They didn’t clean my room and they didn’t bring us any clean towels…

Convenient to I-95, great beds, clean room.

The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean.

The facility had a lot of teenagers there, some sort of sports events,I guess . They took over the gym, lobby and the pool area ,just wrong timing I guess.

The cleanliness, quiet, and comfortable. The 24 hour check-in was convenient, and breakfast was good but could use more variety.

No pull through parking for bigger vehicles or trailers.

In general everything was absolutly perfect! The Staff Personnel, the Room was ready, Clean and perfectly decorrated, at the time was arrival. The Breakfast was excellent, with many choices of hot food and cold food available, Outstanding Service and Very Clean and Beatifull Decorations! The Hotel was Outstanding Renovated!

During the Hotel Renovation, they didn’t replace the Showel Facility when it’s Necessary.

The room was very clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and available. Breakfast was very good.

Reception staff member was excellent with great customer service. She should be managing the property!! .

Breakfast was very good, and your attendant did a great job! She kept everything very clean and it was a pleasure to have our breakfast there. Loved the coffee🥰 The toilet needs to have more caulking at the seal. A little bit of a slow drain at the sink. The room was super well appointed with good lighting and placement of furniture. Enough plugs for all our “plug ins”.
