Spectacular Oceanfront Condo, 2 Br , 2 Bath, Newly Renovated Kitchen & Unit
Questo lussuoso condominio con 2 camere da letto con vista sull'oceano si trova in One Ocean Place - 12 piano. Un resort di prestigio situato a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto e direttamente sull'oceano, nel cuore della zona del Grand Strand. L'unità offre viste spettacolari sull'oceano sia dal soggiorno principale che dalla camera da letto principale. La camera da letto principale ha un nuovo letto king size ed è stata appena rinnovata con un bellissimo pavimento piastrellato. Porte scorrevoli in vetro sul balcone e una splendida vista sull'oceano. Il bagno recentemente rinnovato è in suite al maestro. La seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli che possono essere trasformati in un completo ed è splendidamente decorata e ha il nuovo pavimento piastrellato. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e DVD, nonché di accesso a INTERNET / Netflix, ecc. La cucina, la sala da pranzo e il soggiorno sono stati appena completamente rinnovati per includere nuovi piani, nuovi mobili da cucina e ripiani in granito. La cucina ha una zona bar che può ospitare 4 e una zona pranzo che può ospitare sei e si affaccia sul soggiorno che ha 42 TV a schermo piatto (cavo collegato) e DVD. La sala da pranzo / soggiorno ha cinque porte di vetro dal pavimento al soffitto di cui due si aprono su un ampio balcone con vista sull'oceano. La cucina è completamente rinnovata e dotata di fornelli nuovi, frigorifero, forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. La connessione wi-fi è gratuita.
La proprietà è molto ben mantenuta e ha due piscine sull'oceano pulite e scintillanti e vasche idromassaggio che si trovano su un ponte rialzato con vista sulla spiaggia. Un sacco di sedie a sdraio e pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca. La proprietà ha 24 ore di sicurezza e dispone di parcheggio recintato. Sono ammesse due auto per unità all'interno del parcheggio coperto.

This was our 2nd time staying in this condo and it again did not disappoint. Gorgeous views, great amenities and a beautiful condo. One Ocean Place is our favorite as it is steps to the beach, has 2 beautiful pools and hot tubs and is always immaculate. The condo has everything you could possibly need and we can’t wait to visit again!

I would recommend this property. It was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and primary bedroom. It was fun to see the seagulls close up as they were flying by. The living room was a good size and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen too much or the amenities such as pool, hot tub, beach umbrellas, etc, as we spent most of our time with family who were staying in a nearby beach house. The unit could use a new deadbolt as we had difficulty locking it numerous times. Overall, a nice unit. The building itself is showing some age in the elevators, but they work fine.

We love staying at One Ocean Place and chose 1203 this year. On Wed morning the AC went out. I understand things happen so we made the best of it. Phil responded "his guy was out of town and he would fix it Thurs am". I texted Thurs afternoon and got no response. Friday am, set up at the beach and Phil says he's on the way with the repairman. I wasn't leaving valuables in the room, so I sat through a service call. Phil tells me the AC unit needed replaced for 6 months, but the guy didn't show. (6months and nobody else was available). It couldnt be fixed until Sat. I didn't say a word about a refund, but he said he would refund my card a fair amount. It was 86 degrees in the room for 3 days. A week later no refund. I texted him that I mailed his keys, and again say nothing about a refund. He replies " I'm sending a check to you. It's now been over 3 weeks and no refund or response. I stay in the area twice a year and would have referred others. I couldn't leave being 12 hrs from home during peak season.At first I was impressed with how Phil tried to be fair about the situation, but he doesn't follow through.

Stayed here with my wife and two children. The place is very spacious and extremely clean. We loved everything about the place, but the view was spectacular. The ocean waves crashing was relaxing. The owner was helpful and answered our questions (including where to park our conversion van). We will definitely stay here again.

Condo was somewhat clean. Furniture was situated to allow for space. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items. Phil (Property Owner) was very easy to contact, pleasant and accommodating. “Thanks Phil!”

Perfect condo
Beautiful condo right on the beach. Easy to check in and out, parking in site, close to great restaurants, putt putt, the aquarium. Close enough to Myrtle Beacb to go to the attractions but far enough away to have a peaceful beach experience. Owner responded to questions quickly. Highly reccomend

Great get away
This was our first time to Garden City. We were looking for a place close to other family and ended up right next door! The views from the balcony were fantastic. The updated unit offered a quite get away from the little ones next door! We hope to come back!

Excellent rental
I was worried about being on the 12th floor because I don't like heights, getting the elevator and the Florida condo collapse. All my worries went away after we arrived. The building was very solid and views were great. The elevators were very quick and we only had to wait a couple of minutes. The condo was very well decorated and clean. We enjoyed our week with family.

Fantastic vacation!
I can’t say enough about this condo-everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, and it was so nice not having to worry about towels and linens. We loved sleeping in the comfortable bed while listening to the sounds of the ocean, and sitting on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. Half way through our trip we realized it was smarter to order takeout, and eat on the balcony, because the restaurants couldn’t compare to the views we had. The location is great, and the beach is very nice, but some of our best times were definitely spent inside the condo. Finally, I can’t say enough about how clean it was! I’m so glad we found this place, we are looking forward to going back in the near future!

Much needed space...
Great place to stay and a fabulous condo. We stayed here because my in-laws rented the condo two doors down, Nad there wasn't enough space there for our entire family. Everyone loved the layout and finishes in our condo over the other one.
The owners were great to work with and we definitely hope to rent from them again!

Charming condo with a great view!
The view is simply amazing from this terrific and well-maintained condo. It was very comfortable for our group of four and wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is well stocked: coffee pot, air fryer, electric water heater, blender, mixer, and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The washer and dryer worked great. There were lots of little things passed along from previous guests, like coffee filters, sunscreen, detergent, dryer sheets, hand soap, bathroom air fresheners - we bought a few things and left other behind for the next guests.
Everything was clean when we arrived and the property is easy to navigate. The beds are very comfortable, all the linens were clean and I appreciated not having to bring my own.
Electronics and wi-fi were easy and we had no trouble finding live sports on Hulu (super important as we were there during the NCAA basketball tournament). We had a slight mishap with a glass-topped table (our fault) and Phil was super easy to communicate with and very responsive.
The location is very close to a grocery store, just a short drive away from pretty much every kind of attraction in the area. We did not have any issues with noise from neighbors in the building. We loved the location and are ready to go back for our next visit.

Break from COVID!
This was a much needed break from COVID. Phil was quick to respond. View was incredible and house was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Spectacular vacation and condo
We enjoy staying at One Ocean Place. Phil and Rita's condo is excellent. The view and decor are great!! It has all the essentials you need and more. Phil was great to work with and we will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoy staying in this condo have stayed several times. Walking out our door to the beach is great. The condo and building have high standards and is very clean . The beach 🏖� was beautiful very family centered. I always feel safe here.

Several issues should be addressed
The tv didn't work in one of the bedrooms. After addressing with the owner I was instructed how to get the tv working. However, after following owners instructions it didn't solve the problem. After letting the owner know the problem wasn't fixed, diappointed that I never heard from him again. Had to sweep the floors upon arrival as it was obvious the cleaning crew didn't. ALL the kitchen items had to be washed prior to use because they were dirty. The condo is well decorated and the view is great. Hopefully, the owner will address these issues with the cleaning company. I can overlook many things at a rental as none are perfect. However, there's no excuse for the owner to not respond when there's an unresolved problem.

Great Vacation!
This is an awesome condo! Very nicely decorated, fully stocked with all the essentials and a great view from the 12th floor balcony. We loved spending time on the balcony taking in the view and sounds of the ocean. Also, the owners were very easy to work with and accommodating.
The condo has a parking garage which is a little tight if you have a large SUV like us. There are a few surface parking spots outside the parking garage for oversized vehicles.
There are plenty of attractions and restaurants to keep your family busy when you are not at the beach. We recommend Gilligan's Island for miniature golf, Harrelson's Seafood in Murrell's Inlet and Sara J's Seafood Restaurant.
When we get back to the Myrtle Beach area, we'll definitely check to see if this condo is available!

Oceanfront Paradise
We had an enjoyable time staying at Rita and Phil's lovely condo at One Ocean Place, Garden City, SC. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, updated, well-supplied, loved the high top toilet and the view from the 12th floor was fabulous. Un condo parfait pour une petite famille. La vue est superbe et il est particulièrement intéressant de voir les pellicans planer au ralenti devant les immenses fenêtre.
J'y retournerais volontier et je n'hesiterais pas à le recommander à ma famille et mes amis.
Pour votre information, c'est le 4e condo que je loue au One Ocean Place et celui-ci a été mon 2 chambres préféré.
