The location

For starters, the city had a citywide water outage. But the way that the staff handled the situation was just not good. I was going to switch hotels and called from 30 minutes away to see if the water was back on and was told it was. When I arrived to our room, the water was not on. Finally it was back on around 10 o’clock that night. The next morning at breakfast, at 8:15, all the food was gone and so was the coffee and the lady that was running the kitchen was so unfriendly about replenishing everybody basically went somewhere else. We stayed many times at this location, but this will most likely be our last due to the staff.

Parking was a little far and you could use another weight bench in the work out room. I had to wait about 20 minutes for this guy to finish so I could use the one bench.

Prior to checking out my overall experience was great. Room was clean, and the facility was clean.

Being wrongly charged for smoking in the room and not being contacted after calling the GM multiple times. I'm convinced my room was charged by mistake, but no one is willing to look into the issue to see what really happened. I do not smok and no smoking took place in my room!!!!

Parking!! The spaces in front of the hotel were all occupied, so I had to park a block away, then walk to the hotel to check in BEFORE I could get a parking pass. Then, walk back down the street to get my car, and drive to the parking lot, which is not adjacent to the hotel (about a half a block away). Then, once I was finally able to park, I had to walk back to the hotel with all of my luggage in tow! I'm in my sixties, and not in bad shape, but it took almost an hour to check in, considering all of the back and forth walking! In addition to the distance being a problem, the walk to the parking lot is not well lit. I felt uncomfortable making that walk when I left for my job at 6am, and returned after dark. As nice as the room was, I would never book this hotel again, solely based on the parking situation.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast quality of food was not as good as other Hyatt Places.
