Amazing stay! Would be hard to stay anywhere else. Proximity to beach without crossing roads, clean pool, perfect unit, and close to stores on foot! Kehei and this unit is where it's at...👏👏👏

Loved our stay. Had all the things we needed.
If heat is an issue, you’ll need to stay in the bedroom as AC in living space is not the greatest. We didn’t mind the heat though. That’s part of why we came!

My husband and I had an amazing week staying at this property. The unit was cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed most of our meals on the patio and looked out at the garden. The beach was also such a short walk which made it so easy for us to stay on the property the whole week. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and other stores near by. My husband and I are definitely coming again next year—thank you for hosting us!!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. The decor is beautiful and the whole thing has been recently updated. The bed was comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. It was very well stocked with pretty much everything anyone would need. I do want to mention that there is no central air conditioner. The small air conditioner units in the condo are very loud and the one in the living room didn’t work very well so it was pretty hot. The bathroom heats up quickly as there is no air conditioning in there and with the door closed it quickly becomes uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the bedroom works well and keeps the room nice and cool. If it had been as bad as the one in the living room we wouldn’t have been able to sleep and it would have been miserable. If someone had to sleep in the living room it would be difficult with the heat. We weren’t in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely recommend that the owner install a split unit which would work much better and be a lot more energy efficient. Also, there is absolutely no shade available at the pool so keep that in mind. The beach is gorgeous and very close to the unit. There were hardly any people on the beach so it felt very private. We had a really great experience and look forward to staying there again in the future.

Arrived at waiohuli beach hale everything we were told was they’re very cleaned apartment courtyard was excellent with pool and flowers very short walk to the ocean front seeing whales jumping very centrally located could go any direction for activities that day the grilling area was fantastic grilled our steaks every night highly recommend it will be back for a fifth time

We loved our stay in D114, the owner was very responsive to our needs, immediately got us a few things that the condo was missing, and it was not missing much, Very Well Equipped!. Great Beach Towels, could use a new upright Beach Chair or two for the oldies like us..I Think the large TV should be in the Living Room, but maybe its not a smart TV, the sound in the LR TV is NOT GOOD...it vibrates and echos...the other thing would be the Kitchen Cabinetry really needs a good overhaul..new hinges ..or mabye just a whole new situation....small changes that would help a lot...Great Bathroom and Bedroom..good storage..the Bed??? Might need replacing? Two new AC units, nice to have..we did not use. Loved 114 and will be back soon. Thank you for having us..Mahalo

Beautiful property and the condo was lovely with everything we needed. Management company was wonderful and responsive, checked in on us a few times while we were there and gave some recommendations. We did have problems with the on site manager of this complex who was less than kind and seemed to have a general disdain for children and an unprofessional disposition. We did hear from other guests who have stayed here repeatedly that this was normal behaviour from the on site manager. We would not stay here again for this reason alone as it really put a damper on our holiday. Otherwise it was a lovely facility.

The location ist great - close to the beach, parking beside, nice garden. But the apartment become worn. The mattress is worn out, some of the furniture is outdated, the curtain is dirty. The cleaning wasn't perfect - first night we had a cockroach in the kitchen.

Great experience! Really nice property, quiet even with the kids there. We brought our kids and they really enjoyed the pool. Beach front was nice, clean, and seemed safe! They had a nice grilling area. We brought our own fish box with meat and seasonings to stay in and grill out nearly every night.

Stay was pleasant, no complaints other than the water in the shower didn’t drain properly so we cleared out the drain for it to work. Place is in a quiet complex, good central area and we were close to beaches, restaurants and about 45 min drive to Lahaina. I would recommend this location.

Place needs someUpgrades, kitchen has a lot of stuff most of which is not needed, knock down the counter and upper cabinets and open up the kitchen. Bugs in bathroom. Air conditioning units are loud to the point you can’t have a conversation with the other person in the room . The location is exceptional

Just perfect
This was my first time to Hawaii and our first time bringing our kids (a 4 year old and a 11month old) on vacation. This spot was perfect! We loved being able to walk right out the patio door onto the grass and out to the beach or pool. The extra beach equipment was also a great bonus! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We had a good vacation, but we were very disappointed with the kitchen. It was very small, old ( probably original) and dysfunctional. Not enough workable counter space or cabinets. An island would provide much needed prep, eating and storage space. Most of the kitchenware such as cutlery, dishes, including small and large appliances were old, mismatched and needed replacement. There was a lack of plastic containers for leftovers. To be honest, the only meals we had in the unit is breakfast. Lunch and dinner was prepared and eaten at other units in the complex, who had newer and much needed prep and eating areas. Obviously this caused an inconvenience for us. The kitchen desperately needs a proper renovation. We highly recommend the owner seriously considers our recommendations. We definitely would stay at the same complex but not the same unit unless the kitchen was renovated properly. The pictures were a little deceiving, when it came to the kitchen. Newer cabinet fronts and handles to distract our attention to the major kitchen flaws!

This was our first trip to Hawaii since we were married 15 years ago, though my wife had been here with friends about 30 years ago, and I used to go to Honolulu twice annually for at least a decade for work. But I hadn't been here for about 20 years. Skipping Oahu and opting for the Big Island and Maui only, we booked condos on both islands. This property was just perfect. Great location. Great beach. Great sunsets, grills and pool. Plenty of room for two, though I wouldn't suggest it for more. Everything in Kihei and Wailea is close by, and it's closer to the airport and Haleakela than Lahaina and Kaanapali. Another plus is the lack of really heavy traffic and congestion. We loved it here and would definitely return. Beach chairs and umbrella being provided was another perk, and the kitchen had everything you could possible need. Thanks to Cassandra for getting our a/c repaired quickly.
