La master suite ha il proprio bagno con due lavandini, una cabina armadio e un letto a baldacchino king-size. Ognuna delle 2 camere da letto aggiuntive ha un bagno privato e un armadio. Una offre un letto king-size a baldacchino e l'altra ha 2 letti queen-size. Tutti i bagni sono splendidamente decorati con piastrelle fatte a mano locali Talavera.

The location and property are absolutely stunning. We read several of the reviews and they were extremely helpful. We rented a car and had them deliver it to the house. Highly recommend! Driving is an experience. We used TPV for the excursions. They were amazing. See the waterfall that takes you on a little bit of a hike. You will not regret it. Wear old tennis shoes. Not water shoes. These guys also stopped at some amazing restaurants!
Our only suggestions for improvements…the master bedroom bed gives a whole new take on the word firm. And it could do for some new pillows. Also, in one of our rooms the very cool bathroom outdoor shower did not work the whole trip. That was a bummer.
But overall definitely…pura vida!!

We weren't able to stay very long at the house but all 12 of us really enjoyed our time! The house was beautiful and spacious. The pool was nice and private. There was plenty of seating space outside and with a BBQ, you can't beat it! Nice and close to the Hacienda Beach Club and also the beach was only about 6min away driving. Can't wait to go back.

We stayed at Casa Nibbana with our 5 grown children for my retirement trip to Costa Rica. The house was wonderful - it was well stocked and had plenty of space for 7 grown adults plus the backyard and pool are AMAZING. The owners are extremely helpful, very easy to work with and have great suggestions for things to do while there. The community that the house is in is incredible and offers a wide variety of activities. We golfed, rode horses, swam at the beach club, and spent time on the beach without ever having to leave the Hacienda Pinilla community. Tamarindo is only about 30 minutes away and is a super cute beach / surf town with lots of great restaurants and shopping. We loved out stay here.

The house is beautiful and well laid out for a large family. Very difficult to get through the guard house. I asked for early check-in which Georgina said would not be a problem. Arrived at 3:00 and guards would not let us in. Stayed at the gate for 30 minutes until they could confirm our reservation. Also, there is a lot of construction and noise surrounding the house and throughout the Hacienda. Road is right next to the house so construction trucks going by. The Beach Club is wonderful. We loved our swimming day and our dinner at the Club.

Our stay at Casa Nibbana was overall enjoyable. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and kept us cool during the hot nights we vacationed there. The pool was fabulous. However, there were a few hiccups during our stay! First of all, I had major issues getting drivers I had hired directly into Hacienda Pinilla. This struck me as “odd” since this was my 5th visit to the property and I had never encountered this issue during prior visits. Having to communicate directly with the Property Manager (PM) or her team was very inefficient at times resulting drivers being detained and making us late for scheduled activities because the front gate had not been informed by the PM of our requests (the information had been sent to the PM the day before). When, I discussed these instances with the PM I was told that if I used her “pre-approved services” I would not have had these issues? However, on day one when I spoke with the front gate security guard, he informed me that if the PM would give me authorization to communicate directly with them the Guards would allow entry of our scheduled drivers without having to go through the PM? A/C didn't work when asked to have it turned on. Trash can had no lid and birds made a mess, so had to put it back in garage. Grill ran out of gas. Minimal glass wine/champagne stemware and wine opener was broken. Some outdoor furniture was broken, so had to use rocks to level them. Zero personal contact with PM and we won't stay at another property they manage.

This house was amazing!! Very clean and had everything we needed. The management was excellent with helping us set up a chef one night and buying our groceries before we got there. The beach club is a great place to enjoy a big pool and beautiful beach with bar. The location was about 20 minutes from Tamarindo. Overall a wonderful experience!!!!

We had the best time in Costa Rica. The house was amazing and well equipped if you chose to cook. We made meals and grilled hamburgers July 4th. Georgina was amazing and answered all our questions. The pool was used daily, either by just relaxing or cooling off after a day of being out in the sun. Lots of good information on tours (TVP tours was awesome), private chef coming to cook for you at the house. We used Lila - Casina Lila and so good. Also, we had groceries at the house when we arrived which was nice after traveling all day. The house was clean, and had everything we needed and more! Would definitely stay here again. There were 6 adults and plenty of room for everyone! Made our Blessing trip amazing.

Casa Nibbana was perfect for our active family (which includes two teenagers) in terms of its design, comfort, privacy and security and its overall proximity to so much. The home was designed to give everyone their own space but then bring them together in the beautiful great room and outdoor areas. The pool was the perfect temperature to hang out in and was used more than I thought it would be--pool guy did great job of cleaning it daily of vegetation. We grilled two nights wanting to stay in to enjoy our wonderful home (kitchen was well-equipped to cook in) and the remainder evenings we took the homeowner's recommendation and went to Avellana, eating at Lola's two nights and Il Rustico the other--the homeowner's book in house was very helpful. Be prepared for dirt roads for the trip to Avellana and if you go down to Playa Langosta--both recommended by the homeowner and well worth the trips. Each morning, we drove the 20 to 25 minute drive for my daughter to surf in Tamarindo while we walked the beach and then ate breakfast. By afternoon, we were on the golf course playing nine holes. Golf course was brown in April but was still fun and uncrowded. We look forward to returning in the future.

My extended family has been fortunate enough to share many vacations together in rental homes. I count Casa Nibbana as probably the very best property. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, it has a level of comfort and convenience that is unparalleled. Three family "pods" found privacy and peace within the home. The home is spacious and wonderfully designed and furnished. The landscaping and pool are gorgeous and positioned to provide shade and cool retreats during the hottest weather. We range from 4- to 72- years old, and each individual managed to find their own space apart, and beautifully functional and attractive situations all together. I can't say enough about the place itself, it is secure and close to everything we could have hoped to enjoy... beaches, horseback riding, mountain biking, surfing, golf, charming little towns, great restaurants, etc. A real bonus is the access to the Beach Club on property, with great food and hospitality featuring a great pool, easy access to the beach, and a rental shop for boards and surf toys. Live music on Friday night was also very nice. Speaking of appointments, the house itself offers a great many toys for guests to enjoy, including bikes, golf clubs, floaties, etc. A wonderful visit and we would all sincerely love to return in the future.

Our stay was amazing! Georgina was a pleasure to work with and responded to all our questions/needs in a timely manner. Because of our late arrival, she even had our kitchen stocked with the groceries we requested.
The home was everything we were hoping for-lovely, clean, well stocked and met our family’s needs. We especially loved the outside area. The kids swam nonstop in the pool while the adults enjoyed their morning coffee and afternoon happy hour on the covered patio.
Should you be looking for a tour guide, Doug from TPV tours was amazing. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. He went all out to make our adventures memorable! Should we go back to Costa Rica , he will be our go to! Thanks Georgina for recommending him.

Casa Nibbana is a beautiful house and its location was perfect for us. Hacienda Pinilla is about 30min from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo Beach. It offers beautiful beaches, a golf course, and great walking trails.
The house is beautiful and the outdoor space with a lovely pool and shaded deck is perfect for spending time outdoors. The beautifully appointed rooms inside provided lots of space for the 5 of us.
Georgina provided us with lots of information about the Casa itself as well as great restaurant and shopping tips.

This is a lovely property convenient to all that CR has to offer to vacationers. The house is very nice. The kitchen needs some updating. Pots and pans specifically designed to use on the glass cooktop would have made cookin easier. The kitchen knives need to be replaced or at the least sharpened. Dull knives are actually dangerous. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked will dishes and bakeware. We enjoy cooking together as a family so the big space was wonderful. The dining room was enormous and a great place to eat and play games at night.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and the ac worked great keeping us cool at night.
The mattresses, pillows and linens need to be updated.
The outdoor patio was our favorite place for morning coffee and plan making.. The pool is sparkling clean and refreshing. It’s a beautiful outdoor space., just watch out for falling coconuts!
Overall, this is a great house and made our family very happy on our Costa Rican holiday!

Where many high-end property rentals fall short, so did this one. The mattresses, comfort of the furniture, bathroom towels and bed linens did not match the level of the house itself. When on vacation, we like to sleep well, sink into comfortable furniture and have cushy towels, unfortunately this was a miss. Again, the house itself, the community and backyard was fantastic. One more item that could have been coordinated better. On our last morning the gardeners woke us up with leaf blowers (fairly early) and we were not able to use the backyard for the entire morning. That detail should have been caught by the host. The beaches near are beautiful, they made our stay!

This is the second time to Costa Rica for us and we very much enjoyed the property! We used Sixt Car Rental, which was great. Everyone we encountered was lovely. The road coming into the neighborhood was terrible and we did get a flat, but Georgina helped us greatly and found us someone to come change the tire. Lola’s was our favorite restaurant. Beach front and very local beach. We watched surfing and enjoyed the beautiful people and scenery. We had a private chef one night, Ben Arthur private chef company. They were great. We did prefer going to the beach off “good dirt road” within the community. There was hardly anyone ever there and it had beautiful shells and views. We stopped at the Walmart and another market on the way in from Liberia airport. We didn’t need to return to a store once we stocked up for the week. We spent one day in Tamarindo and used Marlin Del Rey catamaran. The snorkeling wasn’t great but the experience of seeing whales and jumping sting rays was incredible. The house has everything you need. We didn’t use pool too much but it was lovely. We saw Howler monkeys on the way to the beach. We used a spa not far, up in the mountains. Gorgeous views!! Called Spa de Eros. We will definitely be back!!! (Don’t walk to Lola’s bc the tide goes high around noon and you won’t safely be able to cross back! We did this and it was very scary crossing neck high!!)

Exceeded Expectations
Villa Nibbana completely exceeded our expectations! This house is beautiful and extremely spacious and was perfect for our family of 7 adults! It is equipped with everything you could need. Gorgeous grounds with a beautiful pool, outdoor barbecue and massive terrace with comfortable lounge seating and outdoor dining table. We spent a lot of time here! Huge fully equipped kitchen … way bigger that it looks in the photos… 3 large bedrooms and bathrooms plus a separate powder room. The beach club was excellent… definitely worth spending some time there. At the house we saw lizards, butterflies, squirrels, frogs , many birds including a bizarre visit one morning from a duck family who thought they could hang out in the trees but were a bit clumsy balancing on palm fronds! Also saw a family of Howler Monkeys tight rope walking the power lines in Hacienda Pinella! The beaches and sunsets were stunning. Be prepared for the 1 km pot-holes dirt road drive to get into Hacienda Pinella: we were very thankful to have rented an SUV! It was a little tricky finding the house.. just remember when you go through the gates of Reserva de Golf, the house (#3) will be first driveway on the left! Highly recommend booking this beautiful house and we would love to come back again😀

Beautiful property
The house was amazing and looked just like the pictures. It may have been even bigger than I thought it was going to be! The pool was a hit and we were in it every day. We barbecued one night which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. A car is a must! The drive to Tamarindo is about 20 minutes although there are restaurants and beaches within about a 5 minute drive. We went to the nearby beach club a couple of times. The food was good, staff was friendly and we enjoyed the beach and pool there. We also went to the nearby Marriott a couple of times. The food was more expensive but it was very convenient and the beach club was not open for dinner those nights. Communication with Georgina was excellent. She responded to any issues we had immediately. This is the first VRBO we've ever done and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Nabbina. The home and property are beautiful, just as beautiful as the photos. The air conditioners in the bedrooms kept us all cool and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool in the beautiful backyard. We also enjoyed having access to the club with the pool, gym and restaurant. If given the opportunity, I would definitely return to Casa Nabbina!

This is definitely one of the very best properties that we have ever rented! Absolutely charming with exquisite details and high end construction. The dining /living area opens to the outdoor patio with seating and additional dining. There is also an outdoor cooking pavilion. The pool and backyard/veranda are enchanting! Pool was maintained and cleaned twice during our stay. The bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. They are quickly cooled by individual a/c units. We opted for no A/C air conditioning in main area. There were multiple screened doors for nice ventilation. It was very pleasant even in late May. The kitchen is lovely and very well stocked. The location was very convenient and safe. Don't miss the sunsets at the beach club or nearby restaurants. Plenty of nearby beaches and great food! We played golf on site twice during our stay and saw many monkeys and other wildlife. This home is highly recommended ! And Georgina is very helpful in whatever assistance or recommendations you might need. Do not hesitate to book this listing!! We would definitely return!!

Dream getaway
Casa Nibbana was absolutely perfect. Close to Tamarindo and Villarreal but secluded enough to feel truly “away”. The house is located in a beautiful lush property that allowed for nature walks full of wild life and the in-home pool made vacationing with kids so much easier. The house itself is gorgeous and equipped with anything that you may need. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Unbelievable from Start to Finish
Our Trip to Costa Rica was the best vacation I’ve ever been on, the house was amazing, our host Georgina was perfect. I took my 19 year old son, two of his best friends, a buddy of mine and my Girlfriend to their s beautiful property and could not be happier. House was beautiful and host was very responsive. Possibly due to Covid, the house smelled of strong cleaning products that lingered for over a day. The house also had a musty smell. Our best times were spent outside by the poolside after a fun day in Tamarindo. Great house and would recommend to my friends.

Spacious and Beautiful Home
We stayed in this beautiful home while exploring the area. It was spacious and more than enough room for two couples. Having two rooms with king sized beds and in suite bathrooms was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and using the pool as often as we could. The kitchen is also well stocked and easy to prepare meals and enjoy at the large dining room table. We would definitely stay here again.

Hacienda Pinella Vacation Home
The home is beautiful, located in a quiet remote gated community. Has a lovely salt water pool with lounge chairs & BBQ area. The house has a Spanish motif with beautiful tile through out the home. Private master suite with a large walk in closet. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could need for meal prep. The property manager is extremely helpful and responsive to any and all questions. We actually saw Howler monkeys in the backyard and woke up the sound of birds singing.
My only suggestion would be to install dehumidifiers in the rooms which were a bit musty.

Beautiful Home/Great Property Management
Immaculately clean and beautiful property in Hacienda Pinilla. Convenient for golf, short ride to the hotel and beach club, and great base to explore Guanacaste. Sprawling one story layout which makes the house feel even bigger and gives everyone a sense of having plenty of space. Huge backyard with great pool. Only slight negative, which is totally out of the hands of the owner/property mgr, is the security at the guard gates. While we appreciated being in a safe community, plan on bewildering delays (some lasting 20 minutes+) just getting into Pinilla or your specific community even though no cars are in front of you at the gates. There appears to be no rhyme or reason for the delays, no apparent communication between the various gates about who is authorized to enter and no master list of guests. It seems to be totally dependent on who is working the gates that specific day and time. Got to be pretty annoying after a few days of it. Other than that, highly recommend this house and the property manager Georgina was outstanding and super responsive at all times.

Amazing home!
The house was exactly like it was pictured. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out. We loved the outdoor seating and lounge chairs, which is where we spent most of our time. We ate outside at the table, and played games at night. The pool was great! We loved the comfy pool lounge chairs as well. Georgina was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. So appreciated the summary of information she provided about things in the area. Only complaint...we didn't have clear directions on how to find the house once we passed the gate into the community...but we figured it out. All in all...we'd highly recommend it!

Good communication with the host and she was attentive and responsive. No issues with the house, just as described. We enjoyed the pool. We spent an afternoon at the beach club. In order to go to the beach you have to do a short drive, not able to walk. I would come back again in the future. I liked the privacy and security the place had to offer.

Lovely Home
Our group consisting of my parents myself and my two teenagers loved this home. We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home and pool. We had a chef come in and leave us dinner for the first night since we were getting in late and then had them come in to fix breakfast the first morning, what a treat! The only recommendation I would make is to warn people about the road leading into Hacienda Pinilla it is a pothole filled road that you need to take slowly but once you get to the gate you are fine. I also highly suggest doing the spa day at Los Altos de Eros it was wonderful.

Great family HQ for beaches and adventure
Casa Nibbana was great for our family of six. The big rooms and big beds gave us plenty of room to spread out and the great room is bigger in reality than the pictures make it look. The kids enjoyed the pool and tropical setting of the yard. The location is just a short drive to many different beaches and the beach club within the neighborhood of Hacienda Pinilla. Georgina, the manager, was great to work with and answered all our questions promptly and helped arrange our family covid testing at the house. I would highly recommend for up to three couples or a large family like us. Be sure to have a car so you can see make the short drives to Playa Avellanas, Playa Negra, Playa Langosta, and definitely check out the beach club. It was great! Pura Vida!
