This was our second time at this property as a group and we loved it both times! Thank you for doing what you do. We love everything about it! It feels secluded so that you can actually get away, there’s a hot tub, and then design of the inside is beautiful. They are very friendly and helpful. When I first booked the cabin, I was going to go through trip advisor but for some reason they upchargeed me 200 dollars right at the end. I called Mountaintop realty to ask them why that might happen and the team members told me that trip adivisor just does that and there was only a much smaller fee that I had to pay. So I went through the actual Mountaintop website and got the cabin without the added on 200 dollars that trip adiviosr was trying to upcharge me for.

The Zigadeaux house was comfortable and in a beautiful spot in Davis. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend and would strongly recommend staying at the property. The hot tub was an amazing feature. The property was beautiful. Your team was courteous and accommodating. They were incredibly helpful.

It was awesome. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to coming back.

We would not come back as often as we do if we did not love staying in Northpoint. We have been vacationing in Northpoint for over 25 years. We have stayed in numerous houses (the old #21, Brookside, The Cabin, Northpoint of View, Cinnamon Fern Chalet and the last house on the right on Forest Ridge) in the community and Zigadeaux has become our 'go to' property. We love the seclusion of the house almost at the end of the road and the beautiful hot tub. The staff has always been welcoming and takes care of any needs that arise.

Wonderful weekend getaway to Timberline to ski! Clean and cozy! Well stocked kitchen, beautiful fireplace and outdoor hot tub! A few miles away from the resort which is really no problem but 4 wheel drive is beneficial to get up the street- one couple couldn’t get up the hill and had to park at the bottom. All in all, very nice, enjoyable time. Would definitely come back!

The hot tub was the star of the show since we had a fresh 15 inches of snow. Had a wonderful time and the property was well maintained N/A

Great relaxing getaway. The ONLY complaint is the single ply toilet paper.

Zigadeaux was excellent. Beautiful layout. Fun entrance. Rooms were well appointed and left us plenty of privacy. Living room and fireplace were wonderful. Hot tub was perfect after a long day hiking. Excellent and very professional. Love working y'all!

Pros - - location is secluded within the neighborhood, yet still close to our attractions (Blackwater Falls, Dolly Sods and Seneca Rocks) - spacious for 7 adults - wifi was great considering wireless networks are patchy at best in the surrounding mountains - night time temperatures while the windows were open were comfortable for sleeping Cons - - downstairs rooms has musty smell and we think we heard a mouse! - loft has a slight mouse smell when the attic fan was running - some things need simple repairs (ie screen door downstairs, blinds in common area) - listing page could include more details about amenities, mostly kitchen/cooking appliances and utensils Overall we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the property and had a great stay! The hot tub, multi-level decks, skylights and the sound of the creek. Email communication was prompt and contact-less key pickup went smoothly.

We all loved the hot tub, but my daughter (3) was enchanted by the tower room and the firelplace as well. even during the social distancing, and working remotely, I felt our needs were met, we received ample communication, and the check in and checkout processes went smoothly

My husband and two young boys stayed here when we came to Canaan Valley to ski for the new year. Even though we did not need a 4 bedroom place, it was still perfect for us all! Very cozy!! Loved the kitchen and living room combo where we were all together and we enjoyed lighting a fire in the fireplace each night. Another HUGE highlight for us all was the hot tub!! It was amazing to sit out on the deck in the hot tub even when it was 34* F. The hot tub temperature was perfect and only took a few minutes to warm up. Very clean too! My only complaint was the lighting. The steps leading up to house are solar and do not emit any light at all. The porch light was not left on for our arrival (and the sun sets early in the winter) and in order for us to use the hot tub, we had to take light bulbs from lamps inside and around the home because ALL of the outside deck lights were burned out!! Which in turn left us with dark interior rooms inside. My husband made it all work, despite not having pliers to loosen the screws on the frozen porch lights and while it's not hard to change a light bulb, that's not the issue, although it is the responsibility of the management company to ensure proper lighting. All in all, we'd stay here again. The house had everything we needed, was clean, nice location tucked in the development of the mountain neighborhood, and we loved the hot tub!!

The house was well kept. 8 people were very comfortable staying there for a weekend. The hot tub was the biggest perk of the house. The house had several things for cooking and baking which was nice. The house is in a gated community with several other houses but this one is secluded which was also nice as we were on the deck and outside a lot. Overall the house was nice and we are considering making an annual trip to the area.

First place I ever stayed where the house was nicer than it looked in the photos; new couch and great fire place. Six of us and we had plenty of room. I would recommend to friend or stay there again. The only draw back was next to no water pressure but plenty of hot water.
