Lo spazio di vita aperto è di 700 piedi quadrati e ospiterà altre sei persone con un letto matrimoniale nel divano componibile, un futon full-size, un materasso ad aria regina e un materasso gonfiabile. C'è anche un divano aggiuntivo, una chaise lounge ... e un'amaca per due persone nel cortile di casa per coloro che preferiscono dormire sotto la luna ascoltando il fruscio delle foglie di palma;)

This place has a great location, fabulous views, and some charm. When we weren’t out adventuring, it was the perfect place to recharge batteries, grab some food, and relax to the views. We will stay again.

The property is awesome. The views from the patio are amazing and the location was really convenient for everything we did in San Diego (Pacific Beach, Downtown, Padres game). Host did a great job communicating and making sure everything was perfect for the stay.

A great location for a few days in San Diego. We were touring colleges so the location was central for going anywhere in the area. The house had a ton of charm and the deck was amazing to relax each evening. Bill was checking in on us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again!!

The house is pretty much as the description and pictures make it out to be, no surprises there. The deck is worth it, my wife and I enjoyed relaxing out there at night and the kids loved the view of the airport (which you could not hear at all while sleeping). It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, including short walks to the train or quick drives to Hillcrest, North Park, or Downtown.
Only thing to take note of is the steps up to the house, no problem for us, including a 4 and 6 year old but if you have any mobility issues might not be the best choice.
Bill was an awesome host, responding quickly to any questions we had.
Highly recommend, if we head back this will be one of the first places we look to book.

Stayed 4 nights at this wonderful bungalow. It was very convenient to all the San Diego attractions and we had no problem with on-street parking
There are steps to be climbed which could be a challenge to some.
Everything was as presented on rental site. Loved the view on the deck, full kitchen and washer dryer. The beds were comfortable and both were kings. Everything we needed was there and it was the best place to come "home" to after being out and about all day enjoying the sites
Bill was a great rental owner to work with. Very quick to respond to my questions and helpful. We appreciate you Bill!!!

This was an excellent base of operations for our trip to San Diego. From the hilltop, our kids liked watching the planes take off and the bay and ocean glisten. Bill was very responsive and offered to address a couple of minor glitches, but we were out and about so much it wasn't necessary. Eight thumbs up!

Had a great time here with a group of 5! Super close to downtown where we spent a good portion of our stay. Place had everything we wanted and a great view. Would stay there again!

Love this place for a girls trip, location is perfect cuz it’s so close to the airport and easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The views from the balcony are beautiful! Bill was very attentive and easy to reach.
The house is a little older but you can expect that in SD. We had no issues with the stairs but I can see that being a problem for different age groups of people

We stayed here while San Diego was in the middle of a storm, luckily the house felt like home & kept us cozy throughout our stay. The view was also beautiful, being able to see how the weather changing from such a great view was awesome.
Instructions for check in & check out were very clear. No complaints at all.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

This rental is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and watching beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for making meals. Bill is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

The reason for our visit was to attend my niece's wedding. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every bit of it. The view was something we all enjoyed both during the day and at night. The location was perfect too. It was only minutes away from the wedding venue and from the shopping areas. The whole experience was great and we would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The location is convenient. My toddler absolutely loved watching the planes, trains, and boats from the front balcony. The planes stop flying overnight and start up again around seven am. There are quite a few stairs up to the place so not recommended for the mobility impaired. Also it's two bedrooms and a bed in the main open space. The space worked really well for our needs, was clean, and Bill was easy to communicate with.

The hosts were incredibly accomodating. They greeted us with a delicious fresh fruit basket, and all the comforts and amenities of home. The daytime temps were perfect but it was getting cold at night and he brought us a nice space heater for the back bedroom and it was perfect.
The beds were cozy, and all the spaces were used. Homemade dinner at the table together, movies in the living room, son did some schoolwork at the desk, going home with clean laundry and the balcony with such an exciting view. The guys stayed on the balcony mostly, watching the airport and the Naval base, and the bay haha The location was amazing very close to everything we needed. It was a great time. 10/10 highly recommend.

This house is centrally located in San Diego, with very easy access to the airport (including an amazing view) and many fun attractions and activities. The neighborhood is beautiful, and very walkable. Our host was very responsive during our stay and made us feel very welcome. My only issue was that on VRBO, it showed up as a 3 bedroom, but it is actually only 2 bedrooms.

Property is in a great location, generally central in relation to points of interest throughout San Diego and really close to the airport, perfect for our quick family trip. It has plenty of open space in the living areas as well, and the view from the balcony is unbeatable.

Everything about this place lived up to its billing. We were so busy in SD that we never got to see the sunset from our balcony (((. But everyone enjoyed watching the planes, the military ships, and more. Everything in the house worked well and was as advertised.

The location of this house was perfect for what we needed for our son’s graduation from MCRD San Diego. The views were great - watching the planes and military ships go by. Lots of great dining options just down the hill. As noisy as it was outside we were pleasantly surprised how you couldn’t hear much of it inside. Starting and ending each day on the deck was great - sunset view was amazing. House was very well appointed - had everything we needed. Communication with Bill was easy, he was always available with a quick response to any questions we had or info needed. We would highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

This home was a great location for where we needed to be. We loved the views and and the balcony. The house is very clean and well maintained, although the decor is a little dated if asthetics is important. Owner offers fantastic communication and is very attentive. Only other thing to note is you do have to carry your luggage up many steps to get to the home - but once you get there, the view is great!

This house was enjoyed by all, ages 5 to 65. The veiw was amazing day and night, we were able to see the fireworks nightly from the balcony. House was great, fully equipped with everything you need and more. Hosts were extremely kind and generous. Parking was easy and neighborhood was very clean with friendly neighbors. 5 star house/host would definitely recommend. Thank you William, you made your family reunion very successful!

Ultimately this a great property and we had a great stay. We didn’t get to use all the amenities but I wish we had. The view was amazing and it was a great size for our family. The owner was very responsive and helpful and even followed up with us to make sure we were good to go after our first night. The stairs and parking were the biggest challenge, with both being something you just have to get used to and/or be prepared for.
Probably the best property we’ve selected on this app so far.

We were very pleased with this property. The owner was more than hospitable. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. This property does overlook the airport so if you have children or yourself enjoy watching airplanes take off and land, you'll like this view (we certainly did). Sunsets were pretty awesome as well. This property is located near everything. Any of our destinations were less than a 20 minute drive. It's also a very quiet neighborhood. You will earn your "steps" for those that count them, as this property has many leading up to the front door. Some have found that a nuisance, but we didn't mind; just noteworthy for travel goer's. I rate this at five stars, because there isn't anything that would validate a lesser rating. The house nextdoor was being renovated, which made parking tricky, but that's no fault of the owner; just worth mention, because I'm not sure how long that will last. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Kudos to the owner for opening the door to out of towner's, to rest their heads, after running a muck in San Diego!

This is a beautiful property with a great view, as advertised, and a first-rate, convenient location. We stayed for several weeks while we explored the SD area up and down the coast. House is clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the hosts are thoughtful, responsive, and communicative. Would definitely return.
