Posizione eccezionale nel cuore del centro di Manhattan Beach. Solo un isolato dalla sabbia e pochi isolati da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e negozi della città. Questa casa splendidamente decorata è stata rifinita con pavimenti in bambù, 4 camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, cucina più recente con vetri diffusi e legni caldi e un camino nel soggiorno. Tutti i nuovi mobili sono stati decorati con gusto da un designer locale con biancheria per restauro di alta gamma. Ottima vista sull'oceano dalla cucina aperta, soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Tre mazzi in totale! Al piano inferiore, la doppia porta entra in una camera familiare / soggiorno con una camera da letto principale con bagno privato e c'è ancora un'altra camera da letto con un ponte privato. All'ultimo piano, la cucina, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sono tutti aperti alla vista. Sempre all'ultimo piano c'è un'altra master suite con lavandini di vetro e una vasca idromassaggio, marmo e pietra. La quarta camera da letto ha una porta su un altro mazzo. Con 4 camere da letto, questa casa è perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia, una fuga di ragazze o una festa di compleanno speciale con i tuoi amici preferiti. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che puoi immaginare per rendere indimenticabile la tua vacanza in spiaggia. Biciclette, sedie da spiaggia, boogie board e altro ancora. Cammina lungo la spiaggia, fai shopping o cenare in alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di La .... O semplicemente rilassati e ascolta le onde a pochi passi. Inoltre, approfitta del servizio di portineria per aiutarti con le prenotazioni di ristoranti, servizi spa, lezioni di yoga, palestra, chef privato, pranzi al sacco, lezioni di surf o altri consigli per le attrazioni e le attività locali. The property was as represented. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Close to town and very close to the beach. Loved walking along the beach and riding a bike on the bike trail.
The 2 car garage was great as we had 2 cars.
The host was great and always responded promptly to my questions which I really appreciated. She worked hard to allow an earlier check in for us as we had people coming in from various US cities and Japan all at the same time.

Close walk to the beach, downtown dining/entertainment, and to my local friends’ house. Comfortable beds and perfect set up for sharing with my friends’ family. Worked out great for us! I would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful and accessible.

great location. great accommodations. only downside was the house was extremely warm and since there was not breeze or air conditioning it made it very uncomfortable for a couple of nights

The house was great! Comfortable and well stocked and ideally located in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Also, it was a pleasure to work with the owner. Hoping to rent again for our next family visit.

Perfect Location
Perfect location. Steps to beach , restaurants, and shopping. Bedrooms are great size and the host is wonderful. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is the lack of a substantial outdoor space, but in Manhattan Beach, no property has everything. My family of 5 had a wonderful stay.

Perfect vacation spot!
This was our second consecutive year and it was everything we remembered and more. The home is gorgeous & stocked with everything we needed. Tahereh was the best host one could ask for and we really appreciate her hospitality. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Lovely beach weekend
We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The house is truly in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, lots of great restaurants, stores. The open main living area has a lovely view of the ocean. Layout was great for our family which included a few little ones. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. As others have said, Tahareh the owner really goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely Perfect!!!
This home is perfectly located in MB for the optimal experience! The beach as well as downtown are both within a very short walk away (as in 2-3 minutes). The home is very comfortable and clean, and the owner was very, very helpful in getting us oriented to MB. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The grocery store is a few blocks away (walking distance). The beach was phenomenal! We really felt a part of MB staying here which was really awesome!
Tahereh was very responsive to any questions we had...more than responsive as she showed a genuine concern that we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable...and I really appreciated that.
The beds were nice, the sheets all clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the layout of the home was perfect...especially the living room with the ocean views!
You will not be disappointed with your choice to stay here for a family vacation...it was more than perfect for us (and I am extremely particular).

Wonderful vacation!
We had such an amazing time on our trip to Manhattan Beach! This home was perfect for our extended family, including 3 young children. Taherah was very helpful in letting us know that there was a pack and play available for use, as well as a baby gate (which we didn't need, but loved knowing it was there). The house was the best equipped VRBO we've ever stayed out. There were trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. It was very much appreciated and so nice to not have to run out on day one for those type of things! Additionally, the garage was full of toys to use. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, nerf tennis, coolers, etc.
We loved the set up with 2 BRs up and 2 BRs down. Having 2 separate sitting areas was so nice for us as we were able to spread out during the few times we were all at the home.
Location could not be beat. Steps to the beach and to the adorable town which we have grown to love over the years. Now that we've outgrown hotels, we are SO thrilled to have found this fantastic VRBO! Thanks so much for a beautiful vacation!

Almost too good to be true!
This amazing home lives up to all of its reviews, even better. I am a very discerning guest and have been renting homes in Manhattan Beach the past several years. This was by far the nicest place with the best service.
The home is immaculately clean and comfortable. It was very well furnished and had many extras from beach bags to shampoo. The location could not be better as it is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and most importantly the beach and pier. The neighborhood is very clean and safe which gave us great peace of mind since we let our kids loose a couple of times. The rooms are large and beautifully furnished down to the sheets. The furniture was new and modern and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The upstairs/downstairs floor plan was perfect for privacy between parents and teenagers:)
Tahereh was an amazing host. She was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. (We did!) She even made restaurant recommendations and offered to make reservations. She made sure we had a perfect stay and was very accommodating. She was so easy to work with from the time of booking to check out and we are so appreciative of her hospitality. She is the most gracious host I have encountered.
We will look no further for a beach rental and hope this home is available for years to come.

Perfect House; Great Location; Awesome Owner
We just returned from our 5 day stay in Manhattan Beach and couldn’t be more pleased. The house was great, with the perfect set up for our family. It had everything we needed — from bikes and beach chairs to great linens and towels, and even blow dryers and shampoo in the bathrooms. The owner was wonderful — accommodating and responsive during booking as well as while we were in town. The location was perfect for us, with everything we needed within easy walking distance. We had a fantastic time and would definitely book this house — and work with Tahereh — again! Thanks so much!

If you are looking for a great vacation spot in Manhattan Beach this is the house! Easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and anything you could need. The house was clean, large 4 bedrooms with many extras including bikes and anything you could need for a day at the beach. Tahereh was most accommodating and went over the top to make sure our stay was complete. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to be back soon!!

Exactly as advertised!!!! Which was perfect!!!!
Stayed with my family for four nights. Its the perfect location to walk to restaurants or the beach. One or two blocks each direction. The house is clean, comfortable and fully equipped for the beach with 7 or 8 bikes, boogie boards, volleyball, etc...they even stocked the fridge with drinks and a bottle of wine. Super host, provided dinner recommendations and other ideas for our family. When we decided to stay longer the day of check out to enjoy the weather, they accommodated our stay by moving the cleaners back so we could clean up after a day at the beach. Would highly recommend!

A well-maintained property with ideal proximity to downtown in the beach.
We had a great stay at this property. It comfortably accommodated 4 adults and 4 children. The layout allowed the kids to be downstairs and the adults upstairs. There were plenty of bikes and beach gear. There is a peekaboo ocean view. The street is not charming, but the location is ideal for downtown and beach excursions. The 2 car garage is small, so avoid full size SUVs, which just barely fit. The owners were local, communicative, and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Birthday get together!
We were here for a long weekend to clelebrate my son’s 27th birthday. Very pleasant and clean! Everyone had their own space, but we had the kitchen and living room area to gather together. It’s a Great location in Manhattan Beach, as we were close to everything!

Outstanding location, great property, wonderful trip!
I stayed here over Christmas week with my extended family, ages varying from 1 to 60+. Property is wonderful - well equipped with all the essentials to enjoy the Manhattan Beach. Location is outstanding - a few blocks to the beach, to the farmers market and to a variety of great restaurants and shops. I would not hesitate to reccomened the property!

Great home, and well maintained and equipped. Terrific location for beach and town.
The owner succeeded in accommodating every request, was easily available and made our stay very welcoming. The house was very well equipped with the expected things but also the small and considerate ones. Overall the home was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults with extras to spare. The house and location truly enhanced our stay in such a beautiful and fun place. We hope this same house would be available when we return.

Great stay in Manhattan Beach!
Just spent 3 nights at this great property... the location couldn't be better-- very close the the Strand & the beach, and only a couple of blocks into town for all of the fun shopping and restaurants.
Loved the beachy vibe of this house-- decor was fun and tasteful. The setup was great for us-- 2 bedrooms upstairs on the main level and then 2 downstairs w/ a little lounge with tv, etc.
Tahereh Was wonderful to deal with-- promptly answered all questions & was very welcoming... left us wine, beer, waters, etc.
Also loved that there were boogie boards, beach chairs & towels, & beach cruisers we could use as well.
Loved this place & would highly recommend!
