Super clean and comfortable.

We were visiting friends and family in the twin cities. The yellow house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This is our third stay at the LYH in the past 3 years. Needless to say....we are EXTREMELY pleased with the house. It is as well stocked as our own home.....my wife is a chef and is able to find every kitchen gadget that she has at home. All of the electronics and the internet are excellent....I spent many hours on Zoom calls with no problem. We lived in this neighborhood 29 yrs ago , raised our children here. We still know a few neighbors. Now we have photos of our young grandchildren in the house and playing in the yard. Keith and Shirley respond to inquiries and issues almost immediately and solve the issues just as quickly. You would be making a WISE decision to book a stay at the Little Yellow House. good location, nice clean house, great help from owner. the only suggestion is it would have been nice to have a TV upstairs, we are both senior citizens and the stairs were a chore.

Nice home in a beautiful, quiet and well kept neighbourhood. This home has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, would stay again. I also enjoyed seeing the rabbits and squirrels running around the neighbourhood.

This house is adorable and the owners have done such a great job of making it feel welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, including plastic baggies, tin foil, and lots of different sized plastic containers for packing lunches. Also they have knives that are sharp which makes food prep so much easier than at most rental places I have stayed that have dull knives at best or some places don't have any! The bed was super comfortable, the house was spotlessly clean, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, there is plenty of parking. The information booklet was helpful and welcoming. The keyless entry is fabulous. Now I want this for my own house. I loved not stressing about keeping track of a house key! I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my week in Minneapolis. I hope to return to this delightful place again one day!

Thank you for a lovely and comfortable home to spend our Minneapolis Holiday. We sold our Kingfield home and came back to Minneapolis to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and take care of some business, taxes, auto check up, Easter shopping at Krammarczyk's, and visiting with family and friends. Our little 4-year old grandson dubbed this home as our "Holiday House." ... great home, comfortable, welcoming, everything was immaculate, beds comfortable, ... Loved this house! When we arrived it was very clean and ready for guests. The house is a perfect blend of vintage and new décor. This was the perfect location from many restaurants, grocery stores, Mall of America, and many sites. It's about 20-25 minutes from just about everything you would like to do. The basement has a lot of games to play or you can just cozy up with a bowl of popcorn and watch a good movie in your down time. If we are planning another vacation in MN we will be sure to try to reserve our stay at The Little Yellow House. Thank you for opening your house to us for our wonderful vacation. Tim & Theresa

We lived in Minneapolis for 43 years....12 years in the neighborhood of the Little Yellow House. We were married and raised our children in this neighborhood. Thanks to Keith and Shirley we had the opportunity to come back. We visited friends and family, biked and walked the lakes, attended baseball games and many many outdoor music shows. We also met our first grandchild at the LYH during our stay....a moment we will never forget. The house is perfect. When we arrived it was SPARKLING....and brought a smile to Mary Beth's face who is a neat freak. The kitchen is fully equipped and satisfied the requirements of a gourmet cook who seldom goes out to eat. The beds are comfortable and supported our backs that need lots of TLC. All electronic devices are up to date and support watching TV or keeping in touch with the world via internet with excellent speed. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Filled with young families who parade around the neighborhood on foot with their young children and dogs properly leashed. The house is only minutes by car form everything you would want to visit in Mpls. Keith and Shirley kept in touch with us by phone as needed and the manager of the house lives 3 houses down the street and took care of any needs we had almost instantly. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The owners have put a lot of thought into everything inside the house. Everything you could need is there. The location is fantastic, every time we wanted to go someplace it always seemed like it was about ten minutes away. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place in the area.

This was our 2nd time renting The Little Yellow House. This home is furnished with everything you might need! It is exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. I cannot think of one thing that wasn’t in perfect order! A great location, and just minutes away from Lake Harriet. We will never be bothered with a hotel again. The owners are fantastic, they stay in touch, which was especially nice for us as our visit coincided with the record breaking spring snow fall Minneapolis had. Keith made sure we knew when the snow removal company would be coming. I have no hesitation in recommending this property. Just exceptional. You can rent with confidence that the accommodations will be better than advertised!

First stay was very satisfactory. We are familiar with the community and this was the perfect location- near family, shopping, dining and grandchildren’s schools. Definitely plan to book again.

Every thing about this home is perfect. A great location, a quiet family friendly neighborhood and a perfect place to be your home away from home. Close access to parks, lakes, restaurants and entertainment but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The home is comfortable, relaxing and inviting and feels "just right" from the moment you enter. The home is beautifully well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you would want for a great visit to Minneapolis. The hosts are informative about every aspect of the home and are great communicators. Great visit and I look forward to returning soon.
