Other reservation was overbooked. This hotel had availability and front desk was helpful in getting last minute reservation.

Easy check in . Clean room with comfortable bed. Great breakfast and loved the underground parking. The pool was heated but cloudy looking. Disappointed that there was not a hot tub. Good location for seeing all of Kansas City

Pool surface very slippy should have warning signs. Hotel plumbing is not installed correctly, need to flush toilet several times. Sink gurgles when draining and bath struggles to drain. Location is excellent but the hill is a struggle especially in the heat.

We weren't able to check into our room until 4:45 which was over an hour and a half after the 3:00 check in time. This made us late for our concert that started at 5:30.

I did like the location, the room and the staff. I did not like the breakfast stampede. Wow. Too congested at breakfast, at the elevators. In the lobby. Our floor had screaming children after 10pm. Not sure what the solution would be. We had to let 6 elevators go past our floor and it was 1 and 1/2 hours before checkout. too many people for just 2 elevators. We finally had to ride up to get on and go down with our cart. Saw people backed up into their hallways to get on as well. It was unnatural.

While the room was nice enough and clean the ac struggled to keep the room comfortable at night. The mini fridge didnt work and the walls are thin at best. Not the worst experience. But not the best. The staff was friendly.

Super friendly staff, very clean facilities, comfortable beds, cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. You do need to pay for parking but in the grand scheme of things it wasn’t a big deal. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Door dash got to hotel quickly also. Would recommend for sure!

Loved the spacious rooms and continental breakfast! Bed was too firm though and cleaning in the room could have been better (food under the couch cushions ad an example). Still, tons of room for the price and gave our kids enough space to run around

Our family felt very safe staying in the Country Club Plaza area. This hotel was clean and service was great!!

We had a great stay! The front desk was so kind and accommodating. I had asked for a quiet room, if possible (just away from elevators and ice machines), and they delivered. The property was clean and nice and within walking distance to the Plaza, a historic shopping district. We would definitely stay again!

We reserved a suite that had 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. It was perfect for our family of 6 and very spacious. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was friendly.

Housekeeping person was very helpful and polite when we needed more supplies. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean.

I love the location and the staff are superb! However our toilet didn’t flush properly. Also after staying at another hotel in another location the next night, we noticed the beds were not as comfortable. Even the pillows at the Marriott in Tulsa were more comfortable. We probably would still stay there again because of the customer service and convenient location. Those are areas that could use some improvement. Overall it’s a nice place.

We loved that the parking was limited to hotel guests and was attached to the hotel. It was so convenient. We also received amazing assistance with setting up a small dinner in the lobby with some friends. It was really a lovely hotel and I would stay at the Hampton Inn Country Club Plaza in Kansas City again.

This property was very clean. Staff was kind, friendly, and even funny. Breakfast was great, as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in KC.
