Situato convenientemente tra le piste da sci di Windham (5 minuti) e Hunter (10 minuti), la casa è ideale in inverno per sciatori, snowboarder e racchette da neve. Nelle altre stagioni, ci sono molti sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike, campi da golf e laghi vicini che offrono canoa, kayak e nuoto. E ovviamente, in autunno, il fogliame è spettacolare.
Le vicine città di Windham, Hunter e Tannersville offrono ottimi ristoranti e gallerie d'arte in abbondanza, il tutto in pochi minuti di auto.
Dopo tutta questa attività, rilassati sul grande ponte e goditi la vista, arrostisci i marshmallow intorno alla buca per il fuoco, fai un barbecue nel patio coperto, goditi una partita a biliardo o semplicemente rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio.

Our family went on an annual ski trip and stayed at Deborah’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, how clean it was and proximity to nearby mountains. It was very easy to communicate with owners and they left a great deal of information for guests in regards to restaurants, things to do, and how to work TV and gas fireplace. I miss the ambiance of the gas fireplace and my girls miss their attic space!

This place is great! We had a wonderful apres ski experience relaxing and playing games in the huge common areas, or retiring to the bedrooms/loft for a little solitude. The property owner could not have been more helpful, responsive, and kind. Everyone had a great time!

My family really enjoyed staying in this house. House was clean and nicely furnished. View from the living room and upper deck was breathtaking. There was no need to bring anything since hosts provided everything we needed to have worry free stay.

Most of all, we loved the view from the living room. The two living rooms were not only pleasantly furnished, but they were also functional because we could play chess at one table, play an online game in the next room, do a puzzle at another table, or simply relax and read in a comfy chair.
It contributed to our adult time to have the attic where the children could hang out. The beds there are cots, but the kids didn't mind.
The kitchen refrigerator is new and bigger than the picture in the add showed.
You need a strong person to put the cover back on the hot tub after each use. Fortunately, we had such a person with us.
I could go on about what we liked and we would recommend the house to others.

We had a wonderful stay over the Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect weather and my family of 9 enjoyed the view and expansive space. We actually barely left the house, as it was a very comfortable place to recharge. Thank you so much for hosting us!

We met friends to ski at Hunter for the weekend. It can be very hard to find a nice house with good couches that don't gross you out. This house was really pretty - the downstairs in particular is a great place to hang out after a long day. The views from the living room window are beautiful. All in all, a place we would come to again.

Couldn’t ask for a better home to stay, the only downside was we were only 2 couples in a spacious house that could accommodate 4 couples plus kids easily. The location is situated right between hunter and Wyndham so you have the option of both (we only went to hunter). Very close (5min and 10 min) to 2 amazing breakfast spots. One of the top 10 best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in my life is literally a 2 min drive away.
Amazing views surround the house, a great farm on 296 with the cutest furry horses (3 min away didn’t stop but had to slow down to see them)
Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Id certainly take one more couple to make the most out of the trip next year for sure.
The hosts went above and beyond when it came down to marking sure we were comfortable and providing local recommendations.

We loved our stay at this well appointed and beautifully decorated home in the Catskills. Plenty of room for 3 families with children. The listing was not entirely clear that one of the bedrooms was a “walk thru” to get to the children’s room on the 3rd floor, which rendered on of the bedrooms almost unusable. If you have older age children who don’t wake up at night, it might not be a problem. Overall we were quite happy with our stay!

This place was wonderful. We wanted a comfortable, cozy, place to host a leadershop workshop for 6 people. This worked super well. Warm, Clean, Beautiful. Definitely choose this place again if we are in the area.
Their internet connection is amazingly strong. Even when everyone was simultaneously doing video calls out there was no lag in speed. (We did not have cell coverage in the house, but it wasn't an issue because the internet was so strong that we just face-timed if we needed to call out.

That was one of my best experiences with Vrbo. The house house has everything we needed , amazing views and the layout is perfect. We really had a wonderful time. I cannot stop imagine how beautiful it should be during all other seasons, with these breathtaking views and a super cozy house.
Deborah was a great host , very polite. All her instructions were easy to follow. Everything was clean and organized at the house.

We had a family “girls” getaway with 9 women ages 24 to 67. There was plenty of room and we enjoyed the nice furnishings and gorgeous country settings and views. Communication was flawless and the overall stay very enjoyable. We’d certainly rent again.

This place had everything we wanted - a hot tub, fire pit, plenty of comfortable living space, and most importantly, an amazing view. We really enjoyed hanging out at the home and enjoying the mountain views on the back deck, the foliage was amazing in late October!! The home was so cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. I’d definitely book again!

This was our second time staying at this rental and definitely not our last. The views are breathtaking and the home is beyond comforting and relaxing. Since our last stay they have redone several aspects of the house which has made it even more beautiful then the first time. The owners Deborah and Randy are easy to get in contact with and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was spectacular.

We had the pleasure of staying at Deborah's house in Hensonville in early October 2022. The house was clean and the viiews were breath taking. The owener provided detailed instruction and was responsive to any concerns. We highly recommend 3 Acer Woods property and look forward to staying again soon.

Spacious first floor and deck which accommodated a large family gathering well. The space has lots of character, including comically creeky stairs. House was well stocked with games and books for all ages. Deborah went above and beyond providing local recommendations ahead of time and mailing a forgotten item after our stay. We enjoyed local attractions, hiking, and swimming. We encountered a few issues during our stay, but Deborah was very responsive and helpful.

The place had everything you'd need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Catskills. The house was stylish, clean, and well-stocked with lots of linens, kitchen supplies, and more. The hosts offered prompt and respectful communication, and the house was accurately described on VRBO. The owner did require a rental agreement in addition to VRBO's terms of service, which was no problem but worth mentioning. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful few days in Deborah and Randy’s house. It was spacious and well equipped. Communication with the hosts was seamless. We encountered some issues with the dishwasher while there which were quickly resolved. Parts of the house could use some updating but I’m general a great stay.

We booked Deborah's house for a July girl's trip. It was so beautiful: big ahhhhs from everyone coming downstairs in the morning to wonderful sunshine shining through the big windows over the lake and mountains! Great Escape in the Catskills
We had an absolutely wonderful time in Deborah's house. First off, Deborah is a great communicator. We were four adults and the house provided plenty of room for all of us. A great porch with fantastic views and an equally amazing firepit a short walk from the house. The seclusion was what we were looking for but it was very close to Windham where we had lunches after a couple of challenging hikes. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Family Ski Trip
This property was great! We had 11 people and everyone fit comfortably. The living rooms were large and comfortable. We could all share the space without issue. Everyone enjoyed playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and the fire pit when we weren't out skiing.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. This home is spacious, clean, has a fully stocked kitchen and great location. We skied at Windham (5 min drive) and Hunter (less than 10 min drive). We were lucky enough to get a snowstorm during our stay. The owner communicated clearly and the plow was clearing our driveway before 8am so we could get our to ski the fresh snow. Great home for a relaxing ski vacation.

Beautiful home, amazing location
This home is conveniently situated 6 min drive to Windham mountain and 15 min to hunter. Deborah’s communication is amazing which made the check in process a breeze. The home was clean and beautiful and very spacious. Will definitely come back again.

Perfect for Large Group
If you are looking for a big house for a large group with amenities, such as a pool table or hot tub, seriously consider this property! It was perfect for a winter holiday trip for my family as everyone had their own bedroom and multiple bathrooms, not to mention that we were able to ski at Windham and Hunter (nearby resorts). One of my favorite parts was the breathtaking view, especially at sunrise and sunset. Also, the owners were extremely responsive to all of my questions throughout the stay. Thank you Deborah and Randy for a great experience! We will hopefully be back!

Wonderful home - we loved it
This is a lovely home. Our group of 9 people, including adults and children, was extremely comfortable. The views are great. The home is well stocked, including puzzles and a thoughtful “library”. The gas fireplace is warm and cozy and the home is thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen and hot tub were spot on too. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely home! Amazing view!
My guests and I had a wonderful experience at this home. Towels and linens included! The only hiccup that I noticed which is in part on myself, is that a key code is required and having no service it would be difficult to access the VRBO app. So if you’re booking make sure you remember that code! Other than that the experience was amazing! Only a few minutes from hunter and other local mountains. Loads of board games for all use! Would definitely stay here again 10/10 5 stars!

Great stay
This is a beautiful house with the gorgeous view. House is cute, spacious and nicely decorated. The Hosts are the nicest people on earth and responded very quickly if we had any questions. We had a great stay!
