Great vacation in PCB! Loved the condo and Bryan was super responsive, and patient ( I promise I'll get these TV setups eventually.) The condo was clean, beds comfortable, and the view was impossible to beat. We'll be back!

The best condo we have ever stayed in! Roomy, clean, kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Easy access to parking, elevators and trash chute. The host Bryan was great! Quick responses and very pleasant!! Would definitely book again!

Overall our stay was good. We were unaware that the parking garage was accross the street via a covered conector. When arriving it was confusing as to where to park and how to unload. The condo was clean, spaciouse, has 2 bathrooms and kitchen very well stocked. The beds were comfortable but there werent enough blankets. The living room tv would not connect to xfinity as did the bedroom tvs and we could not find any instructions. Access to the beach was great.

We had a great stay! This whole building is perfect for families and has everything you need. Bryan is awesome and communicates with you quickly. The washer went down right before we arrived and he had a new one delivered before we got there. Even took the time to reach out and let me know. The condo was well stocked for our family of 6. Literal steps from the ocean. The condo was clean. The beds are super comfy. Overall 5 stars!

Bryan was a great host, communication was quick and helpful. Condo was clean and well equipped, and the view was great. majestic is a nice resort, the elevators were fast and the building was well kept. The only downside being the location and noisiness of the streets below.

Upon checking in we realized our room had not been cleaned yet so I contacted Bryan and he went above and beyond to make up for this. The room was beautiful and we would definitely book with him again!

This property was the most accommodating place we have ever stayed. Close to everything. Easy access to parking, trash chute, and elevator. Also, the kitchen was equipped with every small appliance imaginable, and the bath was well stocked with towels, and toilet paper. The condo was kid friendly. We will be back!

This was our family’s first trip to Panama City Beach. We enjoyed the condo and it’s centralized location to all the amenities of PCB! We already have our trip booked for next year!

This apartment is great. The location is awesome. Right on the beach with a nice oceanview from the balcony. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need. Communication with the owner was really smooth. The only downside is that we didn't get access to the gym which we had planned but hopefully the owner sorts that out in the future. Overall we had a great time and I can really recommend this apartment.

Great Experience
This was an amazing vacation. The Condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach view was fantastic. It is close enough in the center of everything. Always had plenty of parking. The one thing I was worried about was the elevator but there are 3 and they are fast and rarely had to wait in a line (maybe twice in 9 days) I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to PCB or/and recommend it to a friend.

Wonderful location and Unit
This location is fantastic. There is lots of restaurants and a Walmart very close by. We loved the condo pool in Tower 1 its very beautiful and has a cafe too. The parking was easy, they have carts to help with luggage and groceries. The elevators were fast and the grounds are well maintained. The unit has excellent mattresses and pillows (very comfortable), We loved the tvs in all the rooms. The water heater is small (which is normal for condos) so maybe give a few mins between showers but it was summer when we went so I wasn't needing super hot showers. The washer and dryer were nice and the furniture was clean and well maintained. The owner was great, very responsive if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again. By far my favorite place we have stayed in PCB .

The only thing wrong was the kids next door partying until 2 in the morning and breaking the quiet hours every night. We had to call security multiple times.

We loved staying here. The condo size was Perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and tidy. The beach was beautiful and right outside. We also loved all the pools on the property for when we needed a break from the beach. The Starbucks cafe shop was convenient and the staff there was very friendly.

Very nice
It was a very nice condo. We found clothes left in the drawer from the priors renters and my daughter found a shot bottle behind a stand along with some socks that were not ours.
Other than those things, it appeared to be clean.

Spring Break 2022
This condo is beautiful and had all amenities we needed. Gorgeous view. Fast elevators . Convenient parking. Many things within walking distance. Check in was great. We were sent code and did not have to go to a desk or anything. Only complaint is that the listing stated that the fitness center was an amenity. When I reached out to the owner I was told we could not use the fitness center and it was only for owners.

Birthday getaway
Went Labor Day weekend for my daughters birthday and we really enjoyed. The condo was clean and looked exactly how it did online. Bryan was very helpful. I would definitely rent again in the future.

Good but
Overall our stay was good. There were multiple minor issues with checking in and the unit itself.
Some were just annoying:
- washing machine louder than expected
- door access code ridiculously long, hard to remember
- owner did not provide all necessary check in info prior to arrival
- dryer incredibly slow
- elevators can take a long time when it is busy
Bigger issues
- mold in master shower / bath on the curtain
- drain in second bathroom tub was clogged
Otherwise , it was cleaned and well stocked. It appears to be more of a rental than privately owned or at least shows more wear and has lower quality cabinetry, fixtures, and maintenance/repair work. I did not complain to the owner since most things were minor and not worth an additional inconvenience for a service man to come fix.
The owner was helpful once I contacted him about trying to access the property and not having the right info during checkin so at least the response was good.
Overall it was a good stay with a couple glaring issues.

We loved this condo. Best we’ve stayed in. It had everything to make thing convenient and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The Majestic itself was great, had wonderful pools and many amenities. I would recommend this condo to everyone. The views were awesome. Overall wonderful experience! Thank you Bryan!

Huge condo with beautiful view
We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the condo! Nice comfortable master with big bathroom and bunk beds in the other room. This unit had full size washer and dryer which was nice! The owner was super nice and very responsive!

Beautiful Beachfront Balcony
Overall we very much enjoyed our time in this beachfront condo. The balcony overlooks the beachfront and we loved spending time relaxing there and taking in the view. We could see groups of stingray in the shallow waters and from the 11th floor they were amazing! The other amenities on the property were great as well. The parking structure was very convenient. The pools were fantastic, the beach was great, the dining options nearby were plenty despite it being the beginning of off-season and all the COVID issues. We did have some cleanliness and functionality issues with the toilets and tub but those were corrected very quickly with the help of the unit owner. Great memories!

Perfect family and beautiful views
My niece loved the bunk beds her mom would've not let her sleep on the top bunk but since there was a full under her mom and dad could sleep underneath the master bedroom was comfortable great nights sleep the view from the 12th floor is simply amazing I would love to bring my family back to stay

Great place but needs to check on condo more
The place & condo was nice, however the TV half worked, there weren't any batteries in any remotes (including the DVD player), two out of the three elevators didnt work half the time, nor was there laundry detergent as stated on the paper to wash towels.
I honestly would probably stay here again, but maybe not the same condo until the owner makes some changed on how he checks on their own amenities.
