I stayed at this property a few weeks ago. It was really cute and clean. We had an issue with a loud group of college students staying in the other unit that the host owned and the handled it great. My issue came up the day that we checked out. We left early and let the owner know we were gone so the cleaner could come. I mistakenly left some clothing items in one of the drawers. The host sent me an email that day letting me know but we were already home by then. I asked if we could pay for shipping to have them mailed or if we could coordinate a pickup. No response. I reached out several more times via email and phone and again, no response. I got VRBO involved and they still haven’t responded! Very disappointed in how things are being handled.

The property was easy to find and looks decent from the outside but the inside was very nice and the layout
Was accommodating. We liked how the living room separates the 2 bedrooms for privacy because my husband and i traveled with another couple. We very much enjoyed the view from the balcony overlooking the bay and enjoyed fishing off the back dock despite some minimal damage to the dock. I brought it to the owners attention only as a warning of potential hazard and she immediately addressed it. The decor of the inside of the property was nice and the location was walking distance to alot such as beach and eateries. We appreciated the beach buggy cooler, beach chairs and beachtowels. We would stay at this property again!

Nice space. The host is absolutely 5⭐️. Great at communicating and very responsive.
The view from our apt ( 2nd fl) was spectacular- the bay, multiple sightings of dolphin. Peaceful.
However, both decks are in badly need of repair and the grounds/ landscaping need to be cleaned up. The entrance of the building could use an uplift as well

Beautiful place to stay right next to the water! 2 parking stalls if needed. The place is tucked back from the road and located more towards the residential side of the town but close to everything. Can walk everywhere if you want.

Although the property has an appealing location, it needs a lot of work. Grounds are unkept, pool needed cleaning, water pressure in shower very poor. Dock area was cautioned taped I could go on. Definitely not worth the rental fee.

Very good location, walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Had a nice view of the channel and even saw some dolphins in the morning. 1 minor issue with the room was the water pressure seemed to be very low when you took a shower other than that it was a very good experience

The property was wonderful, and the location was close to everything. We arrived in town early, and the Property Manager graciously allowed us an early check in. We would definitely stay there again.

We chose this VRBO for the return of our annual girl's trip. It is just a short walk from our two "must-visit" places whenever we come to town; Palm Pavilion (beach day) and Clear Sky Cafe (breakfast is always perfection). We spent time on the back balcony overlooking the water in the mornings as we planned our day. The condo was stylish and clean. The host had great communication and was quick to respond with any questions.

We had a wonderful time! The property was very clean, comfortable, and the view from our porch was beautiful! The only problem was that the pull out bed was broken, but I was able to communicate with the host so hopefully that will be fixed soon for those who need/want to use it.

Nice quiet place to stay in Clearwater Beach but easy to get to the hustle and bustle if that’s what you want, trolley stops right in front of the building and it’s a short walk to the beach don’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed our stay there.

Rented this property for a long weekend in Clearwater. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck enjoying watching the boats. Close to the beach and fun restaurants and shops. Would definitely rent again!

This condo has the perfect location for an all encompassing island experience! Situated on the dock side of the island we had gorgeous sunrise views off the deck. We could dock our boat right up to the “back door” fish off the dock, entertain with the “neighbors” or just quietly sit and absorb the tranquility. OR we grab the chairs and umbrella, provided by the hosts, and head to the soft white sands of the beach. In less than 5 minutes we were set up for a beautiful water sunset (in a much less crowded part of the beach!). We literally parked our car and walked everywhere we wanted to go for entertainment.
The condo is exactly as depicted in the ads and Lina was a jewel to work with.
We will return!

This is our 2nd time in Clearwater. The first time, we stayed in a hotel on the west side of Clearwater Island. We loved the location, but not the hotel feel. We were excited to find this apartment available in the same area. Not only did it have a fantastic view of the bay, from all the windows on the bay side, but it was a short walk from the ocean. We never had to find parking, when we wanted to go to the beach. We just picked up the provided beach chairs and headed over. It was also close enough to walk to shops and restaurants too.
We only had three people, so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked out great. The living/dining/kitchen area has an open plan, so it could accommodate more people, if needed.
A few other positive aspects were the beds in the bedrooms were comfortable. You can walk out on the dock from the apartment. Also, we took advantage of having a washer and dryer.
We did utilize the pool a few times and we were the only ones using it; therefore, it felt like we had a private pool.
When we come back to Clearwater, we would enjoy staying here again. :)

Nice location and place but poor communication
My partner and I stayed here with another couple for a long weekend and really enjoyed the location and property overall. Beds were comfortable, nice view of the harbor, and had 4 beach chairs and a wagon. However, we did have a problem with ants in the kitchen, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the hosts did not reply to any of my texts over the weekend once we were checked in. We also did not receive check out instructions until 7:15 that morning and had already left by then. Receiving them earlier would have been helpful.

Great location!
We recently returned from this property and found it to be a overall good choice for our family. The pros-great location to the beach, downtown shopping and dining and great walks around the neighborhood to see beautiful homes. Beds were very comfortable. The view on the back deck of the bay was relaxing for a cup of coffee and a book. 2 homes down is a great water sports company. Check them out for wave runners!
Cons-pull out couch was horrible. The kids slept on it, but I felt bad they had to. There was low water pressure in showers all week. The online pictures of the property are accurate, but you can tell it’s a bit dated since then as the couch and furniture looks worn now.
Overall, we would use this condo again for our family.

Great spot off of the high traffic area
Very clean. Nice view of the bay, and just a short walk to the beach and main drag. Perfect size for our family. Had everything we needed for a few days. Highly recommend.

Pros- Great location!!! Had our rented charter pull right up to dock in front- very convenient. Highly recommend Liquid Gold charters!

Queen beds were very comfortable.
Cons- The couch that turned to bed was not made for sleeping- very hard so had to buy air mattress.
Pool was not heated or clean.

Top notch stay
We had the most wonderful stay here! Lina was very welcoming and responsive. The condo was immaculately clean, and we had the most wonderful view of the inlet water and wildlife from the back porch. We saw a dolphin swimming around and walked down to the dock, and he swam right beneath us! Spectacular!
We enjoyed the short walk to the bay and relaxing walks to shops and restaurants and the aquarium.
We enjoyed being several blocks away from the tall hotels. This neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet.
Thanks for such a fun visit to Clearwater! We highly recommend staying here!

Everything was very well presented and extras were appreciated. Surrounded by views and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants made it all a very pleasurable stay.
