Location and breakfast, Clean new hotel feeling,stayed here before

The price is to high for the area,as I continue to check other hotels

The pool was closed for my entire stay and that was a big factor in choosing this booking. The gym treadmill tv’s had no signal. My fridge wasn’t plugged in when I checked into my room and I called down to the front desk and they were short staffed so I asked if I should just move it to plug it in - I didn’t want to move anything without asking first. The area behind the mini fridge obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while and I got this nasty black gunk all over my hands when I moved the fridge. There also wasn’t a hair dryer in my room. I called front desk and they said house keeping would bring me one when they got in, but I needed to go to work so they didn’t bring it until I was out for the day and they just dropped off the hair dryer and didn’t refresh my room which felt strange because if you’re going to go through the trouble of going into a guest’s room anyway, I feel like it makes sense to at least drop a few new towels off, but I could be wrong. My bathroom light went out on the last day, but I’d already called down to the front desk enough at this point, I just let that and the fact that there was no body wash in my room go. The breakfast options were better than most places and the way the rooms are set up feels cute, but if I could do it all over again, I’d choose another option.

Everything the location!! The room was amazing will definitely stay here again. The staff was very professional.

Jacuzzi was out of order, pull out bed in living room was dirty, breakfast didn’t start until 7 and couldn’t utilize it since I was leaving early. Refrigerator was barely cold.

Location was close to I 95

Not clean! Sink was clogged! The mini fridge filthy and partially broken. Silver fish in the shower.

A convenient location

Our booking was not fully recognized by the hotel. Instead of two rooms that we booked they provided only one and we had yo pay extra for the second room. Because of tremendous delays on I95 that day, we arrived 4 hours later than we planned and we were very tired to say the least. The manager on duty provided the second room but did nothing to help us in resolving the booking issue, even though we had printed copies of our booking documents with all reference numbers.

Room exceeded expectations- clean with a lot of space for the price. Staff was not friendly to my kind. I believe it had to do with the color of my skin. I was definitely the minority, and was treated as such. Will think twice before staying here again for that reason.

I feel the staff could benefit from diversity training when it comes to people of a different race then themselves.
