The property was perfect for our one night stay for a concert in KC, small, but perfect for 4 girls! Communication from Lance was the best of any host I’ve ever stayed with!

The house felt cozy and welcoming, very comfortable. You have a little bit of everything right in walking distance and the host is responsive and very helpful. I would stay again without hesitation! Absolutely perfect!

The house was great, a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Parking was limited. Super close to Westport for bars and food and right inbtween north and south kc so anywhere we went in the city was a super resonable commute. It wasnt communcated to me that there would be a tenant above us, sharing the house, so that was kind of an awkward surprise, but overall a good time.

It was exactly what we had been shown in the app an excellent location for the event we had planned

Host was great gave me all the info but the house is in a need of a deep clean and updating. Smelled like smoke and real musky smelling. Carpets and furniture needs replaced. Beds were good but bathroom needs a serious deep clean.

Beautiful location, neighborhood very close to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Host very supportive and responded quick to any correspondence. Highly recommend this location to everyone.

Great location to go to City Market, the Plaza and Westport. Only complaint is I didn't realize the bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. The bathroom doors could use WD40 (little squeaky). Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. Clean and convenient parking. Enjoyed our stay!

We rented this property for a weekend in KC for an event we were attending at Arrowhead. It was a perfect-sized 2-bedroom home. The home is an older one, so there was some basic creaking of doors and floors. The kitchen was nice and stocked with everything we needed. The back porch was cute with hanging lights and a table and chairs. There were some random things on the carpet that looked like they missed vacuuming up before we got there. The bathroom was also fully stocked with shampoo/conditioner and the shower/tub combo was very nice. It worked perfectly for our needs for the weekend!

My previous renting had plumbing issues and so the property manager notified me and gave me my choice of other property options which I greatly appreciated! The property was nice and mostly clean. The beds were a little hard for our liking.

Small home, but quaint. We had an issue with a step and someone was there the next morning to fix it. Only complaint was that the people upstairs were extremely loud Friday night. Responsive host

The pet fee was well worth the convenience of a fenced in yard, and the dog park within walking distance was great for traveling with a pet. Overall, clean and comfortable and I would stay again.

We had a great experience with this. VRBO, we only had one issue and that was the grill was stolen prior to our arrival. With one message the management team got us another(and brand new) one in no time. The service would make it a 10 star if possible.

The day we arrived it was very cold …. The heat was turned off in the unit and a window was open so it was very cold inside and took quite a while to get warm. It smelled very musty in the house and maybe that is the reason the window was open. The comforter on the bed was dirty and covered in what appeared to be cat hair. The pillow cases appeared to be clean but the pillows themselves were very dirty and yellowed.

The place was very clean and cute, the property manager made everything simple and easy. Beds were so comfy, didn't want to get out! The place is in walking distance to a lot of great areas. Will book again when I come out this way!
