Attraversando la porta principale troverai una tana alla tua sinistra che è un posto meraviglioso dove i giovani possono passare il tempo con un'altra camera da letto con un bunkroom (Queen Over Queen e Twin Over Twin) direttamente sul corridoio. Verso il retro del primo piano ci sono altre 2 King Suites e 1 Queen Suite tutte con i loro bagni privati. Tutti gli elementi di design degli interni sono eleganti e moderni e offrono un tono caldo e confortevole. Ci è stato detto che questa casa richiede il miglior sonno della tua vita! Per la vostra comodità c'è anche una lavanderia e un bagno completo situato su questo piano.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms! 10 adults and two little ones and no one was cramped or complaining. So very close to the private beach, our own little pool and plenty of parking. House was as described, clean and comfy with an open concept living area that worked so well for dining, game playing or just relaxing! We had a blast and would definitely stay at Flamingo Destination again! 👍

We had a big family trip and the home was excellent for our group. It was an easy walk to the beach and the private beach access was wonderful.

Wonderful vacation! House was in disrepair!! Showers, not enough linen(towels, bath rags pillow cases not correct size! Furniture was in bad shape in living and dining room especially. But would sure come again after repairs!!

The house was everything we expected and more. Beautiful house with very short walk to the beach. The private beach access was very nice so that made it not crowded. We had 3 toddlers/infants so it was convenient to be able to walk them up to the house for nap time. Perfect for a large family vacation.

Great property, amazing location. Property was more than enough for our 2 families and a very short walk to the beach. The only downfall was the “not so pleasant” neighbor that wanted to manage the trash containers.

The house was perfect for our bachelorette trip. Location was great! Beach access close and we could walk to Popano Joes. The ONLY negative thing I have is that check out is 9:00 am. Do you know how hard it is to get 14 girls up dressed car packed and be done by 9 am?? It’s hard!!! But we did it. If you can ask for a little later check out then do it! But we would definitely stay here again!

Property as described… perfectly accommodating our large family of 18 (ages ranging 1.5 - 57). Kitchen well stocked, bedrooms & bathrooms roomy & well appointed for comfort & privacy, family room large with plenty of comfy seating.

The house and neighborhood were beautiful, and so convenient for our activities. I do believe, for the price, the house in general could have been a bit cleaner, the floors were pretty bad throughout.

This house is in a perfect location. Avalon Beach Estates. (Seems like most of the houses there are owner occupied) A short walk to the beach and it's perfectly situated where the traffic and congestion of Destin is not near the house. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had 16 people in the house and we fit perfectly. The kitchen and living room is located on the second floor. It's very open and great for entertaining! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for all of our families. Thank goodness for the 2nd ice machine downstairs. Although we kept it empty, it was great to have it. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We never used them but you have access to the community pool and tennis courts. The garage is partially converted into a bunk room which is very handy. It's not very spacious but there is a queen over queen and twin over twin in there. And the A/C in there works amazing!! In the description of the house there is a bunk room attached to the master bedroom but there is no bunk room there. It looks like there were bunk beds at some point in a closet but they were taken out. It would have been nice to have them for my kiddos. The pool is small but it's clear in the pics that it is small. But it was nice to have it there! Overall, this is a wonderful house in a wonderful location. I would definitely go back to this house just because of the location. You drive 20 minutes in either direction and it's very congested. Not where we were located! And we went during 4th of July week.

The property was as described. Well kept grounds and very beautiful! Plenty of space for our family and plenty of bathrooms! We Loved it and would love to return to the same house.

Perfect for out girls' getaway
What a beautiful property! I stayed there with 14 other girlfriends for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were set up nicely so that we had plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep and spread out comfortably without being on top of one another. Given our age ranges and being a little too old to be cramped, I wouldn't have suggested putting more than 17 of us in the house given the sleeping arrangements, but depending on your group, you can certainly accommodate a few more.
Decor was chic and stylish and just luxurious and indulgent. Pool is small, but it's accurately depicted in the photos. However the house is literally across the street from the beach and super easy to navigate. There is also a large community pool.
Overall, we were just so pleased with the home and I would be delighted to recommend this for others.

Summer Vacation
We have stayed at this house before and love the location. Unfortunatley there were some cleanliness issues that needed to be addressed. The property manager immediately had the cleaning crew come back to the house . The house does need some maintenance and repainting. Overall, the ease of dealing with the property manager and the location of the house are 5 star. The house just needs some maintenance in the near future.

This was a New Year’s get together with friends
The house itself is well build and very modern. It’s has been clearly outfitted to host a large group. Even the garage is turned into sleeping room...
The property is not meant to be used during a cold weather spell. The heating doesn’t work. The Management Company sent 3 people to fix the problem, and they couldn’t.
Overall, an overpriced option. Look else where if you can.

Great Location and space!
Overall it was a good stay. The property needs some maintenance as some areas have had wear and tear. The house is located a short walk to the beach. The space in the house was enough for everyone to be comfortable. The open space of the kitchen and living area was great for socializing. The pool is small but for the kids was good for after the beach playing.

Summer Getaway at Sleek Retreat
Pictures posted online do resemble reality of the property. It's situated on a great location and walking distance from the beach access. Very spacious and modern furniture. Even though the overall experience was great while staying at this property, there were some details that leave you somewhat disappointed for the price paid: most of the flooring was dirty upon arrival, kitchen utensils and pots were insufficient, plus there wasn't even a single trash bag upon arrival, nor a single broom or cleaning materials. We had to get our own trash bags, kitchen towels, broom, dishwasher detergents, sponge etc to be able to maintain the house clean while staying there. Despite of this, it was a very enjoyable experience to stay on that house, if these minor details were corrected we'd have had a perfect guest experience.

Amazing house for a large family!
To be honest this was an excellent house for my family of 14 (11 adults and 3 teenagers). The rooms where spacious, the beds where comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms to support a large family. The kitchen worked great for us, when we prepared breakfast, some lunches, and a few dinners. Walking distance to the beach where you can spend all day and not realize it. The patio furniture could use some updating, but we did enjoy the smaller sized pool during the cool evenings . We did have an issue with the garage door, and the wall in the bunk room, but that was the very last night we where there so it really didn't impact our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed everything about this house. Dishwasher needs some work because of bad odor, but that should be an easy fix.

Waiste of money
Neighborhood was nice, walk to the beach was fine. The house is listed online for a reasonable amount ("On average a night" price.) We were charged twice the amount listed per night and fee's were just as much. Had the home replicated the online photos and promises listed, maybe it would have been worth it.
When we arrived this is what we walked in to.
Master bath toilet didn’t work
Two sliding glass doors upstairs had NO door handles, they were laying in the window. We had to open them by manipulating the glass.
Most TV’s didn’t work or batteries were missing.
Wifi passwords were confusing or didn't work.
Dishes were so mixed up in cabinets you could make sense of anything.
Blinds were broke in the kitchen.
Second morning the coffee pot broke.
The bottom of the dishwasher was broke and a plastic strip sticking out cut our daughters toe.
The hand held shower nozzle in the master bath has a holder, it was broke off.
There were no towels on the towel bars they were in drawers and mind you this house has a million drawers so good luck. The house was not clean.
One picture shows bunk beds in a room. If you weigh over 200lbs you can not get in this room. You basically crawl in to the bed from the door.
Let’s just say we paid a lot of money and felt as if we had to try to fix it up to stay the week. Very disappointed.
When i complained to management, He explained this was summer pricing (I agree if your getting what you pay for) He understood my concerns and Beach Reunion was NOW addressing the broken door handles, the cord on the blinds that was broke, He then said your coffee pot was replaced the same day. (I called at 9:00 am, they arrived around 3:30pm after we were told they were on their way) He then said they didn't receive any calls on housekeeping, that is not true, when I called about the coffee pot I gave them an earful regarding everything broke in the house and was told, "yeah we've had a lot of complaints about this property" SERIOUSLY!! then he went on to say all the TV's were working ( as if I was a liar) I'm confident he didn't go out and turn all 9 TV's himself. Most likely the incompetent housekeeping crew reported back. I requested some form of refunded based on the week from hell, he said they only give those in the event the air conditioning etc... going out. however they gave me a credit towards my next stay with them. "ARE YOU KIDDING" Lots of false advertisement....

Great home
We had a wonderful time staying at this home. We had 3 families and plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked. Very open floor plan and close walk to the beach with a private entrance.

Beach Resort
The overall size of the house was good, the "less than a minute walk" would be for a sprinter, more like a 3 minute walk to the beach, the codes for the wireless internet & the beach gate codes were wrong from the info sheet emailed, the pool pictures are definitely not indicative of the size of the pool...it is tiny, more like hot tub size, all handles were off the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony on the second floor-reported, not fixed while we were there, be sure to take your own hand soap, dish detergent, ect because the starter pack is only tiny hotel size bar soap, also the second floor bunk bed room is nothing but a closet that two full size bunk beds are in, you cannot walk in the room, you have to climb in both beds from the end of the beds at the door. The number of bedrooms & bathrooms is great, but some additional seating would be nice. There is an upstairs living room that has one couch & two chairs, downstairs in one bedroom there is a pull out sofa bed, but if it is being used as a bedroom, the sofa is not accessible. If you have a large group, there is only room for 4-5 to sit upstairs unless they use the dining room table. All of the bathrooms were very nice & spacious.

Great property for a great vacation!
We recently stayed at the Sleek Retreat for our Spring Break vacation. There were 19 of us in our group...9 adults and 10 kids. Each adult couple had their own bedroom and private bath, and the kids were all spread out between the two bunk rooms and the pullout couch in the Rec. Room. Sleeping arrangements were just perfect for our group. And the mattresses were super comfy! The home was lovely, modern and spacious. Large TV's in every room and beautiful bathrooms as well. The kitchen was very large and had plenty of area to eat with the bar stools and the table. It wasn't as stocked as we had hoped, but we were able to make do and make things work. We would suggest to the owners that they get some new cooking utensils, such as spatulas and slotted spoons, as the ones that are there are pretty flimsy. But, truly, the kitchen was marvelous! We paid to have the pool heated, which was a wise move. The kids were able to be in the pool from morning to night and enjoyed it very much. It's a small pool, but the kids truly loved it.
You are just a short 2 blocks from the beach, and can even see the water from the upstairs deck! We spent almost everyday at the beach. The sand is white and clean and just beautiful. You can rent umbrellas and beach chairs, which we did a couple times, but we brought beach chairs with us, so mostly we just utilized our own.
We never went over to the community pool because we were just too satisfied with the options we had at the house or the beach, but from what we could tell, it looks like a nice facility.
We cooked every night but one, only going out to a restaurant once. The surrounding area is full of great restaurants and things to do if you want to venture out, but we just enjoyed our time at the home or on the beach.
Our only complaint is the furniture in the great room. It's not very comfy, and because it is sleek and modern, it isn't conducive to cozy-ing up for family movie night. It would be a PERFECT house if there were more comfy sofas and seating options.
Other than that, it is definitely a 5 star house and we would highly recommend it. The management company is super friendly and helpful with anything you need.

Private, Well Equipped , Private Beach Access
House was perfect for our needs. Exceptionally equipped and private beach access. Although the house was larger than what we needed it was perfect location while we continued relocation to this beautiful area. Located in residential area of elegant high end homes. Well suited for larger family gatherings with everything needed for perfect beach holiday. No short term rentals close by so very quiet yet close to restaurants / beach. Management company was exceptional in all ways. Will certainly consider again should we want the perfect place for vacation.

Wonderful family vacay spot!
Our family of 15 (9 adults and 7 kids) had a wonderful time at Sleek Retreat! The house felt comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out! The walk to the beach was so convenient and the private beach was never too crowded, even on a holiday. The beach service and concierge were very accommodating and responsive. We will probably be back next summer!

Beautiful house, great location !
We had a great time ! An extended family vacation of 15, but there was room for more!
Location was perfect and the house was beautiful ! The private beach was an easy walk @ the end of the street.
The sand was white and the water clear ! The pool @ the house, although it was small, was perfect for the smaller children and a great way to cool off !
The house supplied most everything we needed. Only negative was that the ice maker
on the lower level was not working. It was our first visit to the area and we'll be back!

Beautiful Home
This home fit our family's needs perfectly. We loved the modern aspect to it as well. The pool isn't huge, but it was large enough to refresh and relax in. It was also nice and private behind a wall. We could see the beach water from our balcony and spent the evenings watching the sunset. It took us just about a minute to walk to the beach access. The home was nice and clean and you could tell it was recently built. Would really recommend this home to those looking for a relaxing stay close to the beach!

Loved This House!
My family decided to take a last minute vacation to Destin for Labor Day. We couldn't believe our luck when we found this home! First, Beach Reunion staff was so accommodating as we booked this just one day prior to our arrival. They were so efficiant in answering our questions and getting all the information over to us.
Onto the house. This home was beautiful. There were floor to ceiling windows throughout which let in so much light. We loved the privacy of the private pool which was walled in. And the beach was only a minute walk straight from the home! The weekend turned out beautiful, no rain in sight. We really enjoyed our stay and think we have found our new "go-to" home for Destin!

Loved it!
This house is just amazing! There were 9 of us together, including 5 kids. The house has a very open layout, it was so spacious for all of us. The walk to the beach is super easy, one of the easiest we've had in comparison to past vacations. We would definitely stay here again!
