This ocean view 3 bedroom condo was spotless and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The owners emailed the directions to park and enter the unit and even allowed us to come early since the condo was ready. We used the beautiful pools on premises. It’s also a great spot on Ocean Drive. We definitely will contact them for future stays.

From the moment we parked the car everything was smooth sailing. The resort itself requires a code for entry into the parking garage and the building. The minute you walk in to resort it smells and looks fantastic no wait for the elevators no check in at a desk. The room was exactly as described, clean very roomy, beautiful view, there is an abundance of pots, pans, dishes everything you need. The host is very nice and helpful she even messaged that our room was available for early check in. I highly recommend this rental and we will be back.

This place was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. The check in and check out directions were very detailed and clear! We weren't left trying to figure anything out on our own. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We felt very much at home during our family vacation. The only thing to be aware of is that while the master bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two bathrooms have a tub/shower that has a very high step in height. This was a challenge for my parents, but we made everything work without any major issues. If I were to return for another family vacation, I would rent again without hesitation. Check in was seemless and May was very helpful in her communications prior to our arrival. The location is very good and the property pools were a nice addition to the beach front property. Our girls enjoyed them.

This condo was beautiful and clean, in a private, quiet area. Close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with views of North Myrtle Beach and the ocean. Highly recommend this beautiful beach condo.

Our place was amazing "MarVista Grand." It was perfect fit as in rooms size for all. Couldn't;t complain at all, We had a wonderful time being with our daughter, family and friends she was getting married this past weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted visited MB.

This property is everything that's promised plus much much more. It's all the conforts of home, luxury, and ocean views with dolphins. Would give this 10 stars in all areas if we could it's just that outstanding. Quick response from owners who true care as well.

Condo was clean, quiet, Beautifully decorated. You truly new you were at the beach. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Owner communicated with us when we were on our way to let us know it would be available earlier then 4 PM. Most enjoyable vacation.

The room was perfect, it had everything you would need for your stay. We never felt like we had to clean a thing when we arrived. The complex was great with indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to the beach! If I ever had a question May was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

I am EXTREMELY picky and EXTREMELY clean/neat freak. This place went beyond my expectations on how clean and well put together it was. The owner is extremely prompt and answers back immediately. The place is well situated at the beach and the pools and entire facility is amazing and well cared for. It was perfect for my large family and had an amazing time. Well worth every penny!!!!!

Best we’ve ever stayed while in Myrtle Beach. This condo was extremely clean. All the furniture was very comfortable and the perfect size kitchen. Four elevators were sufficient that we rarely had to wait any length of time to get them. I loved that the parking was covered and that the trash chute was on the same floor as the unit we rented. Much better than having to go to a curb and throw it in the dumpster.

Pictures do *not* do this rental justice. Beautiful! The owners take such care, such love, and it shows. It feels like a home and not just a rental. And you know it's home to them too because they thought of everything you'd need! Not just fresh towels and linens (with more available just a phone call way if need be), but also kitchen ware fully stocked. We didn't think of a beach umbrella, and May had two at the ready on her balcony. And so CLEAN. And safe! From the moment you enter the building you *know* it's right. Everything sanitized, daily, throughout the building. Security codes required for owners/guests to park, and to enter the building itself. I have never felt so at ease (and during a pandemic!) while staying away on a trip. Oh. And luggage carts available to help get all your stuffs inside! There's a path to the beach right out the building's back entrance (also a secure entrance), complete with outdoor shower and hoses. And, there's *several* pools to choose from: fully shaded toddler pool and a casual shallow swimming pool, a deeper swimming pool both half in and half out of the shade, a lazy river, *and* an expansive jacuzzi. We went in mid May and the pools were still heated to perfect temperatures for the current weather then. The *location* is PERFECT. You have a balanced view off the balcony of the beach *and* of the city. (There was an incredible view of the Moon on the water, just, perfect.) Overall was like staying in a family friendly neighborhood, while still more than close enough to quickly drive to anything you'd want to check out. If you need anything there's a plenty of nearby grocery stores and a Walmart too. There was even an absolutely serene park (McLean Park) just a couple blocks away that my five year old loved (*two* well maintained playgrounds), including a picturesque pond complete with fountain and gazebo. Still, what impressed me the most, was May's communication. She was on top of EVERYthing, always so responsive, and always with such professionalism and kindness. We aren't even bothering looking anywhere else for future Myrtle Beach trips. THIS is the place. Thank you, May. You and your home-away-from-home were the foundation to an amazing, memorable first beach trip for my daughter. Thank you! LOVE!!

The condo is amazing and the location is perfect. Close enough to things to do, but also not in the hustle of Myrtle Beach! Great, responsive owner. I wanted to double check that we needed to leave the linens on the beds and they responded back super quick!

The only way I felt comfortable traveling during the pandemic was to return to May’s beach home. May is an excellent host and the condo is always very clean and well maintained. Mar Vista Grande is the nicest property in North Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed meeting several owners at the pool, who were all so welcoming. The beach is wide even when the tide is high. You can’t beat the on-site cabana bar. MVG’s close proximity to restaurants and attractions make it a great location for your vacation home base. Thanks for a great week, May. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great time at May’s condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. May was super responsive whenever I emailed her. She was pleasant to deal with. The condo location was perfect and the resort was great! We can’t wait to stay again!

Our stay at your condo was fabulous. Everything clean, beds comfortable, all the luxuries of home. Fully stocked kitchen. My family is already staying that they would like to go back next year.

The condo I rented was beautiful and spacious for the 5 of us. It had everything that we possibly needed. We had some questions about the tv in the living room and the owner helped with the problem. I would definitely rent this condo again. I have nothing but a good review for this condo and owner. We gad a great time and thanks for renting us your condo.

Everything you could possibly need they had ,, including s beach cart to carry your things to the beach.. and FYI .. the unassuming tiki bar by the pool makes the most delicious drinks !! Near everything,, great restaurants.. totally recommend CLARKS SEAFOOD AND CHOPHOUSE.. we went twice!!!! Thank you again May!!!

We 3 adults, 2 children, stayed at the Mar Vista Grande in a lovely 3 bedroom condo, with all amenities. The location was terrific, just a block from a busy, beachy scene and only a few blocks from Hwy 17. This is in the Crescent Beach location where things are a lot quieter than other parts of Myrtle Beach. The beach itself was wide, sloping and very few seashells, though we did encounter a jellyfish or two. A very family friendly, relaxing, quiet area. We really enjoyed this place and wished we could stay longer. Maybe next year!

This Condo 1403 at the MarVista Grande is the nicest/best Condo we have stayed in. Having been vacationing in North Myrtle/Myrtle Beach for many years. This Condo was exactly as advertisted and more. Beautifully decorated. Very well maintained in like new condition. Very spacious and roomy. Beds comfortable and the entire condo very clean. The owners were a delight to work with even though we had zero issues during our stay. The questions we had were answered very quickly. Checking-in and checking-out was so easy and effiecient thanks to the owners well thought out plan. Great location! Very appreciative to have stayed in a condo that that exceeded our expectations! Defintely look forward to our next stay.

We had a great time. Beautiful place, had everything you needed. Just take your food clothes and beach and pool stuff. Walk out from the pool to the beach. Great place. Would stay here again.
