Incantevole e pieno di fascino - Sia che tu venga a visitare i tuoi figli alla U di A o che scappi dagli elementi invernali, siamo certi che apprezzerai il tuo soggiorno nel nostro Bungalow del 1946 ristrutturato con gusto. Tutto è stato aggiornato, dalla cucina all'arredamento con servizi moderni, pur mantenendo il fascino di una Casita del sud-ovest. Nuovo riscaldamento e aria condizionata insieme alle piastrelle Saltillo in modo da rendere confortevole l'intero soggiorno.

Really cute casita, perfect for coming back ago after hiking and dining at local restaurants we miss from when we lived in Tucson. It was the taste of home we desperately needed. Thank you for letting us stay!!

I loved this little house. It was comfortable, quiet and close to anything I needed. I would stay there again. Just the right size too.

Perfectly clean and ready for the whole family, the hi-tech thermostat keeps the temp perfect day and night. Plenty of space for dining & games indoor and out. Bedrooms for privacy, room to spread out. Parking in the shade as well. Easy walking neighborhood, with convenience stores just blocks away.

The condo had everything we needed to make meals. We loved the hot tub. The Condo was clean and well kept. Lots of towels! Took advantage off the beach chairs and the cooler. Beach was a short walk as were small convenience stores and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The house is clean and exactly like the photos. There is everything that you would need, especially in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked very well and there are ceiling fans in the living area too.

Generally a nice place to stay. the home was very clean and had some good amenities (i.e. big TV, good dishes). However the bathroom could use some upgrades. The shower worked but it was old and somewhat primitive.

this is a very nice place to stay, bedrooms were comfortable, granite counter tops, stove/oven, and refrig, and washer/dryer set it apart from other places. Kitchen was very well equipped, really complete.

Easy check in. Great place to stay. Comfortable. Everything we needed. It was a bit dark though. No light in the dining room that I could find and living room had lamp but no overhead lighting. Not a big deal though. We stayed in winter and it was rainy the weekend we were there. In summer, we probably would have just had dinner outside in the back yard.
Since it was just the 2 of us, we just ate in the little bar area in the kitchen. We stayed with our 2 dogs so it was great to have a completely fenced yard. We'd stay there again.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate the holidays with some friends. The location was perfect! Easy to get everywhere. House is well stocked. Both beds are very comfortable. Great back yard for our little doggies. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Communication with the host was wonderful and easy check in and out! We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

We were so pleased with this place, was better than we anticipated. Location was perfect for us as we were bouncing around Tucson in different directions and it was a great central location with access to everything we wanted to do. It’s super comfortable and the backyard was a nice reprieve at the end of the day.

We rented for family weekend at U of Arizona. The house is convenient to campus and in a decent and quiet neighborhood. TV was outdated with no streaming options and minimalist DirectTV service. Appliances were good. Nice backyard. We had what we needed for a short stay. Overall this is a decent property that lives up to its description with the exception of not having covered parking for two vehicles because there was a camper parked in the carport. But we had only one car so it didn’t matter.

We had a good stay. After busy days, we came back to a quiet place to rest. Had a bit of trouble to enter, the lockbox was empty but the manager brought the key within a few moments. He was very responsive to my queries. Location is close to restaurants and stores loved the experience.

Just like home
Very comfortable and attractively designed. The home is a great place to stay for a long weekend or longer stay. The carport is perfect to keep the car out of the AZ sun. The front porch was nice for morning coffee or to watch a gentle rain. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located. The lighted walkway is helpful when finding the home at night and guiding you to the front door. I forgot how dark the neighborhood is with the Tucson dark sky regulations. We hope to be able to make plans to stay again.

Clean and Cute
This place was perfect for us. Very clean with anything you could need easily available. Nothing was more than 15-20 minutes away. An added bonus is the fenced in backyard where our pup could roam while we had a glass of wine and watched the sun go down. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing getaway.

Taylor was very responsive and brought us cutting knives and other kitchen items when we asked for them. Big backyard and comfortable chairs on the front porch.
