This is our second stay at this condo and it was great once again. There were 6 of us, all adults and we had tons of space. Very clean and nicely decorated, in good condition just as pictures show. Last year I mentioned the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and I was super happy to see that it was fixed. Communication from Maureen was great as well. We did not need anything once there but she did answer any questions we had beforehand quickly. Kitchen is very well stocked. Nice refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 coffeemakers-one keurig that also has carafe for regular coffee (need filters) and the other is your standard coffee maker that has a reusable filter in it. You get 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella with room. You will use the same ones for the days you are here which is great. Balcony had enough seating for the 6 of us. It was also in great condition. We love Panama City Beach and staying at such a nice condo just adds to the enjoyment.

We stay at Long Beach every year and this condo is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Its decorated beautifully and plenty of space for our big family. We will for sure be back!!

Truly enjoyed staying here, very clean and everything accurately described in listing. Beds were comfortable, and communication with Barefoot Rentals was good.
Only recommendations I'd have is to have patio sliding door fixed, it took a lot of strength to open and close, and tupperware would be nice to store leftovers as we cooked most meals, other wise kitchen was well stocked.
We had one incident where my oldest daughter left her purse behind and Maureen was awesome at handling the situation and getting it shipped back to us. Can't thank her enough for that. Would definetely rent again.

We have stayed at Long Beach for the last 5 years and this condo is the best! The decor is very tasteful, it was very clean, the furniture and beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing! We loved that all 3 bathrooms had walk-in showers! The only minor issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open.
Overall we loved it so much that we have already booked it for next February 🌞

We have stayed in LBR 5 times and other buildings for several years. This was one of the best if not the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was updated and clean. Plenty of dishes and towels. Property was clean and well maintained.

The room was beautiful and the view was spectacular! The only issue we had had nothing to do with the room but with whomever cleaned the property prior to us entering. There was sand all over the floors in every single room. Other than that, we LOVED the room and would definitely stay here again!

This is probably the best room we have stayed in. Everything was as in the pictures. In good condition and comfortable. Beautiful bathrooms. We have rented from Maureen before and always a great experience. The only thing I would fix is the door leading to the balcony— very hard to open and close - but I’m sure this is an easy fix and in no way took away from our great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed for the week, including plenty of space. Long Beach is a great place to stay with family and friends. We really enjoyed having a set of beach chairs. We would definitely rent this condo again!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was just right for our family. We have teenagers so having the extra space and property amenities were very important. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The property manager was very responsive and the checkin process was absolutely seamless. We would definitely stay again!

The property was really nice, it looks just like the pictures right on the beach with great beach views! We really enjoyed our stay everything was nice and clean upon arriving. I would just suggest more toilet paper in each bathroom there was only one roll in each of the three bathrooms, there should be a roll for each day the property is booked, for each bathroom since this property is suppose to sleep 10, same goes for the trash bags and dishwasher tablets only one available for our entire stay, the washer and dryer was really nice but we had to buy our own laundry detergent! Overall I would rate 8.5 out of 10 the couches were worn too!

The unit is nicely decorated. The third bedroom has it's own thermostat and balcony which a is bonus. It might sound a little nit picky but the water pressure (at least in the shower) is very low. I have thicker hair and had a very hard time rinsing even a little shampoo out of it. I know Long Beach has been around for a while and while the pools are perfectly nice, on certain days they aren't quite big enough to handle the amount of people, and are definitely lacking in chairs; however it is a plus that the pool is open until midnight. I expected the unit to be spotless with the later check-in early check-out time; however there was something splattered on the wall above the dresser in one of the bedrooms and the towels would benefit from some bleach, they were a bit dingy. We had a great view of the sunset.

Beach Bliss!
Condo is excellent. Love the location. Has everything you need. Clean, updated great views. My only complaint was checking in at 5 PM with no chance of it being earlier. Granted we walked in at 5, I felt like for the price we missed a whole day of our vacation. I know Covid played a part in this and you can’t find help, so I’m not saying we wouldn’t stay there again but I think the checkin should be earlier.

Dirty and junky furniture
The condo had sand and dirt all over the floor. The couch and chair in the living room are fabric and not in good shape. The sliding glass door is old, dirty, and very difficult to open. The kitchen table has a pane of glass on it that is supported by rubber discs on both ends. The problem is both ends of the worn-out table are sagging which caused the glass to break. On multiple occasions, the front security gate was left unattended with the gate up which could allow any of the numerous drug addicts in the area to come onto the property. The property manager would not respond to an email or VRBO messages. Steer clear of this property and especially this condo.

Very nice!
Very nice condo. Good location, beautiful view, very nice beach and pools. Clean, large bedrooms and baths, kitchen stocked with appliances, cookware, and utensils. Appreciated that two of the bedrooms had 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed, which made it possible for 2 adults and their 2 small children to share a bedroom. Be sure to read rental agreement carefully. Check in and check out times are central time zone. Also, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll paper towel, etc. are supplied. (We were prepared, but if we weren't, there is a Walmart within a couple of blocks.) It always bothers me when they require all trash be thrown away when checking out but they only give you one trash bag for the whole week. Property manager answered questions and was helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Horrible check in, code was totally wrong it took us 2 hrs
It took us 2 hrs to get into the condo, wrong code. 2 hrs to communicate with property manager, phone kept sending us to voicemail and no help from vrbo.
Cleanliness of the property was horrible, full of sand and dust.. 1 tiny soap for 6 people in a condo .....no toilet paper. The bed in the master bedroom was horrible!!!!! We feel rip off and bay for the view

Very nice unit!
Very nice unit had everything we needed. Had an issue getting the tv to work on cable and maintenance was there in less than 30 minutes to get it reset and working. Beautiful view as well, we enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. The security in The resort is great, they check parking passes every time you go in And they periodically check your arm bands at the pool to make sure you’re supposed to be there. Would definitely book again!

GREAT PROPERTY, GREAT LOCATION, GREAT HOST!
We will definitely be back! The property was just as described (and pictured)—beautifully decorated, super clean, well-stocked kitchen, wonderful beach and location. The view—OMG! The bedrooms were all nice sizes. The bathrooms were on point! Plenty of seating in the living area. Communicating with the host was timely and flawless. We just left this morning and I’m already trying to book for next year! LOVED IT!

Beautiful view but underwhelming overall experience
Overall the condo is just okay. From the online photos and reviews I searched the Internet high and low to book this particular condo. I finally found it on VRBO and booked right away. Upon arrival I was disappointed with a few key aspects of the condo. The common area inside the condo is very nice , updated, and comfortable. The balcony furnishings are comfortable and the view is spectacular. The beach access and the condo location are great. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms need some serious refreshing. The mattresses need to be replaced. The bedrooms and bathrooms were not clean, not just not cleaned well, I don’t think the cleaning crew even entered those rooms. The TV reception and Wi-Fi service were spotty. There’s a moldy smell in one of the bedrooms. There are missing electrical outlet covers in one of the bedrooms. To us the 9 AM checkout was unreasonable especially given the fact the bedroom and bathrooms were not clean when we checked in and we were asked to clean up and start a load of laundry when we checked out. Although the overall condo was underwhelming to me with a new cleaning crew and more attention to detail especially in the bed/bath areas I think this condo could be spectacular, but for me it fell short of my overall expectations.

Beautiful view and so much room!
This place is just as it seems in the photos. Tons of square footage and 3 full master bedrooms, all with a gulf view. The large kitchen table was great for playing games on a rainy day and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Views from the patio are phenomenal.
The later check-in and earlier check-out were frustrating but manageable. The king bed is sqeaky when you get in/out but still somewhat comfortable. Having 2 queen beds in the other 2 suites is very convenient. Only 1 small pool was heated. The large lagoon pool for families was ice cold, which would have been nice to use during double red flags on the beach.
The gated entrance is a nice bonus, especially after all the spring breakers arrived and were cruising and walking around nearby. And it was very clean. This management company is way better with their quality of sheets / towels, check-in process and overall cleanliness and management, than a previous one we had visited.
We would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your beach home with us!

Wonderful Condo
Traveling with another family this was a great fit for all of us. Not sure that it gets any better than this in PCB. This is a recently updated end unit that has all that you need. The view is spectacular and the ease of reaching any type of activity or restaurant is perfect. Since it is a gated environment you have a sense of security and it being orderly. If we decide to revisit PCB we will definitely ask for this condo again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Perfect Off-Season Stay
This property is just as beautiful as the pictures, and it was super clean. Excellent view! 3 adult couples had plenty of room, and we enjoyed the beach loungers and pools. Crowds this time of year are so minimal. Super close to Pineapple Willie's and The Wharf, 2 must eats. We will be back!

Beach Wedding
My sister was married on the beach over Labor Day Weekend. Each of the families stayed at Long Beach. The condo was extremely clean, well stocked, top-notched appliances! Great place and location just a few details to take care
The location is great, wonderful beach and the condo was also great with great features with ocean front and a few steps from the beach.
Some complains that i have are:
1 - when we first arrived the room was a little dirty on the floor. we spent basically half of the first day mopping and cleaning the floor.
Also regarding to the cleanness they should replace the kitchen sponges after every guest leaves
2- the pool for the tower 4 was the only pool that was super dark at night no lights. Also the pools seemed a little dirty not sure how often they clean.
3- if you are a tall person the ceiling is super low, is hard to shower when you are constantly hitting the ceiling and the shower head.
And lastly if you feel like cooking you better bring your own pots and pans because the ones on the condo are all old and overused

Perfect Vacation
This property was perfect for our family vacation! The pictures are very accurate. We had seven individuals and we all had plenty of room to ourselves and together. The beach access was perfect, the week we were there the beach was not overcrowded and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach and the nearby food and other activities that were available in the area. Absolutely beautiful!
This condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It was stunning and had everything we needed! The view from the balcony and every room is unbeatable. We loved how everyone had their own space and a little privacy with our family sharing this condo. We never felt crowded and we had an amazing time. We loved that there was any type of appliance we may need. We used the crockpot to make a yummy roast dinner on our rainy day in and the blender for margaritas on the balcony while watching the waves. It even had games for the kids and teens to play while stuck inside. This was an incredible experience for us and we will definitely be back soon!

NOT CLEAN
Booking was easy and appreciated the keyless entry. However, 4-801 wasn’t clean and elevators were not operational our 1st day. The entire elevator panel was disconnected with wires exposed. My son got shocked, not realizing the disparity. We had to use the stairs (8 flights) for the 1st day. While not the owner’s fault - We weren’t off to a good start, especially checking in with heavy items. Found lots of hair, stains and dirt on most of the bedding, towels and seat cushion. GROSS! Also, the 2nd primary room balcony glass has a bad seal (told a new one was being ordered) which prevented being able to look out of it. After reporting the issues with pictures, they were resolved the next day which was appreciated. Enjoyed views of the beach from the main balcony and primary bedroom. Just wouldn’t recommend this condo due to not being clean, especially with the pandemic.

Paradise!
Barefoot Beach Rentals made our visit to Panama City Beach stress free! Bill and Maureen were so easy to work with, and they were always available if we needed them!
