Great location and accommodations. Loved the kitchen and views from the balcony. The third bedroom with no window and no vent was very warm and adult kids were unable to sleep in there. Should be fine in winter months.

Place was amazing, and so were hosts. Very responsive. Only issue we found that 3rd room that was listed has no AC or ventilation so it becomes really hot in the night. Surely that problem would not exists in winters.

This is an awesome property in a great location. It has everything we need and then some. We visit Canmore every summer for several weeks and have stayed in this unit several times. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Our stay in Canmore was as scintillating as the lakes.
The condo is located in a remarkably quiet section of the Grande Rockies resort. The location is convenient to shopping and groceries. We hiked regularly during our stay, such as Paget Peak, The Plain of the Six Glaciers, and the Valley of the Ten Peaks, but to soak in our own hot tub afterwards while admiring Ha Ling Peak felt like an exquisite sanctuary.
The unit is tastefully decorated and has very comfortable furniture. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped for cooking meals, but there is also a gas grill on the patio that we utilized as well. The adjustable A/C enabled us to sleep well during the nights. My oldest son remarked on how comfortable the downstairs bedroom was and how appreciative he was of the consistent hot water in the shower.
My wife reflected on the quality and the convenience of the restaurant within the resort: The Grande. But also wanted to emphasize that locations, such as Tooloulou's, Melissa's Missteak, and Rocky Mountain Flatbread were highlights from a culinary standpoint.
I thought the really superlative aspect to our stay was the extraordinary customer service we received. When we had questions about how to operate the grill, the access to the Euros football championship, or the need for a coffee grinder, Rhona quickly responded to our communications, and enlisted the aid of the owners Jim and Linda if it could not be immediately resolved. Thank you.

We have stayed at the resort before in 2019, previous apartment was already booked so looked for another similar. We cannot fault our hosts, quick to communicate, clear instructions with lots of useful information in the apartment. The building itself is a little tired and we did not use any facilities, however the apartment is high spec and very well equipped. It’s is spacious and with 2 couples sharing the space for a week it was not an issue. Canmore is a charming town, 1 & 1/2 hour drive from Calgary and 30 minutes into Banff park. We have visited in Summer and winter and both times have been amazing.
Our hosts even put out a Christmas Tree for us as our stay was over the Christmas time.

The condo was exactly what we expected. Located in a good area of Canmore close to town, beautiful river, and surrounded by mountains. Everything was just as the owner described. I really appreciated the large parking spot in the underground parking garage since I was driving a big SUV.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The location was a wonderful base for our daily adventures and allowed the more energetic members or our family to walk to town after our adventures. The communication with the property manager before and during our stay was excellent. The kitchen was very well equipped and the grill was an excellent option for us.
We had one minor issue with some equipment and the property manager addressed it within an hour on a rainy evening. Excellent service!

The apartment was very nice at first sight, because the living room with the integrated kitchen is actually very spacious and beautiful. But, and this "but" plays an important role, one bedroom had no windows at all and another bedroom did have a window, but this window opened towards the living room.
The room with no window was stuffy, dark, and no room for a bedside lamp.I feel this definitely should have been mentioned in the listing description.

The best thing about the stay is the proximity to Banff. We stayed for 4 nights over 4th of July. There were 4 guests in the unit and when we arrived it was so HOT! We received an EMAIL that night that the AC would be out for our entire stay. It would have been great to receive a text so we could have opened the windows and doors before we left for the day. The property manager kindly dropped off 1 fan for us. The Den with the "Murphy Room" was unbearable with the heat. This room has no windows, no circulation and is pretty much a closet with a bed. The upstairs room has no privacy, there is a small weird sliding door that opens to the downstairs like a loft so you can hear everything. When we arrived the hot tub temp was 94 so we turned it up to 104. The next day the temp went down to 91 so we reached out to the property manager. After close to 24 hours they received a response from the property owners that the filter may be clogged etc. They let us know someone could not come out to fix it during our stay. We did not want to be in a hot tub with clogged filters or be responsible for a hot tub that was already broken so we had no hot tub and no A/C during our stay. The elevators took up to 20 minutes at times and smelled awful (not to mention they were HOT) so being on the 4th floor was a challenge. The downstairs bathroom's toilet would not flush after the first day. Turns out they had a ziptie on the toilet chain before our stay and the zip tie broke. Would NOT recommend.

Lovely accommodations in a large condo / hotel building. Perfect for 4 adults and two kids sharing a bed. The apartment is large with excellent furnishings and amenities and mountain views. The private deck and hot tub cannot be beat. We used the shared pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub as well. Underground parking is convenient, but does not work for taller vehicles or cargo boxes on most SUVs. Convenient to downtown Canmore, short drive to Banff. Everything we needed and more!

The property was perfect for our stay! The condo is very spacious and well stocked with all kitchen and linen needs along with comfortable couches and bedrooms. The balcony on the main level was great to sit on and the hot tub/roof deck were frequently used!! Location in Canmore was nice—walkable or short drive to the main downtown area and easy access to the highway to get to other locations in the Canadian Rockies. We already want to plan a return trip and would definitely stay at Linda’s condo if we can!

I have stayed at my fair share of VRBO's. I've found many to be very nice, but they typically lack in other areas such as cooking supplies. This rental though had everything and we found Canmore to be a perfect town. I hope to travel back soon to this VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay, truly felt like home away from home. Was nice to have a well stocked kitchen, pots that were heavy duty, and comfortable couches and chairs. Hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Linda was very professional and quick to reply with any questions and concerns. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Linda’s property was in a good location if you wanted to walk into town or go to restaurants. We enjoyed the quiet of the condo and the rooftop deck. There was a heat wave while we were there, so we didn’t use the hot tub. The condo was well equipped for our 10 days and if we went back to Canmore we would rent this condo again.
We did the Sunshine Village Ski resort gondola, Banff gondola, Lake Louise ski lift, and a helicopter tour. We had beautiful hikes at these places and a major hike in Kananaskiss.
We had most of our dinners at The Grand, the restaurant at the resort.
We had a wonderful time staying at Linda’s condo and enjoyed everyday with great views.

Felt like a home away from home!
This was a first trip to Canada and this property did not disappoint! Linda and Jim were excellent hosts and the pictures and description do not do this rental justice. They have thought of everything that a guest might need. They are very prompt when you have a question and if there’s a problem, they respond immediately. Everything is modern, clean, and very well kept! We would definitely rent this lovely unit again without hesitation. Thanks for all the memories and making our trip perfect!

Canmore getaway
We had an amazing 50th birthday getaway for my husband and this property. It was perfect for our family of five and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the hotel swimming pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire place was thoughtfully decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice space, lovely views and great rooftop patio with private hot tub. Plenty of room for the family, and well stocked with towels and kitchen items.
The steam shower on the main floor was a bonus- did not know there was a steam shower, but we LOVE to steam, so that was a great surprise. Only downside would be that it was not as clean as we would have liked- the bathroom floors were a bit dirty (hair, drip spots), and under the couch/chairs in the living area was a treasure trove of crumbs, popcorn, abandoned toys etc ( we were with our 4 year old son and so we got a good view of under the furniture)- so that is the only thing I would say could be improved.
The Host was helpful and attentive, accessing the unit was very easy. Overall we would recommend staying here!

Perfect for a group of ladies in Canmore to cross country ski
This is an awesome property with lots of room for a small group. Beds were comfy, lots of seating space in the living room and at the table. We loved the private hot tub. The only downside is that only one of the bedrooms has a window to the outdoors.
