The house was roomy with plenty of rooms for our family of 14. Was concerned the 2 bathrooms wouldn't be enough, but no issues in the end. Refrigerator's in door water and ice didnt work; however, onsite manager had ice delivered to us along with the pack n play that was not available upon our arrival. The hottub operated normaly the first day we arrived but after that we had to call or text mgmt to have them turn on the hot water remotely. Not a big deal just an extra step. Foosball table was broken so we weren't able to use it. Trashcans were left full upon our arrival. We were told the cans would be put out for trash day but the narrow driveway didn't allow the grounds person to do it. Had we known in advance we would've happily put them out. Mgmt had to come and take some trash to make room for us. It appeared to be a recurring issue so was surprised they didn't ask us to put the cans out in the first place. Lack of doormats allowed dirt to track in so we had to sweep regularly.
All that said, beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of towels for the bathrooms and for the pool/beach. We enjoyed the pool and hottub very much! The kitchen was well stocked with everything but the food so we enjoyed preparing our meals and eating together at the large table with a small countertop bar nearby. We appreciated the double stroller and beach toys and beach towels provided for our use. Great house! Curfew STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Overall we had a great stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the pool. Fast communication with management. We thought it was a little closer to Disney land so we ended up driving instead of walking, but it was an easy commute. Only complaint is check out being 10am, but we can’t make any noise outside until 9am. So that made checkout very rushed

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. 40 minute drive to Huntington Beach and a quick 5 minute Uber to Disneyland! Great floor plan, plenty of room and a pool and hot tub. We struggles with getting the hot tub warm and it does not always stay warm. So if you set it when you head out for the day, it won’t be ready when you are back and ready to enjoy it…that along with the kitchen needing some updates on items like bottle openers or baggies would be our only “complaints”. You can see the fireworks from the front yard which was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Overall it was great! The house is well stocked and the pool and hot tub were so nice. It was a little farther from Disney than we anticipated which was hard with the little legs for the kiddos. We made it work and still had a blast! Just ended up using Uber to get to and from the park a couple times to save some leg energy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen worked out great. Nice to have a garage.

We enjoyed our stay here, it nicely met the needs of our team while attending Expo West, getting to all stay together and hang out in the common areas. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated after a long day on the trade show floor.
The kitchen was sufficiently stocked, but it could benefit from a little refresh.

Perfect location and house for our family of 10. Went to Disneyland for 2 days and had a great time.

Beds were comfy, pool was nice. Nicely set up and the kids had fun with the theme rooms. The house could really use someone to go through it and replace the things that are worn out. We did let the manager know there were no spoons and had a big pack of spoons within an hour. Management was very responsive and fixed any problems we had.

Our only complaints were the very strict hours of quiet time, the floors were so dirty it made our feet black and the Internet NEVER worked. Even when I called and messaged the rental company about the internet it never got fixed. Otherwise we enjoyed the location and house.

There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids. The home is very roomy, the kids loved the different character rooms! The house is really close to Disneyland, we didn’t go, we were there for a water polo tournament. The kids loved the pool! The house was well equipped with towels etc… it had most kitchen items, it could use a couple of big frying pans, 12 inch!

We had a great time at this property. As some have stated it needs a refresh in the kitchen but that is cosmetic. We were in the park parking lot in 7 minutes door to floor. Plenty of space to relax after enjoying the park and the pool was great. The noise ordnance is a pain but not the property owners fault. Overall a great experience with few hiccups.

This was a fun themed home. Kids thought it was really fun! It's an older home so things were as to be expected with an older home. It was clean but the floors could use a good deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay

Would be better for two families
6 of the 8 beds are not suitable for adults. The mattresses for top bunks and the bunk beds are very uncomfortable even for young child. Bedroom #1 king bed. #2 double with double bunk up #3 double with single bunk up #4two very small single bunks. #5 double bed with no a/c. We had excellent response to correct deficiencies like coffee maker, salad bowls, cups, ping pong balls etc. We bought chairs for pool side and ping pong balls. Very convenient to have washer dryer. Some privacy issues with owner/manager onsite for pool, yard, roof and couch four separate visits on day one. Good communication about the expected visits though.

Family friendly spot walking distance to Disney
Nice quiet house in a clean neighborhood walking distance to Disney. Lots of space and amenities, the kids loved the pool. Not the fanciest place and could use some general repairs but for the price you can’t go wrong. Be prepared for a lot of rules and documents leading up to your stay but as long as you are responsible and not trying to party it wont matter. Overall kids loved it, didn’t have to park at Disney, and you have all the comforts of home

Disneyland adventure
8 of us went to celebrate my 60th birthday. Close to park although we ubered. The pool was wonderful. Overall experience was wonderful.

Great Location
Overall we would stay at this house again, the house was a 4 minute drive to Disneyland. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The rooms were all decorated in cute Disney themes. The only issues we would say, is the house is in need of repairs, the showers are chipped all over the floor and need some TLC. The couches were very used and tearing and not the most comfortable. And the kitchen didn’t have much for cups, and cooking utensils or enough pans. All of the things mentioned were not deal breakers for us tho, since we got the house for the location and convenience of getting to Disney. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, we would just hope that the house gets some attention and much needed updating before our next stay.

On our last night, I found a tiny roach walking on our food container in the refrigerator. The next morning, when I opened the kitchen cabinet, I found another tiny one walking on the shelf where the fry pans were. The house itself isn't bad, but it is definitely showing signs of wear and tear - the couch, the bathtub, baseboards dirty or missing. We did not wear shoes inside the house, but our socks would get dirty. The house could use some TLC. Some cookware should be replaced. Some of the fry pans and skillet handles are about to fall off. The location, however, is great, and we all enjoyed the pool.

Labor Day Weekend Stay
Everything was good overall. Check in was really easy. Place was clean and ac running when we arrived. Pool was nice and the kids really had a great time. That above all was most important. The property just feels rundown and in need of an update. A number of things in the home are in need of a replacement. Location was excellent though and communication with the hosts was great. I just wasn’t thrilled about one instance where I received a text at 10pm asking me to turn off the pool lights. I felt that was really unnecessary. I didn’t say anything then because I just didn’t want anything negative during our stay. I had the light on for safety. We had a number of kids with us and were worried one of them would go to the backyard without us seeing. The pool lights would allow us to see if God forbid someone fell in the pool etc. I just felt something as small as having the pool lights on shouldn’t have been made an issue or brought up. To possibly sour a guest’s stay over pool lights weren’t worth it in my opinion.

Our Family had a blast!
Can’t wait to go back! The pool was amazing and even though all the spa jets didn’t work it still heated up the spa perfectly. So relaxing! We will for sure consider going back, the kids miss it already!

The location once again was great because it was so close to the park but I would never recommend this property to anyone unless you liked old worn beach towels and toys, worn out and dated furniture as well as garbage on the patio.

We loved the close proximity to Disney and the pool was great. Our complaint was that all the bedding seemed very worn, the carpet is very old and pulled up in some spots where my kids got their feet poked. It also seems like the cleaning company doesn't do an amazing job at cleaning. All the baseboards are pretty grimy and our socks would get really dirty just walking around the house.

Two families—11 guests, perfect family vacation
We drove from Montana for our 5 day vacation. What a wonderful vacation! We have done two other trips to Disneyland. This rental was the best place to stay. We walked to the park each day. We loved the stroll through Downtown Disney or taking the monorail into the park. We had no foot traffic to navigate. It was ideal. We slept great and loved not sharing walls with others. We would absolutely stay here again!

Disappointed
Location was fine and the check in was smooth. We were disappointed in the condition of the place. They definitely need to modernize the place a bit. Old beds and couches were a theme here. Had some electrical issues that prevented use of the hot tub. The property manager was attentive until we inquired about a partial refund because of the hot tub/electrical issues. Haven’t heard anything back regarding the refund and it’s been almost two weeks. Overall, a disappointing experience but we made the best of it.

Great location to Disney, large home, some hiccups
Very good location to Disneyland, large 5 bedroom home with lots of space and a great pool. Fun table tennis too. Unfortunately hot tub controls did not work at all for our entire vacation and after walking so much each day would have loved an end of day soak. Otherwise home was clean, beds were OK (a little soft but that may be personal preference). Easy to use TV and a good variety of channels. Home is old but well kept, walls are thin to the outside so you can hear a lot. Frustrating to have quiet time as 10pm to 9am but that is Anaheim mandated. Expensive stay, uncertain at this time if we would stay again.
