The kitchen supplies like bowls and plates were not really clean. If can have basic needs like oil or tea bag but not only s and p will be much better

We were actually upgraded to a lake front 3 bedroom penthouse, which was absolutely amazing!!!! We loved every minute. The apartment was beautiful, awesome views, great location. The lady at the reception desk where we collected the keys was lovely too!

Once we found the reception, Wayne was very nice and helpful.

The size of the apartment was great and perfect for our group of friends.
They had no air-cons or fans upstairs and the days we stayed were extremely warm, so we struggled to sleep most nights in the heat. Something as basic as a peddle-stool fan would help to overcome this.

Very enjoyable stay at the apartment. There is everything we need for a family vacation. Good location within close proximity to Lake Wanaka and many other eateries at Wanaka.
Could have made it clearer that guests have to check in at another location first before coming to the property, although it was a short drive. Other than this, it was a fuss free check in and check out.

Good apartment for 8 adults
No air conditioning upstairs to hot .had to leave door n windows open .plus no information on website about key pickup got to got 2ks up rd n pickup. Very small sign on apartment sign .very easily missed and was by us. Good job cleaner was there n told us

Excellent location, well equipped apartment which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great value considering it is walking distance from the central part of town! Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well, and the laundry facilities were handy too.
Beds were a bit soft for our taste but would suit most people.

Hosts were kind enough to accommodate our change of plans due to our trip disruptions. Were helpful to help us receive our delayed baggages while we were away.
Just need a little top up on the diswasher/laundry soap but thats about it.

Quiet, clean, well kept apartment
No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom. Also a extra charge for using my credit card to pay.
