Cute historic property located centrally in the city. Very clean- mattresses, pillows and bedding very high quality. We were forced inside a lot because we visited during a tropical storm- great space for hanging out with family and playing games.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Savannah. This house was perfect! It was in an ideal location, close walking distance to everything you could want. 2 parking places was a huge bonus as was the outdoor space which we used daily. This house has 2 primary suites and the 3rd bedroom has its own bath as well. We were very comfortable!

This home was located on the east side of the district. It was a very quiet neighborhood. Walking to several noted “must see” was very easy. We were able to walk and enjoy the city. The accommodations of this Savannah home was great. There was enough room for all seven of us. A perfect courtyard to enjoy coffee!

My family really enjoyed staying here as it's between Broughton and Bay Street on Washington Square. It feels safe and is walking distance to so much and offers a beautiful private courtyard adjacent to the home.
Usually when you pay high prices to stay somewhere nice there's a little flexibility and southern hospitality with early check-in by an hour or so. Don't count on that here unless you arrange it strictly 24-48 hrs in advance and agree to pay an additional fee. We were told they weren't finished having the room ready, yet the can of Wintergreen Copenhagen on the front doorstep was there at 2 PM when we first arrived and still there at 4 PM (a maid wouldn't miss that).
The 3 bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. They provide soap and shampoo which is nice. Towels and linens were soft. *Pack an Umbrella as a brief afternoon storm is common in Savannah*.
We couldn't get the gate to work so that limits available parking to one spot. Street parking is available, but you have to renew it at 8 AM, there's a deck down the street but it's more expensive.

Lovely home in beautiful historic district, safe, walking distance to River Street. Close to 2 city squares. 4 bathrooms provided privacy for 3 different family groups travelling together. Outdoor patio beautiful and stylish. Entire home stylish and well kept. Parking for 2 cars off street. Highly recommend.

Nice property with room for 7 of us and we appreciated all the bathrooms. Close to areas we visited and very cute courtyard/patio area. Would have been nice to have additional garbage bags and coffee for each day of our stay. Also, washcloths should be in each bathroom or advise guests you do not provide. Overall, it was a good location and we enjoyed our stay.

Can't think of any place that could have been better. The house was beautiful and located within walking distance of most of historic district. Well furnished with all necessities and lots of room. Loved every minute of our stay and would gladly stay here again. The only negatives were not being told about the gate before arriving and the hardwood floors needed to be cleaned. Also probably could use a good visit from bug man.

This was a fantastic choice. 3 primary bedrooms/bath that have been updated. The outdoor space was very nice. Clean, ready for us and no issues. Very convenient to River Street and historic area. We mostly walked everywhere and even with an extra vehicle, parking really wasn’t an issue. I would stay there again.

We had originally booked a different property but found out that it was in a major construction zone five days before arrival. It would have been nice to know this before we booked. However Lucky Savannah tried and did find us another nice property. We were very pleased with this property and would stay there again. It was in a great location which was quiet but within easy walking distance to many attractions.

Everything was awesome! Access is confusing however. Dedicated parking spaces in the back but door code works the front door. Have to walk around the block to gain access. Called property manager and she gave me a code to a lock box that opened the side door. Nice to have that from the beginning. Also back gate slides open. Didn’t realize that was only way to enter front the back.

Really great location, and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, parks, and the river. Loved the historic charm and everything was clean and kept up nicely. Only complaint was the back parking gate not opening for easier access to the car, but wasn’t a bad walk to the alley. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect for 2 couples, with a king suite downstairs and one upstairs. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go, and having a great outdoor space was icing on the cake. The property was very clean and well cared for and Lucky Savannah is an excellent company.

Great location and space to spread out with private baths for each bedroom. overall very nice. needs a little love--ie paint update, larger tv in living space needed and spruce up the outside patio space. Very large bugs in lower level bedroom and back upstairs bedroom, which was unfortunate. not all lights worked and the back fence is broken so not secure from the alley.

We had six adults and two young children. The house had a wonderful location, ample room for everyone including all families had their own bathroom! It was very clean and well equipped. We had an incident with the A/C which was resolved very quickly and successfully. My only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms get too warm. The thermostat is on the main level with no units on the upstairs level and the instructions for the thermostat are not to go below 70. That being said it's a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

This home was beautiful, immaculate, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood close to activities. We loved that their were 2 king beds, 2 queen, and everyone had their own bathroom. We were a group of 8 girls on a get away to Savannah, having never been before. We all agree that this property was exactly as promised and provided everything listed. It was roomy, well cared for, and in a location that was walkable to everything. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for groups. The rental company, Lucky Savannah was also great. my brother, sis in law and parents all stayed in this cozy, clean place. We liked how we all had spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Only problem was finding the wifi modem and plugging it it. It's in the downstairs bedroom if your wifi doesnt show. We loved the location and the sweet patio for warm nights.

I am a frequent flyer to Savannah, and this home was a great experience. The home was clean, cute and in a great location! I had a request after checking in, and within 30 minutes of reaching out to the property manager, it was taken care of:) I will be renting this property again:)

We loved the property and the location. Unfortunately we picked the “once in a generation” blizzard time to vacation there. We would have done more in the city if not for the freezing temperatures.
My one gripe is:: the check in notification on the app made no mention of the rear entry process. There is a lock box holding a back door key, BUT the front door code does work on the lock box. That took a call or two to the CSR and they weee fantastic. You parj in the back so getting that key is more important than front door access IMHO.
But truly. That is a minor inconvenience to a wonderful vacation spot with our family. I highly recommend this property and Lucky Savannah.

House was spotless and location is perfect to experience Savannah! Parking is an issue citywide and this location is no exception...carpool if at all possible. Could see the upstairs being warm in the summer months as the AC isn't as efficient up there. Would and will stay here again when we revisit Savannah! A+

For my wife and I it was perfect. Very quiet street, but within walking distance to almost everything you'd want to do. The house is clean and updated with everything you'll need. It was a little to cool outside to enjoy the patio. Only suggestions....fix the back gate for security and privacy. It is motorized once you pull the car in, but it doesn't work and cannot be closed manually. The curtains in the bottom level bedroom are to see through that look out to the back parking....where the gate doesn't close. Finally, the front door keypad had issues. The property managers quickly brought us a key to use instead of the security lock pad. Overall....would stay there again without question!!!
