Questa grande casa elegante sull'acqua (280 piedi)! Si trova in una delle migliori zone di Fort Lauderdale. La casa ha un open space per soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. C'è un sacco di pesce qui. È a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e ci sono alcuni posti dove noleggiare biciclette.

We’ve been coming back for years and love everything about this house. The location and house are special. We sit outside every evening to enjoy the sunsets. Each time we have visited we have new guests join us and to a person everyone loves the house. The homeowner has been great as well. We look forward to returning.

Kitchen and home was very clean, extremely well equipped for meal prep. I left some personables and the host shipped them immediately with a nice personal note. The view at the rear of the house is beautiful and relaxing.

This was the third year I have taken my family (two daughters, spouses, and four grandchildren) to this neighborhood for the Thanksgiving holiday week. This home is wonderful and the host was very responsive. Ft. Lauderdale had major storms just before we arrived and power had been disrupted. When we arrived everything was perfect but the pool wasn’t warm…which is important for the grandkids…or really for the adults getting in the pool with the kids. 🙂 I sent a message and the host was on it immediately! It’s a wonderful home and I hope to return with my family. We all agreed that it was our best trip!

Incredible spot to stay and accommodate 10 guests very comfortably. Beautiful sunsets, and great location with about an 8-10 min walk to beach/ 3 min drive. Close to a bunch of restaurants and great night life in the area.

This beautiful home is absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed. Louise was wonderful to work with and she has thought of every convenience possible to make her property a 5 star resort! Check in was a breeze and everything was in perfect working order (to include a great high speed internet connection).
The location was close to Ft Lauderale’s nicest beach with restaurants and shopping close by. We rented a boat during our stay and being able to dock right next to the house was a big plus! All the beds were super comfortable; the kitchen had everything we would need; the outdoor space is beautiful to include a great private pool and very clean gas bbq. Please note, the photos listed are accurate and the entire home was was even more beautiful than the online photos. We would definitely recommend and want to return!

My family of 3 generations spent Christmas at Riviera Isles we had ages 8-66. The house was perfect for all of us. Enough room for everyone to spread out, kitchen has everything you need, the location is perfect. My teens fished, we enjoyed sitting in the sun and the beach. It is the perfect house to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine in!

The house is exactly as pictured, the layout is perfect, and open. The home is stocked with every amenity, and the view and location can not be beat. So close to, grocery, wonderful restaurants, and the beach. We hope to be back soon.

Property was great. All kitchen extras were wonderful. Beds were comfy. View from the patio was beautiful. Plenty of parking. All appliances worked well. Plenty of room to find a quiet place to talk or enjoy each others company in one of the big rooms or dining table. Our family had a great time.

We recently returned from spending two weeks at Riviera Isles and we loved it. The house is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and beautiful Las Olas. The layout of the house is very comfortable and owner's have supplied it with everything you need. The large island kitchen is very comfortable. Enjoying beautiful sunsets by the pool with family was truly special. (The only recommendation we can provide is for the TV's to be upgraded, especially the one in the great room, since it's small for larger groups.) Louise was extremely attentive. We highly recommend this vacation home!

The photos of the home did not do it justice! The home was immaculate, the open floor plan was awesome, the views were amazing, and the bedrooms were very spacious! The host was very accomodating! We will definately plan another stay here!!

Beautiful sunshine filled property with gorgeous water views! Very well stocked home that makes for a smooth vacation! Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen that has everything. Every bedroom has a bathroom which was very convenient for our group of 8. Not all the bedrooms had a tv in them however and the ones that did, didn’t work very well. At this price point, It would have been nice to have smart tv’s in all the bedrooms for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun. Also there are no beach chairs to take on the short .7 mile trip to the ocean which would have been super helpful, so be prepared to rent them or buy them when you get there. Check-in and check-out was seamless! Book your next vacation here and you won’t be disappointed!

What a wonderful house in which to enjoy our stay in Ft. Lauderdale! The three couples liked their own king suites…each had their own bath. There was plenty of room for all seven of us and you can’t beat the fantastic location…close to everything. Being on the canal/lake was an added bonus. We’d certainly stay there again.

This house was amazing! It was home for our family for 1 week. The spacious living areas and breathtaking back yard view we’re the icing on the cake. It was clean and organized. The owner was timely with answers to questions and concerns we had during our stay. The house had lots of indoor and outdoor towels and anything you would need for your stay. All appliances worked well and the kitchen was stocked with all you may need. We will hopefully be back!!!
