Toes in the Sand was perfect for our annual girls' beach trip. Plenty of room to spread out, a well-stocked kitchen, a nice pool to float in after a day at the beach, and a very handy golf cart.

We had a wonderful time in Destin! The rooms were very nice and open. The house was clean and inviting. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The pool was a tad smaller than we anticipated but our kids still had a great time swimming!

This was our third time renting Toes in the Sand. Once again we had an amazing time. The house is always clean, well stocked and instantly feels like home. The staff is very attentive and quick to answer questions and/or repairs that need to be addressed. The golf cart is a great amenity that we love being able to use for the week.

Toes in the Sand is an amazing house. Everything felt new, the decor was elegant and tasteful (ocean themes but definitely not tacky), all beds were so comfortable to sleep in (even the adults in the bunk beds felt they were no less comfortable), the open kitchen was honestly a dream and had everything you could want for cooking plus the 12 seater high top/island had plenty of seating in addition to feeling very high class. The back patio was a perfect gathering space in the evenings between the couches, fire pit and pool. The pool, while small, was just enough for our group to have a place to cool off when we weren’t at the beach itself. The beach is only a few blocks away, easily walkable and leads right to the main public entrance. Pompano Joes right there next to the beach front was definitely a plus (not having to go back for lunch/drinks). The rental company that runs Toes was very communicative, helpful and friendly, usually responding to my emails or texts within the half hour (if not only a few minutes!). They were also very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. I very much want to emphasize how much I appreciated their commitment to making sure we were happy with our stay.
All in all, this is the best beach house I’ve stayed at in Destin (been 6/7 times) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upgraded, luxurious space at a reasonable cost, especially with a mid to large size group (10 adults). I will definitely book here again.

Great property pool was smaller than expected but overall outstanding place to stay

The patio was filthy, the patio cushions were mildewed and had to be cleaned, excessive amounts of ants everywhere ( told by maintenance other homes were complaining), to the point could not enjoy sitting outside or the pool. No one came to spray. The golf cart was old, but most of all unsafe. Maintenance came, said was safe until my husband took him out for ride. When brakes applied would continue to roll right past stop sign. Solution from company was for us to rent another cart and they would reimburse us later. The washer on third floor was mildewed and stunk. Would not wash clothes in this washer. No hand rail on last set of stairs going to third floor. The couch was dirty, ants in kitchen (did put some ant traps out). The home was decorated nicely. The company handling the property did respond when we contacted them, but there were so many issues that every time we turned around we were having to postpone or cancel our plans to be there for them to send someone. Finally, we got tired of dealing with the issues. We were there to relax after my husband had recovered from open heart surgery. I will never rent from the company that manages this property and I only hope the owner will make some major changes. If issues are taken care of, it is a lovely home. When I pay this kind of money to rent a home, the last thing I want to do is deal with issues. Very bad experience!

My wife and I, our three children, their spouses and our four grandchildren spent six wonderful nights at Toes in the Sand. It provided all of the room we needed. The home is a short five-minute walk to the beach, but with the kids, the provided golf cart provided an easy trip as well. Diamond rentals provided everything, was constantly in contact, and was attentive to all of our needs. Would not hesitate to rent from Diamond in the future!

I can't say enough about our stay at Toes in the Sand. The communication was tremendous and they made everything so easy. The house was the cleanest house we've stayed in. The towels and bedding were great quality, the decor and furniture were perfect. The location was perfect. We came to Miramar Beach for a mother daughter spring break. 4 girls and 3 moms. We hung out on the cutest backyard space, watched movies on the comfy couch and toured the community and many stops at Pompano Joes on the golf cart. Such amazing memories were made. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us ❤️❤️

The house was a great place to stay in. The location was relatively close to everything you can do in the town. Property manager was always quick to response to your questions and concerns.
Only thing that I wished it had was some coffee or keurig pods! We all missed that waking up. Instead we had to run to the restaurant for brunch or

We stayed at the house for a month this spring. The house is very well built, mindfully decorated, and well maintained. The team at Diamond were super responsive if we ever needed them. The pictures of the house are accurate! The beds... are amazing!

Perfect House!
This was our 5th stay at Toes In The Sand and it was amazing, as usual! the house is very tastefully decorated and is comfortable and inviting. It is only a couple of blocks from the beach and the golf cart makes getting things back and forth a breeze! Bonus that the house comes with two beach chairs & umbrellas, right in front of Pompano Joes restaurant (yum)! We like to cook and the kitchen and grill area were well equipped with everything we needed. The private pool also provides a nice respite from the beach and sand & great for children. The bottom bunk room has video games & other fun things to entertain kiddos. This house was perfect for our group of 11 people and everyone loved it. We had a minor issue and the management company was very responsive and addressed it right away. We have stayed in this area for years and this is by far our favorite place to stay!!!

We have been fairly restrictive with COVID, but loved our vacation away from home for a week. When we arrived, the home was perfect for our visit. We loved the private pool. It was heated at an extra cost, which was wonderful. The end of the week and evenings were a bit colder, but the kids could still swim and enjoy the pool. The kids loved the bunk beds and their own space downstairs. At first I was worried that those rooms were on pool level, but each door/window to the outside has a pool alarm. Because of that, none of the kids could go outside without us pressing the button to disarm the alarm. The golf cart was extremely helpful in getting to the beach and we felt spoiled by the chair and umbrella service. We set that up the first day and they had our chair ready for us each day, even without a call. It was wonderful to show up at any time and have a space ready for us. We appreciate how easy Diamond Rentals made our stay. There were a couple minor issues when we arrived (wobbly bunk bed rail and loose door hinge) which were quickly resolved after an email. The one thing I would have changed was that one person who fixed the bed rail didn't wear a mask. I answered the door in a mask and asked if he would wear one. His response was, "we don't do that here." I kept my family away from the room he was working in and cleaned it after the rail was repaired. I realize that we are the outsiders in Florida, however I wish that he would have put on a mask. Every other part of the vacation made me feel safe.

We absolutely loved our stay at Toes in the Sand. The management company was wonderful and always checking in to see if we needed anything. The home was wonderful kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, home was very clean. Pool was great for a dip after being at the beach. Some things we wanted to pass along to further make this home top notch would be the following. 1. More kitchen towels, we had three small towels and that was not enough. 2. Drying Rack to use after you was the dishes. 3. an extra fridge maybe to be kept in the garage, when having food for multiple guest and drinks one fridge is not enough, we had to constantly keep coolers and get bags of ice to keep the food cold. 4. Electric blower to blow off the backyard/patio area, the cushions were constantly filled with flower droppings as well as the patio area. 5. Deck Box for the cushions, it did rain and the cushions were wet we couldn't sit on the furniture since they were wet. 6. They were MANY bees nest, they did send someone out right away to take care of them and then an exterminator was called but they were still there. We couldn't use the front porch's due to the amount of bees. 7. Exterminator came to the house and let himself in, he never once knocked and after he opened the door and saw us he introduced himself. Very rude to let yourself in without knocking first. 8. Bed Sheets did not stay on the beds, on al of the bed the sheets were coming off when you woke up in the morning. 9.Could use new pillows. Pillows were flat Again these aren't complaints just some recommendations to make someones stay even better :)

Toes in the Sand
Had a wonderful week! House was clean upon arrival and any questions during the week were answered in a timely matter. This was our first experience renting through this company. Pool was wonderful, (glad we chose to have it heated), loved being close to the beach so that we could walk there if we chose, love that the 6 passenger golf cart was also available. Great place for a family vacation.

Family Fun Vaca
We had a great time with 4 kids under 6 hrs old and 6 adults. We ate in most nights bc traffic and crowds aren't for us. The house was well equipped for our cooking. The area was quiet but close to the beach and the house was clean. We truly enjoyed it and felt it was just right for us.

Toes in the Sand house is a very nice house, and we enjoyed the house during a few days vacation in this area. The house keeping staffs did a great job on keeping the house in great condition.

The property was perfect for our group. It was clean and beautiful upon our arrival. In walking distance to beach or can drive the golf cart which was included with our unit. It was the perfect place for a reunion.

Good house, OK stay...
Extremely loud, disruptive noise EVERY night from various houses. Kids crying, laughing, screaming, parties, loud music, adults laughing and partying from 10pm-1am, etc. Not peaceful or restful at all! We stayed in the room on the lowest level by the pool and I was woken up every night. Property managers were very nice and responded quickly about it, but they were not able to help or solve the problems, unfortunately. The management is great, friendly, and responsive to any issues. There is no privacy; the houses are right next door, so you can hear everything and also see into people's backyards and pools. Also had a few roaches downstairs. Checkout procedures were a bit extreme considering how expensive the property was. The neighborhood was a little sketchy/not super nice considering how much we paid for a week. The house was very nice and pretty good proximity to the beach, just seemed a bit overpriced. The golf cart was a plus, as it only took a few minutes to ride to the beach. You will get stopped by police though if you don't have seatbelts for every person riding and car seats for children 3 and under. We had a nice stay and enjoyed the property for the most part, but would not book it again.

Short family vacay. House was great and very roomy for all of us. Most items you need are there. Outside area very accommodating for everyone, between the pool, fire pit area, grill area and table. Would definitely book with them again.

Everything you need
It’s literally closed to everything. We took walks to the beach and at times we utilize the golf cart. This place was amazing, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is equipped with everything! Pictures are just like the place but actually I think it’s better in person.

Fantastic House!
We had such a wonderful Thanksgiving week! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating to watch the Iron Bowl, a huge table, a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and all the necessary kitchen tools. The heated pool was awesome and we used the fire pit table every night. The house is close enough to walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a bonus. I would definitely book this house again!
