A long weekend getaway for 5 of us close friends. This house was a good set-up and we loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed eating outside. The owner was very responsive and amenable.

WOW what a weekend! We checked in on a Friday night, it was late, so we really loved the lock box for the key! We were exhausted from a few days of exploring San Fransisco and this house was just what we needed. We got right in the pool and hot tub! It felt amazing!
The house was perfectly spaced for our family of 4. We didn't cook, but we ate at so many great places nearby. We did a lot of hiking nearby and drive out to Muir Woods too for hiking. It was awesome to come back and relax in the pool at the end of the day. We loved the quiet neighborhood, made it even more relaxing.
My boys noticed the cool art in the house and all the cute animal touches in the backyard. The house is just really welcoming and well laid out. Also my name is on the fence, so that must mean I'm part of the family so I have to come back!!
We are not winery people and we didn't want to drag our 15 and 11 year olds to wineries so we opted to do an olive ranch tour instead and that was awesome! We also hung out at Russian River Brewery. There are plenty of fun things to do in Sonoma that aren't a vineyard.
Book this house, you will not be disappointed, great location and perfect backyard oasis!

Came with three friends - plenty of space. Backyard has everything you need to hang out all day and all night. But also conveniently located - short drive to anywhere in Sonoma. Kitchen has all the essentials. Pool and hot tub both very clean. Shady lounge area useful in the heat. Nice fire-pit set up. Didn't use extra bungalow bedroom but was nice to have a bathroom close to pool.

Some friends and I had a girls trip planned and enjoyed every relaxing minute spent here. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We payed the extra to heat the pool and were not disappointed. This is a great spot to spend some time and close to some great wineries!

I was generally happy with this property. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. The spa was great, and I think the pool would be great in summer, but it would have cost extra to have it heated for our October stay, so we passed on that.
The house and beds were comfortable, and the bedding adequate. The kitchen was fine but could have used a good cleaning and some updated cooking utensils, etc. (and labels on the coffee maker buttons since they were worn off, but I guess that's what google is for! Haha) Also, we would have loved having beach towels or similar for the spa, but we made due with some skimpy bath towels and it wasn't a big deal.
All in all, I might have expected slightly more polish for the price, but I realize that we were mostly paying for the location and the well-maintained backyard with pool & spa. Fair enough. We enjoyed our stay, and the owner was responsive to questions.

The house was perfect for 4 girls staying for the weekend. Everything very close and handy. Unfortunately, we did not have time to use pool, spa or fire pit at night. Would rebook for another trip!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a place to relax for a couple days after. The backyard was the perfect oasis and the house was just as described and very comfortable for us all to hang out. The bungalow outside worked perfect for my brother to stay as well.

We decided to head to the area for a much needed Girl Getaway. This included my sister and my adult daughter… what an amazing trip with this house as the focus point. We enjoyed each having our own bed and plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy.
The pool was just the right temperature and the outside seating was very comfortable. There were lights hanging up to enjoy at night and a superior BBQ to grill up some delicious meals.
Definitely would like to return in the future!

Stayed here with girlfriends for a surprise birthday getaway and it was the perfect base for wine tasting and enjoying the beautiful surrounding area. The yard with pool and hot tub were glorious and we loved the funky art! The sounds of birds and frogs in nature nearby and the stars overhead made for peaceful nights and we enjoyed playing the board games left in the hallway closet for guests. The home had the amenities we needed & Vincent was very pleasant to work with as our host. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our group!

Everything was very nice. Comfy beds. Nice bathrooms and kitchen.The outdoor space is AMAZING! Multiple outdoor spaces to sit or lay out. The pool and hot tub were great! I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything was just perfect. Great place for two couples. The house was clean, and close to the wineries, the pool and spa was great! The grill was great use for an evening grilling. The owner, Vince was super responsive as well. We would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for our stay. The house was clean with all the amenities that we needed. Pool and hot tub were ready for our arrival and were both lovely to use at the end of the day.

Everything was perfect. The house, proximity to wineries, the backyard, everything was great. The owner was super responsive. We wanted to heat the pool and he text me with in 10 minutes to arrange. It was awesome.

We thoroughly enjoyed coming together at this beautiful property. Most of the group was from the cold and snow of Minnesota, so the lush plant life, citrus trees, birds singing, and spa were just what they all needed. The outdoor space is phenomenal and the house had everything we needed to have a memorable weekend. The proximity to some lovey wineries and downtown Sonoma was perfect for what we did outside of hanging at the house too. Thanks!

We have traveled a fair amount and have stayed in a variety of places. Our choice for this trip was exceptional.
From the moment we booked, Vince went above and beyond when it came to information and follow-up. The property is great for a week long trip. Back yard area is perfect. Kitchen appliances and setup works well for any family stay. Additionally, the cupboards had spices, coffee filters and many things that most rentals do not provide.
We had a minor concern on check in, Vince offered to come over immediately. Appreciate that on a Saturday evening.
Bottom line, we felt like we were at home. Great stay and will come back next time we are in wine country.
