Crystal View 103 Ground Floor, 3/3 Beach Service
Crystal View si trova direttamente attraverso Scenic Hwy 98 dall'accesso alla spiaggia privata e centinaia di metri di splendida spiaggia di sabbia bianca candida. Solo 16 unità condividono questo edificio di quattro piani, ha un parcheggio fuori strada e una piscina anche insieme a quella spiaggia privata con 2 sedie e un ombrellone messo su per te ogni giorno in stagione.
Crystal View è situato in Scenic Hwy 98 a circa metà strada tra Destin Commons e Silver Sands Factory Stores, quindi sei a pochi minuti da negozi, cinema e vari ristoranti. This was the perfect spot for our family for spring break!! Close walk to the beach, the pool, and businesses. The condo had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here.

Perfect location just steps away from the beach and near by the outlets for shopping. Very roomy inside and fit our large group of 7 comfortably. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Will stay there again!

Excellent, spacious condo we liked everything about it except for the ants. To be fair to the owners, we should have notified them immediately but instead tried our best to control the ants but were not successful. We liked it enough to give it a five star rating even with those ants which were terrible!

With the beach just across the road and the pool within steps, this rental was perfect for our family. The floors were not the cleanest, but I know it’s hard with all the sand. There is a little issue with ants, but nothing that some cans of spray didn’t take care of. The beach and water was more beautiful than ever.

Everything was wonderful about our stay in Destin. We love Destin! As a matter of fact, we have stayed in this exact unit # 103 at least three previous times. We have also stayed in other units at Crystal View over the years. The only thing I have to complain about is the condo was not clean. Management needs to hire a cleaning service that knows how to clean. Whoever did this cleaning is not professional. I called a couple of hours after we had arrived because there was so much sand on the floor in the master bedroom. There was sand on the day bed in the master bedroom. There was sand on the bunk beds and in the other bedroom. There was dirt on the sheets in the other bedroom. It looked as if they dropped the sheets on the floor, picked them up, and put them on the bed. The floors were clearly not mopped. If they had been mopped, there wouldn't have been that much sand. There was a dead roach bug on the kitchen floor in the corner. If they had mopped, they would have seen this.

Solid Space
This first-floor condo in the Crystal View building is a solid condo. It's the second unit in this building in which we have stayed. We like the layout, and it was easy to navigate and get used to. A king bed in each room is awesome, and is one of the main reasons we selected this unit over comparable ones.
The balconies were under construction while we were there (we knew they would be going into it), so we were unable to use it, even with us being on the first floor. Kind of a bummer, but again, we knew about that ahead of time.
The only things "wrong" with the unit were minor items that just need a little sprucing up or maintenance. I wouldn't consider any of these show stoppers or reasons you shouldn't rent this unit:
- Half the dining room chairs didn't have pads.
- The refrigerator had a few door bins that were unstable.
- There was cabinet door hinge that was busted
- We had trouble figuring out the overhead light in one bedroom
- When we arrived, a breaker for the living room circuit was already tripped; had to reset it myself (thought something like that would have been checked)
- There was no salt or pepper shakers (most other units we've stayed in had that -- didn't realize it until we went to make eggs one morning !!)
- Construction crew equipment made for limited parking. So glad the building wasn't full when we went.
Great things about the unit/building:
- Amazing location. Steps from the beach
- Great views when balconies are available
- Bed was very comfortable
- Bathrooms were plentiful and convenient
- Starter supplies of household items was great.
This comment is directed more at the building management, I guess..??? Crystal View must use the same company for beach chair rentals as does Maravilla. The gentleman working our area was RARELY there, and they often borrowed chairs from our area to take to the very crowded Maravilla section down the beach. We didn't have any issues, luckily. We're glad there was always a chair set available for us and we didn't have any service needs or other issues. Maravilla was definitely taking up most of his time.
Bottom line: 5-stars; solid rental; minor issues that shouldn't keep you from renting!

Summer 2021
This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed at in Miramar. The condo is spacious and conveniently located on first floor directly across street from beach. My only complaint is that the beach entrance gate lock was completely missing and the private beach was not so private, especially bring located right next door to public beach access. However the designated chairs and umbrella guaranteed us prime beach space, just had to deal with public setting up directly in front of us a few days when tide was low.

Great for our family of 10!
We loved the large patio, 3 king sized beds, the fact that it was pet friendly, and short walk to the beach. It was not as clean as we would have liked, but overall, we were very pleased and would book again.

Fun Family Beach Vacation
We have been coming to MIrimar Beach for about 16 years. This is our first time staying at Crystal View. We LOVED everything about it. The condo was the perfect size, the huge patio was amazing! Our dogs loved going out there with us as well! Being so close to the beach was awesome! We were just a few steps away! The pool was never crowded and it was so clean! There is a special place where our dogs could go walk and do their business. 😂 We also loved being so close to Pompano Joe’s! It was just the best experience all around! We will definitely be back!

Wonderfully surprised
The outside of the building is older but the inside is beautiful. Just steps from the beach and so close to everything. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to cook inside. We sat outside on our porch everyday.

This property was great for our family of 10! The location was awesome- right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to Pompano Joe's! The private beach area kept it from feeling crowded and the chairs/umbrella helped make our trips to the beach worry free. The condo itself was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Family Vacation
The condo was convenient to everything we were looking for on our vacation. We were steps away from the beach and only a short drive to our favorite restaurants. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us to relax. We also noticed that even though it was a condo with units above and to the sides, it was very quiet. We were not bothered by noise from other condos. It was a very refreshing stay!

Great Rental. Due to covid -19 we didn’t know if all would go as planned. But Renee and her team messaged us with all updates and were very easy to work with. We had a great stay! Short walk to beach and we were the only ones at the pool. Great place to stay for a family of 9.

Excellent Property
We enjoyed our stay during July. All the beaches were extremely crowded except ours, the pool was never full and the beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Living the beach life!
Having been coming to the area for years! Renee and Laura are great to work with and the condo was perfect! Spacious and clean and the friendly little lizard visitors each morning on the deck were fantastic. Will stay again with them in this property or any other they own.

Better than advertised!
The unit is wonderfully decorated and super convenient to everything! If you enjoy strolls by the beach and a super modern condo, then this unit should be on your list. Our family of 7 loved this condo and will definitely be returning for future visits to the area. I highly recommend Beach Condos In Destin. Renee was super fast replying to any questions or concerns. Wonderful in every way!

Great Place!
The condo layout is the best condo we have stayed in for our family. 4 adults, 3 kids. Beds were comfortable. Great service. They went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. The place needs some pots and pans. Let’s get real: amazing layout, great porch. But: just so you know, it’s overlooking a parking lot that has a view of the ocean. You walk across the street to the beach. Both of these issues were fine for us. Cars have to stop at cross walk which made crosswind safe and easy. If this condo was on the beach with an amazing ocean view it would cost double what we paid. But just so you know.

everything was great.
we love it . 10 of us loved everythig. loved being so close to the beach and walking out directly to the parking was perfect. pool was like ours. we were concerned since it is not huge but nobody used it exept us .bathrooms un pool area were so clean. Condo itself had everything we needed. I wish we had some sort box or something placed outside for toys that we were carying of the beach so we didnt have to spend time washing sand of before bringing it in .( just an idea). we had plenty of blankets ,towels, dishes. pillows need upgrade big time, they were flat as pancakes. and it would be nice if we had at least first serving of coffee available since our trip took 5 hours longer. we didnt feel going grocery shoping right away. exept couple of suggestions we were happy with our stay. we are visiting Destin area last 10 years and so far this is our favorit spot. thank you. did I mention that owner responds really fast to any question you send even silly ones like where is extra parking tickets. hint check the drawers....anyway, you going to love it . we did.

Beautiful property, that’s well maintained!
This was our second time staying in this condo, we loved it as much this time as we did 4 years ago! It’s big enough for a family with grown kids or lots of young kids! Great close walk to the beach was a huge plus for our toddlers!

The condo was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family of 9.
We so enjoyed our week stay there at 103. Beautiful view of the ocean from the porch. Loved the easy access to the beach right across the street. No complaints whatsoever, except for the pool. They should leave a net hanging by the bathroom so people can clean the bugs and debris out of it. I never saw any pool maintenance people the whole week we were there. However, overall everything was just perfect for our family vacation. We will definitely be back.
