check in and check out. Apartment is on the seventh floor. Walking down was easy though. Apartment was very clean but thought pictures were not 100% accurate as pictures look better. View of Duomo was nice and sunset/sunrise. However, if you are a light sleeper, the church bells might bother you. The worst part of the apartment was the water situation. The water never got hot and was luke warm. With four people taking showers, only the first person had warm water and the rest had cold water. We had to stagger the showers. So although the host was absolutely terrific, I would not stay here again which saddens me as Daniella was so great.

This rental was the perfect spot for exploring Florence for our family. It of course had stunning views, was spacious, in a great location for exploring the city, had amenities like air conditioning, netflix and laundry, and the hosts were responsive throughout our stay. This was a wonderful set up for a group or family because every bedroom is the same, so no need to fight over which bedroom is best, and with three bedrooms, everyone has their own space. The hosts were very responsive throughout and provided some great recommendations for the city. We had an issue during our stay when it rained with one of the windows, but the host responded immediately and it was taken care of. This is a great option for your visit to Florence, and we would definitely stay again next time we're in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Our group ranged from 5 to 8 people and we stayed for 6 nights; the apartment was spacious and comfortable and very much as advertised. Daniela was very responsive and helpful when I reached to her in advance with some questions. The dishwasher stopped working during our stay, but Daniela had it fixed within 24 hours. The AC works well (thankfully; it was very hot while we were in Florence), and we were all glad for the elevator (particularly with our heavy bags). The apartment is very centrally located, on a quiet street, and the views are simply beautiful. Our favorite moments in the apartment were simply opening the windows to take in the views and listen to the chiming bells. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our week stay here. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and made our stay easy and comfortable. The view from the apartment of the Duomo is breathtaking, and the location is perfect for getting around Florence. There is a grocery store within a few minutes walk and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is well appointed and was very comfortable for our family vacation. At the end of the week, none of us wanted to leave this beautiful city and this amazing apartment! This was the perfect place to enjoy our Italian holiday!!

This was a gem of a property ..... 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths.... plenty of space for all 7 of us .... and the views of the Duomo were amazing ! Definitely worth renting this place if you are looking for space and proximity to everything in Florence..... loved my stay here!

The apartment easily accommodated three adults and three kids for four nights. It’s centrally located to many of the top sites in Florence. There were plenty of restaurants and even a bakery around the corner. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence and the accommodation was perfect

It was clean and all white, really nice feel. Carmine was sweet. Everything was set up well for us.( Wish they told us the ac’s only work when all the windows were closed , couldn’t figure that one out. lol ). Really great views and location

I had the opportunity to travel to Italy with 3 of my girlfriends to visit my daughter who was studying for the semester in Florence. This apartment was definitely a highlight of a terrific vacation. I found myself pausing at each window to take in the views, especially in the early mornings. Perfect view of the Duomo. The apartment is in a great location, central to everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had plenty of room and bathrooms. We loved how charming the apartment was. Daniela recommended a terrific tour guide that we spent a day with touring Florence. Thank you Daniela for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment!

Stunning penthouse! Clean to the point of sterility, every possible accommodation has been made for your comfort and convenience. The most spectacular view in all of Florence. The host(s) are kind, thoughtful, and ever-so-helpful. There is absolutely nothing lacking here. Elevator, washer, dryer, wifi, plenty of room, fluffy towels, all the kitchen items you could possibly desire. We cannot say enough positive things about our stay here.
