Benvenuti a Fountainhead II la nostra *** 1560 piedi quadrati *** casa lontano da casa nella OCEAN CITY !! Come parte di un complesso con solo 7 unità, ti sentirai come se fossi mondi lontani da tutto il trambusto che deriva dall'essere in un grattacielo. Puoi scendere 2 rampe di scale fino alla tua auto, che è parcheggiata sotto l'unità nello SHADE, o meglio ancora, alla PISCINA o all'OCEANO il tutto senza l'uso di ascensori! Goditi le splendide viste sull'oceano sia dal soggiorno, dalla zona pranzo e dal ponte. Immagina di avere un caffè al mattino dal nostro mazzo o dal tavolo della nostra sala da pranzo e di essere a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo accesso alla spiaggia privata su una rampa o gradini (nessuna strada da percorrere o attraversare), così come uno spruzzatore all'aperto con cui lavarsi dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia!

This location perfectly fit our needs! The property was clean, spacious, and accessible to amenities and bus line. The information provided by the hosts was detailed and included Ocean City To-dos, which was appreciated. Beach and pool was perfect and the view was wonderful. Quiet mornings on the deck watching the sunrise was a favorite of our group.

we highly recommend this unit, it is larger than the photos appear, my grandson loved running up and down the hall, all the rooms are very nicely sized, had have tons of closet space. From the large deck you have beach views and sunset views. It has a well stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies in both kitchen and bathrooms if needed. Great appliances including washer and dryer. The owner met us on the first day and is a lovely lady showing us around the apartment and was always quick to answer any question we had. i can be very picky about places i stay but this one i cant say anything negative about

Pictures posted on line are exactly what you get with this unit!! Everything is beautiful and well maintained and updates are modern. Would highly recommend and will hopefully return next year!! Oh, almost forgot, Netta and Davey are super to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean and well organized. It fit our family of six perfectly. The owner is very nice and communicates directly with you on information and any questions or concerns you may have. We will definitely be staying here again for our family beach trip to OCMD!

The unit was clean which is very important. The kitchen had more than enough dishes, pots, glasses, etc for family use. The unit was large enough not to feel cramped with kids running around. So close to the beach. Overall a perfect stay!!!

What a wonderful property! The condo was clean, so well equipped with more than we ever expected, easy walk to the beach, included 8 pool passes for a great outdoor pool, close to food stores, pharmacy, ice cream, candy store, restaurants, everything! And most of all, the property owners/family were so friendly, kind and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

As I have been going to Ocean City close to 18 years this was by far the best place I ever rented. The owners are terrific easy to contact and to make your stay extremely comfortable. There is an excellent view of the ocean as well as the bay on both of the decks. We will definitely be renting this place again. It is 100% fantastic!!!

Exceed All Expectations
We are regular VRBO vacationers and this property rates among our best experiences. The owner contacted us just prior to arrival to answer last minute questions, the unit was well maintained, upgraded and in an outstanding location. The ocean views were incredible. We had absolutely no complaints and we will definately be back! You won't be disappointed!

Clean and Pristine Family Getaway!
The owners are incredibly responsive, comprehensive, friendly, and helpful. The unit is in a great location and has great views of the ocean. The unit is very cute, the bedrooms were large, and the owners had the place cleaned to perfection when we arrived. Given everything going on we brought our own linens and cleaning supplies, but the owners were kind enough to leave additional cleaning supplies if needed. The living room was a great place for family games to end our days at the beach. It was a perfect getaway for our family and we would absolutely rent this place again in the future! We wish we could stay longer! Thank you guys!!

Beautiful sun rises and sunsets
This is a beautifully maintained condo and the owners take pride in making sure you have what you need. I was pleasantly surprised that when standing on the huge deck that I could not only see the sun rise in the morning but could also see it setting in the evening. There are not many places in Ocean City where you can say that!

This is our second year staying here, and we absolutely love it! So comfortable and clean. Beautiful views! Davey and Neta are also wonderful!

The well-stocked kitchen made family meals easy.
Fabulous. We have some food allergies in the family so we were excited about the food prep/cooking equipment !! Neta and Davey thought of everything! Neta was there on arrival, and gave us room availability updates. Well equipped for children with plastic cups, plastic table cloth. We even managed crabs indoors without a trace. The welcome notebook helped us find what we needed in the area.

BEST RENTAL EVER
Wonderful condo, clean, great condition, all appliances,etc good working order...and the view is FANTASTIC. Location is terrific for both beach access and ocean hgwy. Private parking is a treat and the owners, Neta and Davey, are terrific. We've stayed in many beachfront condos/townhouses in OC over the years and this is the only rental we repeatedly return to year after year.

We had a great third year renting with Neta and Davey! They could not be more lovely and their care and attention to detail extends to this condo. We always feel at home with the decor and cleanliness of the unit and the location is perfect. We are already looking forward to next year!

Great house that was well furnished!
The house was very clean and fit all of us comfortably. The beds were great and it was nice having TV’s in most rooms! Great outdoor spaces and covered parking were also big wins! The house is close to the beach and within walking distance to a lot of great activities.

Perfect family vacation!
This was our first vacation as a family of 4, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The condo’s location to the beach was perfect for taking the little ones (3 years and 4 months) back and forth to the beach and house for much needed naps! Everything we needed was included in the condo, and there was plenty of space for us and our extended family who spent part of the week with us. We loved being in ocean city without being near all the hustle and bustle. We hope to be back!

Steps from beach, huge deck! Top floor! Fully stocked kitchen.
Honestly the only negative(if you want to pull at straws is there is no central air) but there is ac units in each room. Plenty of space on this top floor condo steps from the beach. Beach side with 2 parking spots. Kitchen is opened to main living room. You can hear and see plenty of views of the waves beach! Great stay with family of 8-10 easily!! Easy access to food lion, bars, and 15 min to boardwalk.

Very Nice Condo and Accomodations
Our week long vacation was great not to mention the perfect weather. Their condo by far is the best we've ever rented in our 20 plus years in Ocean City. Excellent access (very short walk) to the beach and pool. There are a lot of places to eat and activities within walking distance. Davey and Neta are very personable and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Cant wait for next year! Thanks!
