Very nice home, great locarion, roomy.

This is our second time staying here and it is absolutely perfect for the entire family.

This property was perfect for our extended family group. Lots of room. Plenty of bathrooms! Easy walk to beach.

The stay was wonderful. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The house was huge with tons of living space. We did not get to use the pool (December), but the outdoor area looked nice. The house was well decorated and had plenty of kitchen utensils. Very close to beach access, easily walkable.

Our 4 day getaway was exactly what was needed We were able to reconnect with family. Talking ,playing card games and watching tv was just what the doctor ordered. Oh, I can't forget shopping @ Tanger Outlet!

Upon arrival, we inspected the house and found huge dead bugs everywhere. Toilets were not clean to my expectation. They had black streaks in them. Also, one of the beds had a huge pee stain on fitted sheet and what appeared to be poop or blood on back of comforter (I have photos). Upon departure, we were told to leave beds as found thus sheets left on bed. First time ever, we have not been told to remove dirty sheets. Personally, I think the house should have been checked/cleaned prior to our immediate arrival. Instructions for Internet were incorrect on all documentation. Even the contact could not provide correct info, it was a hit/miss. House had a major water issue in middle bathroom which caused a leak into kitchen downstairs. Water pouring from ceiling in kitchen everywhere. Contact did send out a maintenance man the next morning; however, he said he was not a plumber and they had had this problem before. He also said dishwasher was broke and he had try to fix it but he was unable. Numerous water spots on ceilings throughout the entire house prior to Hurricane Ian. After Ian, we had to put a bucket in one of upstairs bedroom. I have rented from VRBO numerous times and have been completely satisfied. This house did not meet my expectations as per the photos.

Great home to rent with plenty of space. The kitchen was spacious and had many useful items for our stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy access. The only compliant would be if the AC could have been lower than 74 degrees. But overall great home and stay!

We had a great time! Perfect location was super close to everything and the beach. The house it self was very clean and well taken care of!

Beautiful home. Large rooms. Check-in time is late at 3 o'clock and check-out time is at 10 am. Therefore, we felt we were missing out on time. We wanted to enjoy the day as well as the night. All the cleaning prior to leaving was a bit much! Thus the cleaning fee! Two rolls of toilet paper for a home with five bathrooms. There were multiple bugs in the home. They should have a bug service company come to the home to control the mosquito outside and the bugs in the home. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the mosquito. Other than that, the family and I had a great time.

The house had plenty of room. The host was very friendly and helpful when we called her. We really enjoyed our stay even though there were a few bugs and mosquitos. The only thing we would change is replacing the air hockey table with a pool table.

This place was even better and bigger than expected. We had so much room, even with a couple of teenagers. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The young kids loved the pool and there was enough space for the parents to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. which was surprising to us as we love to cook. We also loved the location. Lots of shops nearby including Barefoot Landing. Happy hour at Buoys was great. We will come back again!!

This was a great house, very large and plenty of living space so you don’t feel on top of each other. The location was awesome and super short walk to beach. Pool was perfect. Walls very soundproof so we didn’t hear anyone from other unit. Take bug spray, mosquitoes were bad in back yard if you are sensitive to them.

We had the whole family stay here (18 people) it was amazing. Location is perfect! You are closer to the beach than you think. Plenty of room in the house and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The host was incredible to work with and responded quickly. There were a bunch of mosquitoes so don’t forget your bug spray. Also the kids loves that Dodges gas station was down the street with $.79 cent slushies. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful time! The house was fantastic.. clean, fully stocked. We had a wrong size sheet and they brought it right over.. the pool was so refreshing and the beach chairs and boogie boards were appreciated. Short walk to the beach. The only complaint the kids had was that after playing 5 rounds of hide-n-seek with 10 people.. we ran out of new hiding places 🤣 Would definitely recommend!

Great location and great communication with hostess.

Highly recommend renting from them. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly want in a kitchen. No need to go out and buy cooking utensils. Plenty of room for friends and family. We had 3 with us and had plenty of space for others or to spread out. Walking distance from the beach and can see it from the end of the driveway. Definitely will be staying here again!

My wife and I, and 6 friends rode by motorcycle from Pennsylvania to stay at the North M.B property. All of our group being adults, loved the house. It was large and roomy with accommodations for everyone. We were able to walk to the beach too. The pool and area was a bit messy but it is spring and the surrounding trees make a mess. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

10 ladies from work went to enjoy the beach. The house had everything that we would need. Owners were easy to get in touch with and took good care of us.

Great property.

We were apprehensive about this property after reading some of the reviews. I'm glad we chose to book it despite the few negative comments. The house was very clean when we arrived, there was abundant clean linen provided for us, and the directions or everything were easy to follow. Our only point of concern was keeping the thermostat at 74. Despite the fact that it was winter, the high temperatures made the 3rd floor uncomfortable on some days. Nonetheless, we will still seek to rent this property again in the future. It provided a comfortable and pleasant getaway for our family.

Everything was overall great!

When we checked in, roaches on all levels, open food left in fridge, on counters and in cabinets, crumbs on ounters and in beds, bathroom rugs dirty, pool not clean, blood stains on mattress pad and pillow. The dinning room chair was broken and kept flying off when pulling it out and a safety issue contacted owner who was very helpful, polite and professional but property manager very rude and in disbelief of the issues even with photos upon arrival. property manager obviously not following up on cleaning company. the dryer didn't work and she sent me directions to the laundromat which when you're expecting these appliances you pack lighter. No sympathy or empathy. No smoke detectors in the property. Also, suggest grab bars inthe showers for elderly.

We had a fabulous time here. Plenty of space for our family gathering, and a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and we dis this daily. We also walked to Hwy 17 and rented a golf cart for 2 days which was a lot of fun. The location of this VRBO is convenient to everything there!

WARNING - after you have given the owner your money, they will inform you that towels and sheets are not included. They will very helpfully offer you a phone number for a linen delivery service that you can choose to pay for (or you can bring sheets and towels yourself ... hope you aren't flying in!). When asked about this, the owner's response was "The advertisement in VRBO clearly lists what is available in the house and linens were not listed as included." It seems to me that if they are not going to provide such a basic item, they should explicitly state so on the listing so that you know _before_ you give them your money. I have traveled to most of the states within the past 12 months, and the only times I have ever been asked to pay extra for sheets and towels was when I stayed at a youth hostel. ADDITIONAL WARNING - the owners have posted a sign next to the thermostat upstairs, threatening to charge extra you if you set the thermostat lower than 75 degrees. Hope you like it 75 degrees or above when you get back from a day at the beach! Bottom line: it was a decent rental for a beach get-away. The good: the location really is about a 2 minute walk from the beach - even the 3-year old in our group had no trouble making the walk to the beach. The beach items in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, body boards, and sand toys) were a nice touch. The bad: the owner was on site cleaning when we arrived at check-in time. This was not a problem for us, but made it extra-disappointing when we entered the house and found dead cockroaches on the floor in three different rooms. The owners also have not done the best job of upkeep, as evidenced by the exterior trim on the back porch that has fallen free and just hangs from overhead, dangling.

We were amazed at how spacious the house is. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to again someday. The beach was just a short walk away and after beach my kids were able to go into the pool. It really is a great rental!

This house was exactly what me and my family needed for a week stay at the beach. There was large rooms and large living and kitchen area.

Great location and layout. Lots of living space and kitchen is well stocked. Beds were pretty comfortable and rooms were spacious. We did have some issues with bugs inside and out (definitely bring bug spray/citronella candles for by the pool) the owner was responsive but we did not see pest control come while we were there. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the house.
