Little Bear Lodge at Lake Norman!
Gli ospiti sono sicuri di avere una vacanza incredibile e indimenticabile in questo completamente arredato, 4 camere da letto / 4 bagno di casa baita. Piano principale ha grande concetto aperto con soffitti cattedrale e bellissime finestre che si affacciano ad una baia perfetta sul bellissimo Lake Norman. Il proiettati in sala della cucina è grande per i pasti all'aperto, la lettura di un libro o di un grande puzzle. Lago di fronte ha una piattaforma enorme a trascurare l'intera proprietà di fronte al lago.
Il piano principale dispone di una camera matrimoniale e bagno e anche una seconda camera da letto che è anche un maestro, ma condivide il bagno con la zona giorno principale.
Il 2 ° piano ha una vista incredibile con 1 camera da letto e bagno completo con una grande area soppalco e un futon per coloro calo di ospiti.
Il 1 ° piano ottiene tutto il divertimento! Tavolo da biliardo pieno dimensioni, ping pong e una zona bar. Quest'area esce ad una zona cucina esterna personalizzati e favoloso in terra piscina. Siete a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di sabbia con le scale al lago durante il giorno e di notte un grande fuoco-cisterna che è Smores pronto !! Perfetto per osservare le stelle!

We had a great time. House was clean and well cared for. All house ammenities were better than expected. Only slight negative were steps for my husband and AC set to cold for me. But 5 Star home.

Amazing, relaxing, fun filled memories! We have always been tropical beach vacation family. We will definitely go to the beach again, but for the time we have been converted to lake life! This property was everything as advertised and more! The host was amazing, made sure we were settled in the first day, checked to see if we needed anything. Responded immediately to the one question we had. Highly highly recommend this property!!

Our extended family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Everything we needed was there. We loved the large open deck overlooking the pool and lake... we enjoyed the screened in outdoor living area on the one rainy day we had the week we were there. We didn't use the firepit, but a nice option to have available for your guests. The commercial ice maker in the game room area was a nice plus. Also, a nice surprise to see TWO large sized fridges in the kitchen area. We spent most of our time floating off your boat dock in the lake, and the remaining time in your pool or out on the lake in the boat we hauled down from PA, It was an awesome week...thank you for sharing your beautiful lakefront home with us. OH...one more important thing: Katie, your property manager was a joy to work with. Very punctual in replying to any questions we had when we first got to the house. BTW: we almost had to stay with the next family (for a couple more hours) that was coming in after us, but we put a major rush into getting our 2,000 piece puzzle done just after midnight this morning...the day we checked out~~! hahaha We are all home now, with wonderful memories of our time at your home. Thank you again~~~!

The house/property was just as we expected based on the listing. The house was wonderful many amenities, the pool was great and the dock very nice. The small sandy beach area on the property’s waterfront was a nice feature and located in a quiet cove. Overall a great property for a family vacation.

Beautiful property and we all had a great time but did have several hiccups during our stay. TV in family room could not be used until Wed when someone came. Katie tried but no luck. 2nd fridge not working. Repair guy came on Thursday. Water in hallway 2 nights that leaked from ceiling above. All 4 trash cans were running over with trash upon arrival. Home needs good cleaning, alot of dust under furniture that could be seen. Outdoor area around grill and pool also needs TLC. Pool and double docks were awesome. Thanks Kevin and Katie!!

Luxurious Lake Experience! We can’t wait to return!!
We had an amazing stay and an excellent experience. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. From the initial booking, my questions prior to arrival and checking in . Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion and with complete politeness. The property was phenomenal completely exceeded my expectations the perfect home and location for a relaxing week. The home was clean, cool and beautiful! The landscaping was immaculate just bursted with beauty. The pool was perfect and well designed. I could rave all day about this home. I loved relaxing on the porch and enjoying the beautiful views. The dock is the best on the lake or at least from what we saw from our boat rides that week. The house had a lot of items on hand to create the best lake experience. I was very impressed. I throughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and all the house had to offer. I would definitely recommend it! I look forward to making this location an annual trip with my family! Thank you for sharing your amazing home!

Everything you could ask for and more!
Kevin's house is exactly as the pictures show! We were truly blessed with perfect weather, so we spent the entire week going in between the pool and lake. We had a group that ranged from 16 to 77, and everyone had a great time! The communication prior to arrival and during the stay is a significant benefit as well, especially when you are trying to organize the stay for extended family with different needs. Kevin recommended CS Performance for renting a pontoon boat, and they provided amazing service. Also, I had never been to Lake Norman prior to this trip. It is a beautiful place in every aspect, you won't be disappointed choosing it for your vacation!

Great COVID getaway!
We had an excellent vacation at the lovely property. The water activities between the fantastic pool and the lake took up our days, with cocktails on the deck at sunset. Just what our family needed to breakup the COVID isolation. Fully recommend this property to future holidaymakers!

Gorgeous view!!
Property has an exceptional, expansive view of a peaceful cove and into the main channel. The dock is in incredibly deep water which made docking our boat so easy; there is plenty of room on the dock to spread out and enjoy the view. House is loaded with all the amenities that you could want to have a fun-filled family vacation!! We all had so much fun playing in the incredibly clean and high-end pool. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Amazing week of fun.
The house was great! My biggest issue was convincing my kids to get out of the pool or lake. The game room was fun, access to a kayak and a paddle board really made the lake a blast. We will be back.
