Villa Vista Pacifica è una splendida casa contemporanea a un piano con quattro camere da letto, cinque bagni e mezzo, situata a Fundadores (più la sala multimediale può raddoppiare come camera da letto). Fundadores è il principale sviluppo dei tre (altri sono El Altillo e Noria e quelli sono lontani dalla spiaggia) a Puerto Los Cabos, una suddivisione privata a 2 livelli di sicurezza molto sicura, una delle comunità più nuove e più elite di San Jose del Cabo . Solo lo sviluppo Fundadores è in spiaggia e ha il suo lussuoso beach-club splendidamente ricostruito (theclubfundadores.com). Beautiful house, ocean views and great communication. Fit our family of 7 very well. The kids loved the pool and we adults just loved lounging on the patio. We did do a bunch of day trips - we’re about 25-30min from CSL so that does add up.

What a wonderful stay we had a this house. Our girls weekend was completely enhanced by both the beauty of the view and the home as well as the constant on demand support of the house manager and his assistant. From booking massages in the house to our dine in chef, it was an experience to remember. We highly recommend this wonderful retreat!!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay here in August. The house is amazing and there was ample space for 10 of us to hang out and relax. All the bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms, and the place has a beautiful clean, modern decor.
The free access to the private beach club was a bonus and only a 10 minute walk away. We had welcome apps and hibiscus margaritas prepared on our first night by Chef Benjamin and it was an excellent way to kick off the trip, delicious!! House manager, Ricardo and his assistant Karolina were always quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. Having our groceries pre-stocked was awesome! Would highly recommend booking dinner at Flora Farms, amazing!!

We were in town for a wedding that was held at Flora Farms. The location of this home could not have been better and we enjoyed our stay immensely! The property is well appointed, has a spacious layout and relaxing welcoming vibe. We loved sitting outside listening to the ocean and watching the beautiful sunrise while we had our morning coffee. We had lunch and dinner at the Beach Club and it was terrific. We travel a lot for golf and enjoyed playing 4 times here. The food and libations offered on the course while golfing are among the best we've ever had. The staff at the beach club, golf club and the property manager are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. It just felt like virtually everyone was laser focused on our having a wonderful experience. The owners are extremely gracious and communicative. Highly recommend!!

Loved staying here. It was perfect for a few families staying together. Great common and outdoor area for everyone to come together. The access to the beach club (beach, pool, restaurant, gym) was a huge win for the kiddos and parents alike. I would book again in a heartbeat!

My 3 kids and two of their significant others took a much needed 6 day trip to Cabo San Jose and stayed at Gunther’s house. I must tell you, from booking to our last day, it was a first class experience! The house was incredible! You will not be disappointed. Gunther was extremely accommodating and Ricardo was truly a huge help. From helping schedule transportation, to chefs, Ricardo made the trip even that much better! We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home to celebrate my bachelorette with 8 girls over the weekend. This is exactly what we were looking for: chic, gorgeous, spacious, extra bathrooms, heated pool/hot tub, amazing service (shout out to Ricardo), hired chef and bartender, and amazing Sonos sound system throughout the house.
From the moment we booked the house Gunther has been very helpful/responsive with any questions I had. Ricardo, the house manager, ensured that the trip was flawless from the minute we arrived at the house. He helped organize groceries for us pre-arrival, organized a massage for the ladies and myself, helped us hire a chef for welcome drinks/lunch with Chef Mia as well as dinner with Chef Tez. Both chefs were amazing - The dinner with Chef Tez blew us all away. We also hired a bartender that Ricardo recommended - HE WAS AWESOME!
We had a pretty packed itinerary and cut some of the activities short to come back to the villa because we could not get enough!! The villa is about 10 minutes from Acre/Flora Farms (we did both, highly recommend!) and 40-45 minutes from Downtown and about 20 minutes to the airport. Location was convenient, the community is super safe and clean, and everything was so well executed!

All the bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas were super clean and neat! Kitchen was clean as well, only tiny issue, and I mean tiny, would be the area around the sink could have been a touch cleaner.
We had an issue with one a/c unit and they were out the very next morning to fix it, very professional and helpful.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this property twice now and we are already looking forward to going back! This is a beautiful home that lives even better than the pictures show. It is a perfect place to enjoy wonderful family time, relaxation and amazing restaurants and entertainment nearby. Gunther is an excellent host, quick to communicate and very accommodating. Ricardo, the property manager and all of the available staff is incredibly professional and deliver exceptional service. It is the ideal location for a wonderful vacation!

This trip started off as a birthday trip for my sister.. It was 5 of us and with COVID just interrupting our usual trip schedule last year this trip was much needed and it had to be amazing because we all were just fed up with the stress of life. We are not planners so this tripped was booked 2 weeks before travel... In those 2 weeks Gunther and Ricardo were absolutely amazing with assisting us in such a short time. We wanted the works and boy oh boy we got that and more. We opted for the personal driver and Cristian started off as just that but by the end of the trip he was family to us. They arrived with champagne at the airport for our ride to the house. This property was stunning from the entrance to every intricate detail in all the rooms. The pool the, hot tub... I am a Real Estate agent and I have been for 15 years and the pictures dont do this place justice. We kept reading reviews about how great Tez the chef was so of course we had to try him out. A couple in our group are cooks as well and TEZ lived up to every single review. He is so freaking awesome. I promise you will love him and the food was to die for. I have to admit we were a leary when we first received the menu options prior to the trip so we said instead of having him for the entire 5 day trip let's just have him 1 day for dinner and the next morning for breakfast . Well let me tell you ... It was our lost because we wished we would have had him everyday. We booked Tez and added the option of a bartender the 1st night and we had such an amazing time. Ricardo was exceptional and always there to help offer suggestions he even made a few reservations for us. We felt catered too the entire trip and while we deserved it.. we definitely did not expect what we received. The day before our last day there we received notifications of a huge snow storm back home. Well guess what that was perfect because we didnt want to leave anyway so guess what... We stayed another night. Gunther accommodated us with ease. I can not wait to go back... our original plans were to stay at the Waldorf Astoria in a villa and although that is a beautiful property we would not have exchanged this experience for the world. I dont want to give too much away because you have to experience this for yourself. Just know that total bliss is all I can say and I will miss but never forget the sunrises and sunsets we experienced. A trip we will never ever forget!! Treat yourself I promise you won't regret!!!

I can’t say enough to justify this beautiful
home, setting and the service we received. Gunther is great at responding emails and Riccardo is nearby to help with activities and dining. The beach club offers you a hotel experience if you want to be waited on while having the luxury of a nearly 7,000 square foot house that has a THEATRE!!!! Worth every penny! Thank you Gunther for allowing my family and friends to welcome 2021 with hope and FAITH.

Our family of 6 enjoyed celebrating Christmas at the house. There was enough space that we were able to socialize together and yet have own own Siamese as well. The club house facilities were a nice bonus.
The house was well appointed and nicely laid out. And the view never disappointed!

This was the perfect location for our family. We love Cabo and frequent the fine hotels/resorts there often. This trip we decided to rent this beautiful home to get a feel for living in the neighborhood. The home is very spacious with each bedroom feeling private. the pool has views of the ocean and neighborhood.
The Fundadores Beach Club is accessible to the property renters as well as their gym. We had a wonderful family photoshoot during our stay at the property as well as at the beach club.
Highly recommend the Chef the property suggests. He’s the best!
The property manager was very attentive, kind and accommodating. We even had mini massages waiting for us upon our arrival.

This is a very lovely home to stay in Cabos. Everything in this home is perfect. The views are incredible. The home is in a very safe and secure gated community. Elegant and well decorated home with good taste in furniture. All the amenities you can ask for and very clean home. Excellent hospitality from property owner and manager. Had a very nice peaceful and secure weekend

We loved our entire stay at this property. The house is spacious and perfectly designed, comfortable and well stocked. The beach club access is such a perk, we loved the gym, pool and yoga! The house manager was attentive and well organized and we loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back!!

The house is large and suitable for two families which we were. All the rooms are spread apart and privacy is never an issue. House is new and everything is in great working order. Kitchen is well equipped - we cook often when we are there. Neighborhood is great, beach club and fitness are easily accessible. Proximity to San Jose for restaurants, shopping, etc. is ideal. No need to drive all the way into Cabo San Lucas. House manager and cleaning help are excellent and accommodating. Property owner also is extremely accommodating and responsive. A detailed manual on how everything works in the house is provided and any issues are resolved immediately. Would recommend this property without hesitation.

We had a great time. Gunther was very helpful with all the information he gave us. Always ready to answer any questions we had. Ricardo (manager) was also very nice and helpful . Very respectful, always available to help and fix the minor problems we had.
Ted (Chef) was also very nice, he cooked us every day delicious menus, and Yesenia (cleaning lady) was always very helpful, the house was always clean and shine. All the staff was incredible. Fundadores is a very nice place, beautiful golf course, nice place to walk around and has a very nice club house, excellent gym. We would definitely came back and refer this house.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Gunther is welcoming and accommodating, from booking to arrival as well as during your stay. The were plenty of towels, the kitchen had more than the basic necessities, the beds are very comfortable, the air con in rooms worked perfectly although we didn’t need most nights, and it’s very clean. Our families had plenty of space and could enjoy privacy when we wanted. The views are stunning. The pool just the right temperature. The caretaker was so helpful and everyone Gunther recommended were professional. I highly recommend Tez Abbott as a chef and Carlos from USave car rental. We cannot wait to come back!

Gunther and the staff was incredible!! We stayed for my dads 60th birthday and it was beyond anything we could’ve imagined. We can’t wait to come back year after year at this magical place. Our best memories are at this house 🙌🏼

We have been renting homes in Cabo for the past 14 years and this is the best property we have been in by far. Great views and wonderful lay out for relaxing and entertaining. Great sound and AV systems as well. And the owner was wonderful and helpful in providing great contacts for Chef's and restaurants etc.
