Great location - the beach cove across the street was amazing and the walk/running path was great way to explore the area on foot. We drove the17-mile Drive at sunset from Carmel back to the house; it was beautiful!

The house was well appointed with an amazing view and nice walking trails nearby. Super close to the aquarium and lots of nice restaurants. The manager didn’t respond too quickly to questions. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We had a wonderful time! We enjoyed watching the ocean, the beautiful cars that cruised on Ocean view Boulevard. We truly truly enjoyed the quiet.

We had a brief but lovely stay here. The house was just the perfect size for us and the location across the street from the water was beautiful and accessible to so much. Thank you!

The property was perfect for our holiday. As a family of four with 2 teenagers having three bedrooms was ideal as we all had our own space. I personally think two people would struggle to sleep together in the two smaller bedrooms due to the bed sizes but the main bedroom was ideal for us parents. We didn’t use the sofa bed downstairs so can’t comment about that. The location was fantastic being right on the coastal road with a fabulous view and access to walks along the footpath in either direction. The local seagulls were very vocal in the early morning which we enjoyed. The kitchen was well maintained with plenty of equipment. The only improvement I’d like to suggest would be to provide the check in details earlier than the day before arrival so as not to cause undue stress in particular as we were travelling from the UK and we’re coming straight to the property from the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Being able to walk across to the water and see the sunset, otters playing, and take jog, etc. was just an amazing part of our stay. The location let us easily get to Monterey and we also used it as we headed into Carmel and Big Sur To explore. The window coverings could use a little help, but that is minor compared to the wonderful location and adorable home. Plenty of parking options, which is nice.

We loved the house. It comfortably fit my family (adults and kids).
It’s in a great location with access to the beach, close to Cannery Row, and Pebble Beach.
You can’t beat the view!
The property was clean, well-kept, and easy to communicate with the owner.
I will stay here again in the future.

I have stayed in VRBOs in 7 countries and never have I been asked to wash the towels before I leave, strip the beds and lug the sheets down to the laundry and empty all the garbage cans. I always leave home spotless but this is over and above. The home was as presented and the location was perfect.

It was a family gathering to commemorate the loss of a family member and it was perfect. Great location with views of whales breaching in the distance and ear walking location. Everyone in our group said they wanted to return to the same place.

Location was great--here for race at Laguna Seca. Loved the big front window for people, car, and otter watching! Yes, there was traffic, but it was never bothersome to us. I do wish that there were queen beds instead of double in the other 2 rooms, but pretty minor detail for our stay. My only real complaint would be that the pillows were pretty uncomfortable and could use replacing. Be aware that the stairs to second level are steep. Water pressure was good, and having fireplace was beneficial as the downstairs heat did not seem to function well. Walkable to aquarium, and loved the walking paths right across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed daily walks just a few steps from the front door. We could view the scenic coastline watching the waves, otters and birds, from our kitchen table or our upstairs bedroom with a deck.

The location is great and the view spectacular, but.....so many things that result in the property not being worth the cost.
None of the curtains are big enough to cover the windows! Middle bedroom curtains were put up backward and missed some of the connections.
Sheets continually came off the primary bed. Inexpensive and it was very evident.
Shower curtain liner would not stay on the tiny hooks so fell off continually during the shower. Bathroom was smaller than one on a cruise ship. Please take note.
Could not get heat to work, up or downstairs.
Be advised, the draw is the view.

We loved our stay! It was so fun to wake up and watch the otters while sipping our coffee. The house was just as listed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We were able to walk to dinner and the aquarium. We would absolutely come back.

This was our second time staying in this yellow beach house. It's perfect for our family, and the location can't be beat. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife, cool weather, and quality time as a family. We'd love to visit again if we can make it happen.

We enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Also excellent dining easy walking distance. Great location to get back and forth to the Peninsula for the Women's Open at Pebble Beach.

Wonderful property, we enjoyed watching the seals and otters play on the rocks right across from our breakfast table. Great location except the neighbor next door was remodeling and his scaffolding almost touched the windows! Creepy!!

After 25 years, we returned to Monterey to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our son & grandson. It was wonderful. Great house, amazing view, awesome aquarium visit. Loved walking out the door to the beach. Very beautiful place.

Nice home with many amenities. The view from front window and balcony is so real! Walk anywhere along the beach path to a relaxing beach, restaurants, and shops. Parking in front of house off the street is nice. We thought there were aquarium passes but could not find them. Tried emailing and calling leaving messages but unfortunately no response. So we made do .
The house next door is being remodeled so a bit noisy from 8:00-5:00. Otherwise, this place was awesome. Evenings spent peacefully listening to the sounds of the ocean. We will highly recommend you staying here.

We stayed in Pacific Grove for a family wedding in Carmel. The house was perfect for 5 of us. The location is THE BEST and we couldn't have asked for better hosts. We'll definitely stay again.

We began each morning with a cup of coffee sitting at the kitchen table with an amazing view of sea otters and birds in the ocean. A perfect way to start the day.

We loved our visit to this home. Everything about it was wonderful. It is not an exaggeration to say that the view is spectacular. One of the best views on the point. Hope to return!

The house was the perfect place to start and end our day. We were able to take in the views and spy sea otters, sea lions, seals, and birds from the front room and upstairs balcony. Nice quiet part of town within a short walk to a grassy park and swimming area. The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. Highly recommend.

The house was dated and not accommodating for our needs-the living room space shares with the kitchen and was limited. The ocean view was nice but the deck upstairs off the master bedroom was moldy. We had to leave early due to a power outage and we’re not refunded for the last three days.
