Great unit especially the spacious balcony facing the Gulf.

Overall, our stay here was pretty positive. Good location, and the property was very clean. We had to get a different door entry code every time we went up to the condo for the first two days. This became annoying, but the property owners communication was very good and quick. The huge balcony was a great benefit.

We loved our condo 1013, the parking situation is rough and there is a constant wait for elevators. Pool was nice when they kept shutting down the beach but become quickly crowded when you add 120 something condos times 2-3bds worth of people.getting in the condo with codes was great, condo was clean plenty of towels and bedding.FYI if you bring something the rude chair people consider blocking they will force you to move alot. I saw them make an infant pool tiny tent thing moved for the potential of it blocking a potential customer.

This place was amazing! Beautiful views and steps from the beach. My wife and I just had our 5th boy and decided to take the week off and spend it here. Super grateful for this trip.

Updated, spacious, clean beautiful high-end unit. Never had to engage property management. Large open living room to spacious kitchen. Master bedroom with access to large balcony. 10th floor was perfect height! Fantastic location. Right on the beach. Our guests ranged from 59-75 yrs old. Easy access to pool, steps from beach, .5 miles to great pier restaurant- breakfast and shopping across street and and quick a little quieter from crowds 5 miles away but quick Uber to Pier Park. Never felt powder sugar sand before and emerald green waters. Just perfect.

We had a great vacation! The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was exactly as represented. The large balcony is wonderful! My only suggestion would be to add a Keurig. 😊

The condo was very pretty and well decorated. It was very clean. Had extra towels and extra bedding. The rooms were big. The bathrooms were even big. The patio was very comfortable and big. It was very easy for a person in a wheelchair to get around. The kitchen is very well stocked.
We had one issue with the dishwasher. When we reported they were there within the hour to fix it. The maintenance man fixed it very fast.
The downsides to the condo is.
The tubs are very slippery. 2 out of 3 people just about fell. We had to go buy shower mats just to stand up in them. Even with the shower mats, one out 3 people slipped.
The location of the condo was fantastic. Close to everything you will need.
Another down side is. There is no place to store food. Every cabinet is has stuff in it. There no pantry.
The last downside is the doors to the patio are the hardest I have ever had to use in condos or hotels.
We loved the condo and would stay again.

This property was a great place to stay!
The unit was exactly as pictured! Super clean, comfortable and well maintained. Seems newly renovated.
The kitchen had just about everything you could possibly need.
We had a small issue with the balcony door, so texted and they sent maintenance up quickly to take care of the issue.
The location is great, close to everything.
The beach is beautiful, and the view from the very large balcony was amazing!!
The pools were also very nice and well maintained.
We had a great stay, and would definitely consider going back here again!!

The condo was clean and well appointed. It comfortable. Parking was easy with a walk across ped way to the elevators, When we arrived we called Blue Swell to make sure we were in the right place. The call was immediately answered and we were assisted very professionally. The staff on site were very nice. The pools and hot tub were clean. The property was very well maintained.

Very Nice, would definitely stay there again. Very well stocked kitchen. Only little area for improvement, main bathroom had very low light and shower/bathtub was dangerously slippery.

Had a wonderful trip. We were misinformed, however, about beach chair service. I sent an email to the manager before we booked the room asking if beach chair service was included. They replied to my email stating that beach chair service WAS included. When we got down to the beach we were informed by the gentleman running the beach chair rental that our room did not include beach chair service. I sent an email back to the property manager explaining what happened. The reply i got was "sorry, we misinformed you about the beach chair rental". Having left our own beach chairs at home we then had to pay over 150 dollars to not sit in the sand our whole trip. It is what it is.

Second time staying at OV 1003. The unit has always been clean upon arrival. King bed is comfortable, great balcony furniture and plenty of kitchen amenities. Only thing the unit needs is an additional chair, preferably with an ottoman, in the living room. Blue Swell staff is always friendly, professional and accommodating. 👍👍

The property was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We had plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Beautiful, beachy decor and the balcony is a great size for family meals or just relaxing with coffee or a glass of wine.

Family Beach Trip
We stayed at the condo July 23-30 and loved it! Check-in time was 4p. Upon arrival, the condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Lots of room. The outside deck, overlooking the ocean was really big. Great view of the ocean. If you are not reserving beach chairs and have brought your own, I would suggest setting them up early, as it gets crowded at the ocean by 7a. There were 2 pools that were spacious and never crowded. Overall, good experience with this condo. I would recommend and stay at this condo again!

A very clean condo in an excellent location. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glassware, pots & pans, etc. King bed was firm, but comfortable and even had a memory foam topper in the closet if the bed was too firm. Queen bed was soft and creaky according to our overnight guests. Balcony had comfortable furniture. Only negative was the living room furniture. Sofa/hide-a-bed was just ok for sitting to watch tv or read and the only other piece of furniture was one chair. We had guests for a couple of nights and there was only place for 3 people to sit without bringing in a chair off the balcony or sitting in a high back chair from the table. The unit really needs another chair or even better a recliner.

One word of caution: Check out time is 10AM, however, door code was deactivated at 8:45AM, had one of us not stayed in the Condo while loading up car with luggage we would have been locked out without phones which were inside the condo.
