We loved the service of "Whatever. Whenever." They truly catered to our every need. We were really taken care of by one of your employees, Tanweer. The Wisley l quantity, quality, and value for money of the in-room dining was excellent. Especially the pasta's they were amazing.

We were coming in for a getaway and relaxing stay with our Pet Cat. However, we did not realise that the W Hotel hosts a beach club and after-hours lounge. It was a fault on our part for not researching the property in askance. Our cat was a little restless the first couple of nights but got used to it and calmed down. I did notice the balcony doors were soundproof to minimise the sound and music, but it didn't completely block it. If we were coming as only a couple without our Pet Cat.

the front desk manager named Ayesha is extremely rude and unaccommodating. she was openly rude to me and my family. she was harassing my family with threatening phone calls. I informed the front desk that since we had a baby with us we would need a later check out time upon checking in. We were told that would not be a problem. I agreed to pay for the late checkout fees and she continued to harass us and threatened to have security remove our items from the room. she continuously said she didn’t care about the fact that we had a child with us. She lacks decorum and tact. she is extremely unprofessional. if she is having a bad day, she should stay home instead of taking her problems out on others while at her job.

Room great, one slight issue was the coffee machine, it was awkward to use were it was placed, could be moved to a easier area of the room, breakfast was awesome, location perfect

the adults only pool was way to small for the size of the hotel, it was also only 3ft deep all around so wasn't great to have a swim and very very small so people just stood there, the pool bar for some reason had no swim up stools which i would of expected in such a premium hotel, coffee machine was high up and not easy to put the pods in

Het hotel is gelegen aan het uiteinde van The Palm. Het is best ver gelegen van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden.

Соответствовал ожиданиям. Вкусные завтраки. Есть два ресторана со звездой Мишлен. Поддерживают приятный аромат в отеле, в лифте. Мне понравилась музыка, плейлист. И при заселении мне повысили уровень номера, что было неожиданно. Постоянно спрашивают, что нужно для комфортных условий еще. И часто в отелях я не схожусь в режиме с клинингом. В “W” нам никто не мешал, не стучал. Я просто уходила, и когда возвращалась - было убрано.

На пляже на водные развлечения мне назвали цены выше, чем моим знакомым и в буклете. Иногда забывали принести воду на пляже, бывало халат забывали принести . Но после напоминания, все быстро исправляют.

The facilities are pretty much the same standard as other W hotel's.

The service was considered poor for a hotel of this stature. On our first day whilst me and my wife were trying to find our room, we were yelled at by the hotel security as if we were thieves for going the wrong way. Additionally, when we asked a member of staff to help us with an umbrella at the beach, he made such a big fuss saying we already had enough shade. Subsequently, when asking the same staff member to help us with towels, he did not bring us the towels as he was more occupied flirting with other bikini clad guests.

Exceptional hotel and room interiors. Very good a la carte restaurants.

1. Pool and beach cabanas are additionally charged even for hotel guests ! 2. We spent 7 nights in this hotel. The buffet breakfast food was almost the same in main restaurant during our stay. 3. Sometimes pool staff looked not interested with clients.

Mr.Hadji on the Bach was vere helpful.

The staff can not provide sufficient service at breakfast , especially to the terrace tables. We had to repeat orders constantly. I was constantly disturbed by being asked for my room number at the Sobe Bar. I did not ilke this.

1. als Hotelgast muss man eine Cabana reservieren für einen Mindestkonsumbetrag von 600 AED, das brauche ich nicht wenn ich Halbpension gebucht habe. 2. die Cabanas und Liegen sind teilweise zerissen, schimmeln, oder sehen einfach wiederlich aus. 3.der Pool ist zwar schön, aber nicht gerade groß für die Menge an Gästen, zudem an Wochenenden einfach zusätzlich Nicht-Gäste herkommen können - für die ist dann ja ein Mindestkonsum kein Problem, die kommen ja um zu konsumieren. Dann sind keine Cabanas mehr für Hotelgäste da.. 4. Die Cabanas die nicht gebucht wurden bleiben trotzdem einfach mit reserviert-Schild verschlossen und stehen lieber den gesammten Tag leer, als dass man hald nur im vorhinein getätigte Reservierungen wahrnimmt. Man fühlt sich als Hotelgast wirklich verar cht. 5. man fühlt sich generell als müsste man überall noch was draufzahlen um tatsächlich einen coolen Aufenthalt zu haben. Das Abendessen ist quasi 300 AED "Taschengeld", das man dann in anderen Restaurants verwenden kann, und dann natürlich alles was man in den sündhaft teuren Restaurants drüber kommt draufzahlt 6. das Abendessen im Liv, dem Hauptrestaurant in dem auch das Frühstück ist, ist wirklich nicht gut. Es fühlt sich an als wäre man in einer Kantine, an der das Kinderbuffet noch am besten schmeckt. Das Wasser ist inkludiert und wird einem in einer 1,5 Liter PLASTIKFLASCHE auf den Tisch gestellt. Da kommt nicht grade 5-Sterne-Feeling auf. 7. kleinere Kritikpunkte: im Zimmer war es feucht, der Boden ist trotz Klima nicht getrocknet, weiß nicht was genau da schief geht, ist schon recht unangenehm. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist ein Witz. Man hört alllles vom Gang im Zimmer. Wir haben uns des Öfteren geschreckt, weil wir dachten jemand macht unsere Tür auf, war wohl dann doch irgend eine Nachbartür.

A good selection of food.

For being such a big hotel I was surprised at the limited gluten free range and the lack of knowledge from staff as to what items were gluten free. This was every time I went into the restaurant, it was a real hindrance at meal times.

The staffs are super amazing!!! Thanks to Hanna and Haard for being super helpful with all my inquiries and requests! Great service for the housekeeping staffs Bala and Prashant! All of you made our stay super comfortable! We'll definitely come back!
