Perfect location in central Wanaka with on site parking

No replacement towels

We stayed at the house which sleeps 8. Best location being a walk to everything and no neighbours so if you do stay up a little too late and you should get a little loud it's all OK!

The support and follow-up provided by the Manager was very good. Problems were dealt with straight away, great cleaner. The location was superb. Check in info was great and easy. Spotlessly clean.

We arrived to find a room with curtains that were hanging off their rails, did not meet in the middle and had pinprick holes in them. The couch had a cushion that was split (this was changed for us very quickly). The cleaner did come and add some more curtain hooks, but that didn't really makeup for the poor quality of them. The bed had no mattress protector, was very soft, and spongy and the mattress needs replacing. The walls of these units are very thin and our neighbour in the adjoining unit did several loads of washing late at night which sounded like a pump stopping and starting continuously for about 2 hours. This stopped us sleeping. The one bedroom room with its tired, dated and poor quality fit out, was not value for money. We were upgraded after the first night to a two bedroom unit which was most appreciated. The curtains in the two-bedroom unit did not reach the floor. and detracted from the unit which overall was great and a nice layout. The mattress also needs replacing as too soft.

Good location, nice mountain view

Had to ring to find out how to get into the room despite being told I would receive an email at 3pm, 3.20 & still waiting for lock code. Room was freezing cold & took a long time to warm up with the heat pump heater. would have been nice if room could have been warmed prior to our arrival. More milk fcould have been provided & more than 2 tea bags would have been nice.

The location was incredible - so close to everything. The room was great and very well maintained and done up. Loved everything about it and will definitely be visiting again.

There was a bit of mould on the inside of the shower door. Difficult to see if you're cleaning from the outside of the shower though. Our shower door at home is the same and it is really hard to keep clean.

Really handy spot to stay for walking to town- shops and food

curtains in all rooms need replacing - they are falling down (from the hooks on the curtain rail). would lose a lot of heat in the winter
