Our family had a great time staying at Lemonade. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool area so much that we spent no time ion the beach, which was about a five minute walk to the walkway. We had a group of 15 and it was nice that each of the kids had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Mistake we made was having the teens on the first floor. Next time I would put them up on the third floor because there are A LOT of stairs. The only issue we had was with the internet and a couple TVs. We arrived on Saturday and that night found that most of the TVs would not connect to the network. I called the next morning and they had someone come out that afternoon. It was found that the extender for the third floor had been removed. We had to wait until Monday for the extenders to be replaced. So another evening with no TVs in a couple of the north bedrooms. Once the extenders had been replaced, service was fine in all bedrooms except the three northeast bedrooms (each floor). I called again Tuesday and was told someone would be out. In the afternoon the TVs appeared to be working, so I cancelled. Again that night, the TVs in those three bedrooms would not connect to the network. By this time I was tired of calling so we used our devices in the evening to watch TV. Our Firesticks, Roku sticks, and iPads connected to the network just fine. Not sure why the TVs would not. One recommendation I would make to the home owners is to have a half bath under the house. Luckily for us, the two people on the pool side first floor bedrooms allowed everyone to use their bathrooms instead of having to run to the second floor half baths or all the way to your own bath on the third floor. All in all, we would definitely stay again if going back to the Gulf Shores! Management was great about responding to my calls. The house was cleaned and nicely furnished. And the location was great.

Great house (except the stairs). Good work out though! Some things did not work, like one of the microwaves, loose door handles, dryer vents that were so clogged it could have been a fire hazard. Major problems were dealt with quickly, like the air conditioner and pool pump. Overall we made many long lasting memories.

Great house. Bedroom and Bathroom set up was great. Great that it has two kitchens with several refrigerators. Stoves and dishwasher could be updated. Several dining tables and two different living room spaces. Wished they had propane for gas grill.

The Lemonade Stand was the perfect place for our large family vacation! This house is amazing, two large kitchens with everything you need! The private pool was also a big hit with our group, plenty of room and lounge chairs. The kids had a blast playing and making lifelong memories with their cousins!
I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!

This property is great for a large family, friend reunion etc. If you have trouble with stairs, this place isn't for you. Its 3 levels, huge rooms, two full kitchens with 2 dishwashers each. Tons of beach chairs to use, a garage fridge for extra drinks. I can't begin to list all the positives on this home. We will stay here again. I do wish you could see the gulf... and I wish there was direct access to the beach. But the walk to the beach is only 5 mins. So totally doable.

Alabama Veteran rented this property for a Couples Retreat. In so many ways it was absolutely perfect. However, the stairs did become rather tough those of us who are disabled and more mature vets.

Great accommodations for all (ages 13 months to 79 years).Pool area was awesome. Big enough for a volleyball game.Close to beach access for a walk on the beach. A bit away from the spring break activity so needed to drive to the Hangout for example.

We loved staying at the lemonade stand. It was 14 of us and we had lots of room and privacy. The kitchens were a plus with the cooking. The stairs were challenging but good exercise. Some of the sliding doors were hard to open or lock.

We had a wonderful long weekend with friends. We had a sushi chef come in one night and the double kitchen and huge dining area was perfect for that! The pool was perfect and there was so much space to accommodate everyone. Quick walk to the beach. We would absolutely love to come back!

My friends and family have been visiting Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area every Labor Day weekend for over 24 years..I would have to say The Lemonade Stand was by far the best! The bedrooms were exactly what we were looking for! Everyone had their own bathroom and the kitchen was absolutely amazing! Pool was great and walk to the beach and local stores and restaurant was a very short walk. Views of the beach were very visible, even from across the road! We will be back!

Great house for our family of 22. Plenty of space to spread out and the pool was amazing for us all to hang out. Wish we would have had a connection to the close walkthrough to the beach that said it was for Harris properties only. Even with wagons it was a little ways to the beach. Close to everything we wanted to do,and liked the 2 free tickets for attractions and all the starter stuff in the house. But with the rental cost we were surprised at how repairs or replacements that were needed. I will say when we saw the railing on the steps to the pool was disconnected from the post they came out right away and repaired it. Overall a great family vacation.

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family! The house had plenty of space and everything needed to cook every night for 35 people. The only thing we would change is the house needs an elevator for the elderly and ceiling fans in the picnic table area. I highly recommend this house for large groups!

Our family of 30 had a wonderful time at the Lemonade Stand! We loved the double kitchen and big dining and living room. The heated pool was also a big hit with the grandkids! We would definitely recommend this home!

Excellent facility for large family gatherings. Two kitchens make it so convenient and easy to cook. The kitchens are well stocked. The pool was amazing and very nice bedrooms. The management is very responsive and addressed any of our concerns immediately. There are a lot of stairs, which can be hard for older people, but everything else about this house was perfect.

The property was very big and well maintained. We had a couple glitches at check in, but the management company was very responsive and fixed right away. We had 6 adults and 8 kids and we still had room for more! House is nice set up. Kids all stayed on the first floor and the adults on the 3rd floor. They loved having their own space. Quick walk across the street to the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone large groups. Plenty of space for everyone. The two kitchens were nice to separate kids and adults foods. The large dining room was perfect for all of us to sit together for meals and play games.

Stayed in July/August 2022. Review saved but not sent originally. Led astray by the high ratings and glowing reviews. Only complaints listed were stairs and wifi - wifi issues were fixed expediently and any renter should be aware of the stairs. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired: Surfaces unclean, bugs on floors and stairs, dishes put away dirty. General conditions - poor and potentially unsafe. Dishwasher: damaged gaskets, damaged silverware baskets. Freestanding Ice Makers: excited about these but they never produced much ice. Refrigerator: Ripped and torn gaskets held together with tape (yes on a 14K per rental property!) Temp holding was questionable making us nervous about food safety. Stoves: Gaskets burned, shredded, and torn. East side stove set off alarm every time it was used with no visible debris or apparent cause. Kitchen: minimal measuring cups, torn up measuring spoons, no working can opener, no wine opener, no bottle opener, hodgepodge of cookware. Random things seemingly left by other renters, and missing shelves in the pantry. Again, in a property costing 14K to rent. There was plenty of serving dishes but not much else. Beach accessory closet: Really? Tons of stuff in there but most of it broken or in terrible condition. Only one wagon and it was also broken. Location: As described but misleading instructions by the management company led us to be threatened by homeowners and renters across the way. Pool: Awesome. House layout: Perfect for a bunch of different families. Would only recommend if change to management company and improvements on things noted.

This is the perfect spot for a large group of people. The spacing is idea and to add a cherry to the top each room has it's very own private bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. If we could only do something about the stairs. When you leave you will definitely have reached your workout steps.

The accommodations were great and we were all comfortable. The only drawback was the stairs! Thank God for young strong grandsons to carry things in and out for us! Perfect Rental for a Group
I rented this property for my workplace for a team building get away and it was PERFECT! The rental was easy to find and check into, clean, and exactly as described. We loved there were enough bedrooms/bathrooms for everyone, the double kitchen em with undercounted ice makers were a great touch, the private pool, and easy walk across the street to the beach. I would recommend this rental and would use it again myself.
