Amazing hosts. We've had couple of questions before the arrival like internet speed, they have responded quickly. Also communication about pickup time was perfect - we've had chat over WhatsApp. My girlfriend and I were working remotely from the apartment, we've had no issues whatsoever - there is place to sit and work, internet was very stable and only at our disposal. Dishwasher and washing machine were clear and in perfect condition. What surprised me was the noise from washing machine - it was so silent that I could barely hear anything! With coffee maker and moka pot, making breakfast was a charm. There is also grocery store called SPAR located over the next street. A perfect accompaniment to this apartment was air conditioning. Parking a car could be a challenge, like in entire area in Las Palmas - blue zone is good choice for shorter stay but you can find free parking spots within 15 minute walk, to the west of P. Chil street. Street within grocery store mentioned above also is free to park, but most of the spots are taken 90% of the time.

This is a very comfortable apartment and perfect for a couple. It’s easy to feel at home here. The bed is comfortable and the sheets are good quality cotton. There’s plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings. The bathroom is a generous size with a walk-in shower. The location is perfect for moving between the new part of Las Palmas with plenty of shopping and beaches, and the old town with the cathedral and museums. There’s also a convenient Spar supermarket just around the corner. Several different bus routes stop close to the apartment and you can easily take the bus to/from the airport from here. It would be a good place for digital nomads as well as short-term visitors. I recommend taking the taxi from the airport arranged by the apartment owner for €30, although the bus is also an easy option. This is a family-owned apartment and it was a pleasure to meet the owners who are exceptionally kind and helpful.

The apartment windows open onto a main road and the traffic bothered me at times, although it did not bother my partner at all and there’s little traffic at night and weekends. Windows are double-glazed and there’s an AC unit, so the noise is easily blocked out.

Unfortunately we had to find somewhere to stay as our flight was cancelled. We only stayed 2 nights of the 5 we had paid for as Aer Lingus came up with a replacement flight sooner than expected. So unfortunately paid out more than we needed.

Amazing apartment! Bright, sunny, convenient, you are feeling as you are in your home own. There is all: fully equipment kitchen with all type of coffee machine, toaster, etc. Ironing is possible, hair dray as well, even there is a vacuum machine in case you plane to stay a little bit longer. Sun comes inside all time the day which made my stay so so pleasant, because I like brightness. Bedroom with plenty of towels, changing sheets as well. The living room if perfect! I stayed almost two weeks, I liked everything! The apartment is located in a building, very quiet, next to the city hall of LP, between crowded tourist area of Las Canteras and the old town of Triana&Vegeta. Exactly in front of the apartment there is a buss station, Linea1, double direction, 10min. ride to Las Canteras and aprx. 15min ride to Triana. Using guagauas card, it is cheap. The communications with the owner is absolutely easy, professional, smoothy The only thing I did not so comfortable, was the mattress, was a little bit uncomfortable. All others, just 10+ High recommend, really nice place

The apartment is spacious, well equiped and the garage is well appreciated and I think essential to stay at Las palmas. The host is very friendly and gave us good advices for discover the island and was available for any questions. we recommanded!!!!
