Cozy and comfortable. All the conveniences of home. Tucked away in a quiet and walkable neighborhood.

Totally exceeded our expectations. Very nicely decorated arts and crafts style. The night we arrived, a walk to Joe's Barbecue (our favorite dinner) passed through beautiful neighorhoods and parks. We came for the NCAA championships at T-Mobile arena and ended up driving downtown and parking in a garage about 4 blocks away for $13, instead of the event parking for $40. The house was immaculate and all utensils we could ever want were there plus coffee and chocolates. We had a great time and can recommend this property with no reservations.

This is a great house for a Kansas City getaway. Walking distance to the Country Club Plaza and conveniently located for getting around town. The off-street parking was a plus and the hosts were very responsive. So many fun things to do and so much good food to eat. We can’t wait to go back.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property. We come up to celebrate my birthday and do some Christmas shopping. This is a great location with an easy walk to the plaza and great dining options. We love the neighborhood feel and the easy of getting around. Thanks for a wonderful stay. See you next year!

We couldn't have found a more perfect place. It snowed during our visit to KC and the cozy bungalow and beautiful fireplace made all the difference. The house is clean, comfortable and centrally located.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay! This home feels classic, like we were really at home. Perfect for our holiday weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet, plenty of friendly neighbors, and lots of things within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and will for sure consider staying again next year!

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind but still being close to activities that if we got bored would have something to do. This property was perfect! Older house that is VERY well maintained and updated. There was space to be alone if we wanted and the kitchen and living areas were inviting and very functional. No complaints! Highly recommend.

The house was very nicely restored and updated, but with the character of an older Kansas City cottage. It is in the best location, within walking distance of the Kansas City Plaza shopping area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking for renters and their guests. I would highly recommend this property.

Cane to KC for our nieces wedding. Home has all you need. Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved the area. Very attentive staff and place was neat, clean and everything works. Highly recommend.

This place had all we needed for our stay for my sons wedding. So many small details that were well thought out. This place is within walking distance to the Plaza and several coffee shops. Hosts were very quick to respond and take care of a small issue we had. Will stay here again when we come back to visit!

We had a fabulous weekend on the plaza! The house is one of those older remodeled homes. So cute! We loved the original wood floors! It was very clean and cozy! The basement was even spotless! The backyard is fenced and has a great seating area. The dog loved it out there too! The neighborhood was nice, safe, and close to the plaza. We walked everywhere. Fritz and Johannah responded quickly to any questions. We had no problems during our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Wanted a KC mini vacation (we live about 2.75 hours away). Great proximity to different sights and restaurants. Felt safe walking in the neighborhood. So many people with strollers and dogs walking the neighborhood made our family with toddler and dog in tow, feel at home. You can walk to the plaza for dinner and shopping and a great park was nearby. Property had a stocked kitchen and two nice bedrooms. Liked having streaming options to watch. We spent tons of time in the backyard as a family so the platform deck and lawn chairs was a nice addition. We will plan to be back!

We’ll kept, updated home. Very nice property and neighborhood walking distance from Country Club Plaza. Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would choose to stay here in the future. I would suggest refurbishing the BBQ as the grill grates were very rusted rendering it unusable. Thanks for opportunity to stay here.

We came down for a few baseball games at Kauffman and some BBQ. Wonderful little place. Walking distance to the plaza. After we were all BBQ’d out wife and I were even able to sneak out for a bit to Jax, a restaurant right down the street for some awesome seafood. Highly recommend this Vrbo. Thanks again!
