This was our first time staying in the Rehoboth Beach area, and Cheryl's property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, had very comfortable accomodations, and was located in a very nice area of town with easy access to the boardwalk/beach. Would highly recommend this property to any family looking for great vacation rental in Rehoboth Beach!

Our family really enjoyed this home. It has great walkable access to Rehoboth restaurants and the pool is a big plus. I would recommend this for families with young children.

The property was perfect for our 2024 Girls Trip. Myself, my daughters and granddaughters loved this place! The home had everything we needed. The manager was responsive when we had a question. The beach and park are close by too. Excellent!!

Amazing! Cheryl is so great to work with and her home is beautiful! The house had everything that was needed, with the exceptions of linens and towels. Short drive to the beach/boardwalk. The pool was a great bonus, too! It was nice to come back from a long day at the beach and relax around the pool. TONS of board games/puzzles are provided. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

It’s obvious this home is well cared for and thoughtfully furnished. Everything was clean, organized, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but walkable to so much. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second year staying at 32 Hannah Loop. The location is great especially if you bring your bikes . Easy ride into town . The house is well stocked and there are plenty of games in the house for your kids to play with . The pool is a great option . Everyone has plenty of room to hang out .

Great location and well-stocked kitchen and utility closets. So convenient for walking to the beach, downtown, Farmer’s market, park, coffee shops. Condo pool was excellent for family swims. Would love to stay here again. Weather was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained home that is close to the community pool, bike path and a short walking distance from Rehoboth Ave. It has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and we loved the ground floor patio and porch off the 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the lake. We especially appreciated the supplies (paper products, cleaning supplies) provided throughout the house. Also, the beach gear came in very handy. Overall, a great home!

We stayed with 6 adults, a 3 year old, & 20 month old. We loved the location by the bike trail and about 1 mile from restaurants and shopping. We loved it so much we already booked it for next year :-)

We had a lovely stay this year. We spent most of our time in the pool. I love the labels on the shelves, cabinets, and light switches. I appreciate knowing where the kitchen items should go. The cleaning team did a fabulous job. I regret we had a little breakage: a clear water glass, a glass wine glass, and a large, flimsy red bowl. We need to move our week in 2024 to 27-Jul to 3-Aug. I suspect I need to wait until that week passes in 2023 before you will know if it is available in 2024. We love the house, the community, and the town. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

We had a great week with our family at Cheryl’s house. There were seven of us, including our toddler granddaughter, and everyone had their own space. The third-floor bedroom has a crib, which is a great feature. The living room is spacious, with comfortable furniture. We really liked the location. It’s quiet and convenient. The community pool is practically in the backyard. The bike trail is a block away. Breakfast/lunch spots and a brewery are all within short walking distance.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at this home with 2 families (4 adults and 6 kids), and we had a wonderful time. The home is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is also great, as you can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes or get coffee or brunch just around the corner at Rise Up Coffee or Egg. We mostly prepared our meals at the house, and appreciated that it was well stocked and well labeled.
Unfortunately, our week in Rehoboth Beach ended up being quite rainy, but there were plenty of board games and movies to watch. Also, the kids enjoyed going to Funland multiple days in a row.
There was plenty of space for everyone in the house, and a nice patio to sit out on. The community pool is another plus.
This is a great house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation in Rehoboth Beach.

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was really beautiful and spacious and even when we were cooped up for more than half a day due to the rain, we never felt cramped (two families- 4 adults and 5 kids). The balcony off the master and the back patio both overlooking the pond with the water feature was just so relaxing. A two min walk to the pool which was not crowded at all, and a great area/location all around. We will def be back!

A perfect spot for our 3 generation family! So well equipped not only for the kitchen but with toys, puzzles and games. An easy walk to the playground and boardwalk. Very comfortable and highly recommend.

Perfect place for my extended family with 6 adults and 3 kids. Bunk room was great for the kids and all the other bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Had everything you’d need for a vacation spot. Able to walk into town or drive into town or beach and park. Cute little brewery just around the corner. Lots of fun places to eat close by. Pool was super close and great for kids and adults. Never that crowded. Overall definitely worth it and a great first impression of Rehoboth for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Rehobeth so much. The house was the perfect size to accommodate three families. Everything was well stocked labeled and organized. Perfect distance from town the pool in the community is lovely. We will be booking for the same week next year.

The house was very nice. Little far walk to beach but quick drive. Very nice neighborhood. House clean and well maintained. Only caution would be that it is not a easy house with lots of steep steps for older people. We loved it and hope to be back.

Spacious condo in lovely, quiet neighborhood
We love the Canal Corkran community, having stayed here several times. This unit was spacious with attractive beach themed decorating. We particularly enjoyed the helpful labeling. We were 6 adults, a 5 3/4 year old, 4 1/2 year old and a 3 month old family. The kids loved the bunk beds and the crib on the 3rd floor was perfect. We loved the pool and spent more time there, learning to swim, than at the beach. We were fortunate to have cooler weather and rode our bikes everywhere. The game closet is well stocked and we appreciated using the beach chairs. We look forward to returning to Canal Corkran next year.

Wonderful Place
Our crew of three families with four young children had a wonderful time here. The living room was the most spacious and comfortable one we’ve ever had with a large group. The accommodations were ideal for us and the house had everything we needed all week. The walk into town was fine for all of us, the walk back required some piggy back rides for the young legs but there is a stroller and wagon provided that would have worked, too. Bikes are a great option to get to and from the boardwalk and beach areas to avoid paying for parking. We didn’t mind driving 10 minutes to pay $10 per vehicle at Cape Henlopen for a less crowded beach day. Everyone had blast there and at the pool. The fountain views of the pond are so serene, day and night. We enjoyed our meals on the patio and gathering in the mornings around the bar seating in the kitchen. The location near delicious restaurant and groceries is clutch. We’d stay here again, for sure!

This property was incredible! Incredibly clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could need. We had 4 adults and an infant and we all had plenty of space to spread out. The house had everything we needed for beach trips, cooking or just walking through the neighborhood. Bonus: there was a brewery just around the corner!

We were thankful to have our west coast daughter and family along with our east coast daughter and family join us grandparents for a wonderful Thanksgiving week in this beautiful 3 story condo in Rehoboth. Having the baby crib, high chair, and mother nursing area for the 9 month old was convenient. I would recommend a safety gate at the top of this third floor set of stairs to protect the 2 year old toddler. The twin bunk beds allowed the 11 and 10 year old grands to both sleep on the top bunk 🥰. My 70 year old husband really enjoyed the comfort of the master suite #2 mattress- which he rarely does due to back issues. Thank you again for enabling our family to gather in your lovely condo. 🌻

We can’t say enough about this beautiful home equipped with anything and everything you would possibly need. From its well appointed kitchen to its closet stocked with beach supplies we can’t think of a thing they missed. Having a pool just steps from your back door was an added bonus. Our host, Cheryl, was always available and made it abundantly clear that her main goal was the comfort and enjoyment of her guests. Cheryl we can’t wait to come back again!!
