We stayed here for our bachelorette

This is the perfect spot to easily get to anywhere in the valley, thanks to close proximity to highways 101 & 202. We also appreciated the convenience to Old Town Scottsdale & the Tempe Marketplace. Day trips to the Grand Canyon & Sedona were also a breeze from this location. The home was very clean and just as it appears in the photos - beautiful kitchen & baths. There is no tub, but we preferred the two large tile showers because we no longer have little toddlers to bathe. Our teenagers loved having their own bedrooms. Bedroom 4 is the formal living/dining area with nice barn doors for privacy. Plenty of other gathering space in the informal family room/kitchen eating area and at the huge island, plus on the patio with a nice TV. Pool was refreshing and very clean, too. Attendant came to check pool levels during our stay. Host was super responsive. This place deserves their many 5/5 reviews.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, loved the heated pool and pool fence, enjoyed the outdoor games.
Electric blinds in the bedrooms did not work.
Dresser drawers or other clothes storage option in the bedrooms would have been helpful to unpack suitcases as not all clothing can hang in closet.

This house is set up for family fun, with plenty of space for many people. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The only downside is the small bathrooms.

This property was perfect for our family’s Christmas trip to visit family in Phoenix. Perfect location for outings to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Old Town, and Salt River fields. The size of the property far exceeded my expectations from the large number of beds to the many tables and chairs and the big backyard perfectly appointed for spending time with friends and family. The beds and couches were super comfortable as well! We come to Phoenix often and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a nice stay with our family. They only issue we had was that the locks in the doors are low so the young kids could open them and the pool isn’t gated. It would be nice to have higher security locks so kids can’t get out back.

Fantastic Home! There were 6 of us that stayed here for 4 nights to watch our son play college hockey(Colgate) vs ASU in the opening night at the new Mullett arena! The location was IDEAL- close to campus, shopping , restaurants, etc. The home is beautifully decorated, cozy, and had all the amenities needed. The backyard is equipped with Hot tub, pool, TV, lounge chairs/towels, Ping-pong, baggo, firepit, and more!
We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Quiet neighborhood, and very safe. LOVE the FARMHOUSE decor and cleanliness of this home. Exceptional communication with management as well! If given 10 stars, this home is a 10!

Great staycation!
We had a great visit-love the farmhouse decor and spacious greatroom. The house had plenty of space for our family and a few bonus teenage friends. Welcoming backyard where we spent hours in the pool, hot tub, lounging reading a book, and playing ping pong. Our girls found a lovely spot for selfies near the back wall/fire pit. Close to golf, shopping, ASU, and freeways. Kelsey was super-responsive also!

This property was great! The house was clean, the management company made the whole process very easy, the pool was heated for us like we asked, the backyard had lots of fun games, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was safe, and everyone had a nice experience!

This house was great for our family, 4 adults and 2 little ones. You can't walk to places but it was always a short drive. There are extra things to do like ping pong, corn hole, etc. And the grapefruit off the tree was amazing!!!

Great for a Bachelorette Party
Hot tub, pool, games — this place has everything you’d need/want for a fun weekend stay! It’s a quick drive to Old Town and the Airport as well, making it super convenient.

The listing captured the property to a T. The house was great and communication with property manager was outstanding. They even sent someone to the property promptly to look into an issue we were having. The back yard was the MVP of the trip.

Weekend get together
This home was amazing! Comfy beds, box fan or ceiling fan in all the rooms. Heated pool was very comfy and clean along with the hot tub. Lots of games outside. The backyard was wonderful. The kitchen had everything you could need, decanters. Glasses, silverware. Location was perfect to old town. Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. I would definitely book again! Well worth the money!

Enjoyable place to stay in south Scottsdale
We've stayed in a number of different VRBO homes throughout the pandemic, and very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The decor was lovely and welcoming, the beds and sofas comfortable, and the kitchen spacious. Everything was sparkling clean. Check in was easy and communication with the hosts was great. The backyard area was fantastic and spacious, with many fun amenities, and the pool and spa were very enjoyable. Pool heating enabled us to swim even with daytime temperatures in the low 70s. The kitchen was equipped with most basics for cooking but lacked some of the things provided in other homes that we have come to expect (basic spices, saran wrap, aluminum foil, napkins, tupperware containers, tissues). Easily remedied with a quick trip to the nearby grocery store, but we wanted to mention so others could prepare. The metal chairs and stools in the kitchen look super cute but are not really comfortable for sitting; thankfully there were many pillows around. One suggestion we have for the hosts is to add some additional lighting in the room off the kitchen. The large wooden table is great for doing puzzles or playing board games, but it's very dark in that room. An overhead lamp or at least a couple of floor lamps near the table would help a lot. Overall we loved staying in this home and would definitely return. The neighborhood is quiet and really convenient for shopping in Old Town Scottsdale or exploring the riverfront area, and there are lots of very good restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Perfect New Years Getaway!
This was the perfect place for our 3 generations of family to spend the New Years weekend. Weather was a little chilly but with the heated pool and hot tub not to mention all the other games available, we had an amazing time! The house was clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great vacation
We had a great time on our stay. The house was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean, well stocked and decorated so nicely. We had plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The backyard was wonderful too. The property manager was very responsive and made everything so easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!
We loved our trip here! The house was in a great location where it was easy to access the freeways and get anywhere in the Valley relatively quickly. The house was clean, had everything we needed for a week there and it was very easy to check. We had 11 guests all together and it was the perfect size for us, aside from just two bathrooms but we made that work. The owner quickly responded when I texted her. You won’t be disappointed staying here! I would love to stay here again when we return. Thank you!

The property met all our needs and the manager was extremely responsive and helpful! The overall size of the house was a bit smaller than we had expected, but it didn't effect our stay. I would not recommend a group larger than 6 adults.

Little sisters bachelorette weekend
We had a blast! Absolutely zero complaints! Communication with management was awesome and the house was beautiful! It was the perfect relaxing weekend to celebrate our soon to be bride! Amazing vibe
The outside of the house there are boards hanging which kind of makes you wonder but all that worry goes away as soon as you step foot into the house. The theme of the farmhouse is what it says in the name. The design of it is just amazing and the back yard is absolutely beautiful. Would very much recommend if you’re just looking to stay in a comfy home. The host was amazing as well always replying fast as well as making sure everything was good with us. One thing I would recommend, bring towels if you decide to go swimming. Other than that my rating speaks for what I think of this host and this property. I would highly recommend this to you and your group.

Great house, lots of room for cooking and hanging out. Such a fun back yard with table tennis, Jinga, golf, corn hole, and the pool of course. Pool towels provided, lots of dishes in the house.

Great Spring Training House
Our group of 12 had an amazing time at this property. We were staying in Scottsdale for a long weekend to catch some Spring Training games and go out to the bars. The house is very close to the Giants Spring Training ballpark, Old Town, Tempe, and the Phoenix Airport. However, with the great backyard we rarely wanted to leave the house! Great time overall and Kelsey was a great host, she was very responsive and gave clear helpful instructions about the house. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful home! Everything you could need was thought out and more. Inside super clean and updated. Backyard amazing outdoor living space with pool, hot tub, and outdoor games. Kelsey was easily accessible and extremely helpful. We will he bookmarking this home for future visits
