We were having a family reunion close to this house, so the neighborhood was perfect for us. The kitchen was well outfitted and worked out well for a large family dinner. I loved the floor plan of the house and although we were stunned at how all the fees added up, we will most likely be back, just because the location and house were so perfect. We were grateful for a pet friendly house as well!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and spacious with a ground floor bedroom and full bath that worked well for my sister in law who has a hard time with stairs. Fenced yard perfect for her dog. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on those very cold days right before the holiday. Very convenient to those we visited in Windsor and Severance.

This very cozy home was perfect for our stay in Fort Collins. It had everything we needed to be together yet have our own space. I especially enjoyed having tea and reading on the front porch in the early mornings. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

Perfect fit for our CSU graduation needs
Our daughter graduated from CSU and we needed a place to host family and friends. This house fit our needs perfectly and any questions I had were quickly answered. Beautiful location and 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 well kept bathrooms gave us all the space we needed to unwind after a long trip.

Great location,cleanliness and communication with property owner.
Negatives were 2 of the beds were very noisy every turn made a squeaking noise.

My family and I rented this house to do a test run to see if 4 columns was a good place for us to buy a home. The residence was wonderful the trip was fantastic and we are excited to relocate to Fort Collins student

Perfect for our wedding guests
This house was a perfect place for our out-of-town guests to stay while in town for our daughter's wedding. There was lots of room, a nice patio to relax on, and was very conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood. I highly recommend this home!

Wonderful home!
This house was perfect for our family of 9 staying together to visit family in the area. The neighborhood was nice and very close to shopping and restaurants. Leslie was great to work with!. There was a problem with the air conditioner the day we arrived (Sunday), and she had it fixed by Monday afternoon. The kitchen was awesome, spent most of our time there and in the family room. The yard was small but the kids had room to play. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our vacation
This house is spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor patio with nice shade trees, grill and heater options. The fenced in backyard was perfect for traveling with our dogs.

Week-end Getaway
The house location was perfect for the day trips we took while attending the Wyoming/Missouri football game. The house was stocked with many things we needed, and was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated Leslie's quick reaction to our needs! Would definitely stay here again!
