Bello, pulito, ben progettato e attrezzata casa nel quartiere tranquillo. Pompa di calore elettrica con supporto solare sul tetto RISCALDA spa e una piscina. Spa può essere riscaldata a 95 gradi F e piscina a 82 F tutto dalla vibrazione di un interruttore all'interno della casa giorno o notte. Piscina, prato e del paesaggio sono professionalmente mantenute. Tutta la biancheria da letto, da bagno e teli da mare sono forniti per l'uso. Soggiorno ha 50in smart tv con smartcast. Camera da letto principale, camera da letto doppia e matrimoniale hanno tutti i nuovi televisori a schermo piatto con un servizio digitale ad alta definizione ultra 1080p. Our family of four enjoyed our stay at your property over Christmas. The house was clean and well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and we used them each day. As others have noted, the TVs are connected to antenna and also have smart capabilities. What we didn't watch on local stations, we screen casted from our devices thanks to the capable WiFi. The only thing to note is that this location is bit of a drive from most "tourist" attractions - beaches, museums, etc. Thanks for a great getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying with my young children and parents while visiting my sister who recently moved to Florida. Our time was spent mostly outside under the lanai and in the pool and hot tub in the evenings after our day of adventures. The host, Alisa, answered all of my questions right away and was kind enough to have the pool fencing set up for our children when we arrived. The house was a great set up for us and we enjoyed having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and eat most of our meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, like the listing states. We took care of the house and appreciated all of it. We are thankful for such a nice family vacation and a perfect spot for all of us to get to be together.

This was our second time staying at this house. We love the house and the location, it feels like home. The quiet neighborhood is a plus. And if we want to eat out, a number of restaurants are not far away.
The patio and pool area is a lovely place to sit and relax, with enough privacy to be comfortable.

Home was immaculate... Host was amazing, although the county folks were tearing up road and driveway for new drainage. Alisa was more than courteous and I would highly recommend staying here!!😁😁

We enjoyed the property. The pool was great! The home was in pristine condition. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice for walking and the Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda area has lovely Harborside walking trails for walking or biking. My only negative comment would be the television channel availability. The house does not have cable or satellite so finding channels was a challenge because the broadcast channels were only available over the air with no channel guide, and you needed your own accounts for streaming the apps that were listed. We have never experienced that before but live and learn. Overall, we were very happy with the home and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area.

Beautiful, convenient, comfortable
My husband and I along with our 4 year old grandson and 2 dogs stayed here for a week. Our stay was way too short. We would have loved to have stayed here longer. It was very clean, convenient to everything, and just a short drive to Stump Pass State Park. The house was very lovey and clean. We enjoyed the pool after trips to the beach. All in all, it was a great vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to make another trip down soon.

Excellent Rental
We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were in the area visiting my husband's 83 year old father. The house was extremely clean with a wonderful lanai, inground pool and spa. This rental was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6 plus 2 fur babies. I really appreciated the fact that we were able to take our dogs along with us. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Owners have done this quite some time and have thought of everything you might need. Bought some extra paper products to leave for next guest and 1 pool floating seat. Great stay. Just give the property the respect it deserves.

It was wonderful staying in Port Charlotte at the Dabroski’s house. It had space and was perfect for our family. The area is not touristy and we had plenty of restaurants, stores, and the beach was a short drive away. The home itself was clean and had a lot of consumables so it was nice to have that taken care of. Having the pool for our family was great during the hot Florida summer- especially after or before the spontaneous rain showers. We really enjoyed the property, location, and the owner’s prompt communication. We hope to come back again!

Exactly as pictured and described
It was a great week of hot tubbing and pool swimming. It had everything we needed and wanted. Everything worked. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Communication with the owners was excellent. Would love to go back someday. Thanks for a great week!

A lovely vacation
My family stayed here for 10 days to escape the cold of New Jersey. My five and two year old loved the pool! We spent everyday in it. The house and property was extremely well kept. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Ollies pond is a short walk away and is a great place to see birds and get out to move your legs.

Great property and exactly as listed! Hot tub & pool were just what we needed and made staying on the property an easy decision on those cold days. Just make sure you bring / buy paper towels and toilet paper as it is not provided. Owner responded very quickly to any questions.
