Sala da pranzo con porte francesi / cucina con pavimento in ardesia. Studia. Stanza utile. WC separato. Primo piano: 3 camere da letto: 1 matrimoniale con bagno doccia e servizi igienici, 1 doppia, 1 singola. Bagno con doccia e vasca e servizi igienici. . Woodburner in salotto (combustibile iniziale incluso). Riscaldamento centralizzato a gasolio incluso (£ 30a settimana ottobre-aprile). elettricità, biancheria da letto e da bagno inclusa. Freeview TV. DVD e piccola biblioteca. Stereo / CD. Fornello elettrico. Aga (ottobre-maggio). Microonde. Lavatrice. Lavastoviglie. Congelatore. Giardino recintato, con prato verde, a terrazze con salottino e mobili. Terrazza. Balcone. Barbecue. Parcheggio (3 auto). NB: 12 gradini e laghetto per pesci in giardino. Vietato fumare.. Questo casale indipendente, parzialmente in pietra, si trova in una posizione elevata, in un AONB, con vista ininterrotta sulla Wye Valley. Un luogo ideale per passeggiate, pesca, canoa, mountain bike, equitazione. Negozio 4 miglia, pub 600 iarde.
Riscaldamento centrale £ 30 a settimana tra il 1 ottobre e il 30 aprile. Combustibile iniziale per woodburner incluso, successivamente disponibile localmente al costo. Ci sono 12 gradini un piccolo laghetto nel giardino recintato. Aga disponibile tra ottobre e maggio - il cottage è troppo caldo durante i mesi estivi con l'Aga acceso. Wren cottage is a very comfortable home from home.
Wren cottage is a very comfortable home from home. The level of cleaning during this difficult period of covid was excellent. The owners had made a huge effort to prepare the cottage for us. The views from the outside eating area was wonderful especially when there was a sunset.
I would highly recommend this property.

A very nice spacious cottage with a separate smaller sitting room. ideal for a family stay. Quiet location with few amenities in the village but 2 pub / restaurants and good walking nearby. Close to the river and canoe hire. The house was very clean and we felt Covid secure.

We much enjoyed our stay and the property was ideal for our purposes, both in terms of the delightful house, with all facilities and some provisions available on arrival, which is always pleasing. The owners had taken a lot of trouble to make the house an excellent rental, and gave us advance advice on some detail that we required.

Wren Cottage is a lovely property situated within the Wye Valley, 4miles from Ross-on Wye, we (my wife and I) enjoyed our short stay there at the end of September 2019 (although it rained and rained and rained - not of course the fault of our chosen abode) ) there are many outdoor sports locally but as we are in late seventies, none to suit (again my wife and I). We read a lot, we gamed a bit and we toured a bit, but, I (Mr) did miss not having "wifi" which these days is almost a necessity for all ages (Films, Games, Sky & BBC Sports, Midsomer Murders etc etc)

Wren cottage was more than we expected,we were looking forward to the cottage just fron the photographs but it was better.In such a lovely location overlooking the Wye valley,we had some great walks straight from the cottage no need to jump in the car.Nearby Ross on Wye had a supermarket and good eating establishments .Super week and looking forward to next visit.
