Cleanliness of the rooms, security deposit requirement. Upon arrival I was told each room had a security deposit. That wasn't planned for. One of my kids slept in his car the first night because the mattress was severely stained, no discount offered for that and he had already been given a hard time about checking in so didn't want to deal with more. They switched his room the next day. When we arrived back that room smelt of fish. My room had mold in the bathroom. My other son's room also had a stained mattress.

The room was very nice and clean.

I didn't get the 4 AM wakeup call that I requested. It didn't matter, I didn't sleep because the proximity to the airport and the continuous noise of air traffic. My hearing isn't very good, so clearly sound proofing the rooms would help.

It was not clean at all, my bed was dirty and stinky, there was a bad odor in the bed, and also there was pubic hair on the bed (Afro American hair and I’m not Afro American) I called the staff and and old man came to see the problem, he came back with more dirty shits to change the bed, and I told him that I wanted to slip in a clean bed, by them there were two more guy in my room, one of them was the from desk guy, possibly the manager and someone else, and they told me, that the blankets were not dirty that that was RUST on them not dirt , figure that out. Horrible experience, never again . Note next morning when I check out as I was walking to the front desk I saw a girl smoking Joint outside and there was nobody in front desk I had to wait for the person and guess what, the girl smoking Marihuana outside was the front desk girl for the morning, what a place

Location was excellent to all the amenities

Price gauging I was charged twice and had to fight to get my refund back from them multiple phone calls and they hung up the phone on me while I was on hold. I had to call back they never returned the calls after hanging up. They are robbing people by double charging for rooms CN someone contact me from Booking . Com. So I can help you understand their mode of operation. This is intentional business with this place. If I knew it was an eastern Indian facility I never would’ve accepted the motel. This is a pattern very often used with them

Room was clean, but they lied on the advertisement. There was not working TV and the owner said very clear he did not want to pay for the cable. So, if you do not want to pay to channels, then take TV off the list, because this is lying and misleading. Was not a big deal for us but I can not imagine a family with children staying for more than 2 days and they kept giving you excuses (bad ones).

There was no channels working on the TV and the room was quite run down from the others Red Roof we had stayed before.

Rooms were ok...clean and with recent minor renovations... good mattress, paint, etc. Bath, old fixtures but clean. Lighting dark and weird.

The facility is a mess. Dilapidated and old...looks like someone intended to reno but ran out of money and gave up. In the stairways, parking lot and other public areas it felt like a post apocalypse prison movie. Very bad. Wouldn't go back. Tripped on old and broken exterior gravel treaded steel stairs and bruised my knee. Take it off the list ....

I missed it. I come to take it out of time.

Arrogant staff. Tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Can't turn 360 degrees in bathroom. No refrigerator or microwave. I've been here before and never had such a miserable experience. Would not allow me to get a refund and is holding my deposit. I want you to contact me at 516 510 4482.

Internet was good and it was easy to find the place It is close to the road. The shower was fair enough, good water temperature and quantity. My experience with the staff was good. They were attentive.

My room smelled musty and had a slight smell of cigarettes. The toilet seemed to be clogged. So far I haven't understood whether it was just slow and the water rose to almost overflowing or whether it was clogged. It took about three flushes to get the waste out. People who don't like light to sleep: The bedroom curtain doesn't prevent light from entering the room in abundance. During the time I was there I didn't see the corridor light go out. So expect to sleep in a room with a light on. I would stay 2 nights, but stayied just 1 once I thought it didn't worth it.

Me dieron otra habitación con un costo extra y cuando fui a entrar estaba llena de cosas y basura como si alguien viviera allí. Volví a hablar con ellos y me pedían que tenía que volver a pagar 12 dólares más por otra habitación . Cancele de inmediato y no me devolvieron el dinero , ni el depósito. No le recomiendo a nadie que se hospede en ese basurero.

They charged me a $100 deposit, which I am told will be refunded in about 4 days. I saw no such information when I was charged by booking.com. At check in, the receptionist told me that I could get a receipt after check out to certify that the refund was due. However, at check out the staff seemed upset that I wasn't willing to trust them. It seems to be the case that he would be unwilling/unable to make good on the night clerk's offer, even if I were to wait for housekeeping to check the room, so I'll leave without doing so. Overall, the staff gave no indication that they understood that I have been twice (so far) coerced into an agreement that I would otherwise not have accepted, and that in both cases they had failed to hold up their end! I will certainly avoid Red Rod Inn in the future, and will also treat booking.com reservations with a fair bit of skepticism.
